      Arapahoe Inn

      The Arapahoe Inn is the newest 60 room hotel in Keystone, just 400 yards from the ski lifts and on the free bus route, the closest accommodation to A Basin and just ½ mile from The Keystone Conference Center. The Arapahoe Inn is just 6 miles from I-70 and 90 miles from Denver International Airport.

      The Inn’s sauna and 12 person spa overlook Keystone mountain. Complimentary continental breakfast is served during ski season. Hot tea and coffee is available 24 hours, year round. Cable tv, complimentary wireless internet service and free local calls, along with five restaurants within walking distance, will be a part of your great experience enjoying all of Keystone’s fine amenities. Among those are: dining in the highest restaurant in North America Alpenglow Stube 12,000 feet above sea level or Keystone Ranch ranked number 1 restaurant in Colorado. Keystone’s 12 hour daily ski operation (9am to 9pm) is the longest in Colorado. Our summer guests enjoy all cultural events, among them famous Beer and Bluegrass Festival or Wine and Jazz Festival.       "Considering that we booked a 7 day trip incl. flight from St Louis to Denver for $1150, the cost and value was OK. Also, the inn looked clean. However, you (tourists or owners) may want to consider the following: Continental breakfast = everyday the same frozen wafels, bagels, creamcheese, jelly maplesyrup orange/apple juice tea cofee; on one occasion, we got as an extra, some stale granolas (with the best of use before 2010) Stay away from one of the receptionists who outstanded as being very unfriendly and functioning more like a policeman (e.g. the plastic handle of the shower faucet model 1990's broke in my son's hand in the last day, and the host accused us of mishandling it rather than accepting that things don't last forever without an upgrade or offering us alternatives to take a shower). The rest of staff was ok (grade of 4). Inn looks clean but needs serious upgrade. Sauna did not function, the whirlpool only from 4-10. Other little things: only one pillow/bath-towel per person; supplies not refreshed on a regular basis; no TV guide, pen/paper etc."
