"Overall we had a fantastic time! When we first checked in there was a little confusion on what condo we had booked then they put us in the wrong condo but after my daughter found out that our keys did not work and were where in the wrong place they did correct it immediately. We did however had to move our personal items with out the help of the steward that we did tip very generously to deliver us to the wrong room in the first place. My daughters first day of ski school was a great experience! Her instructor was incredible! In conclusion we had a fantastic time and will return some day after exploring the other resorts in the area and make Colorado a tradition to visit in the future!!

"We recently stayed at Beaver Run for a ski trip. It is extremely convenient for ski-in/ski-out. The staff was friendly and attentive to our needs. We started in a one bedroom premium room that had a full kitchen. We had one issue during stay. Our room took on a strong fire place-like smoke smell for which the source couldn't be found. Maintenance looked at the issue and could not offer a solution. The manager on duty moved us to another room and, in doing so, upgraded us to a two bedroom two bath room. Great Job! The property is a bit dated, but it's still nice and will serve your needs. For skiers, I recommend staying in building 4. This building offers the easiest access to the slopes. Each room is assigned a ski storage locker in a downstairs locker room. I would return to this property and would recommend it to anyone going to Breck. The resort runs a free shuttle that will take you anywhere you want to go, and pick you up for return. Nice stay overall."

"We had a great time at this Resort. Great location, great service and a very affordable ski in/ski out vacation. We took our 18 month old son and they provided a high chair and crib. We use the onsite baby sitting facility too, very well done. If you book babysitting in advance you get a discount. The kitchen was well stocked with every utensil we needed. Room service came by every day and was very generous with towels and coffee. Some rooms were data but we didn't care. The kitchen worked, the bathroom was clean, the sheets were nice and the customer service was great.

Building Four was located in a good spot and we were on the ground floor which allowed us to store our skis on the balcony. My wife took the one day ski school and we skied together the next day. That could be a testament to the school or my wife's ability but for this online review lets give credit to my wife and her skill.

It is be a bit of a walk to the main building and there are stairs. Given the altitude you might get winded walking between building 4 and the garage so drop your heavy luggage off first. Building 4 is close to the pool but you will cross a covered bridge between the buildings. We didn't even bring a coat for dinner, drinks and walking to the parking lot since it was all warm and covered.

Everyone complains but we found very little to be critical of with exception to the price of food in the cafe. We found that a cheese burger and fries at Coppertop priced at $17 dollars was excessive. The service was great by the Jamaicans there. Spencer's Steak House is priced accordingly and fantastic.

We found that lift tickets were cheaper online so pre-order those if you can. You can rent skis in town for about $20 vs the $40ish at this hotel so you'll pay for the convenience.

We searched online and found the best rate at bookit.com. We watched it for days and comparied the prices but bookit.com always won by 10-30 dollars a night. We had to pay $10 a day for parking but other than that, there were no unexpected charges when we checked out. Local calls were free.

Overall, it was a great vacation at this hotel. We will return."
