Chateaux, Crested Butte Overview:

The Chateaux is a located in Crested Butte, a historic mountain town tucked away in the Colorado Rockies Elk Mountain Range. As Chateaux is located only about 500 yards from the ski lifts, guests can make a short 5 minute walk or hop on the free shuttle. With its affordable accommodations, gourmet restaurants, cozy pubs, and eclectic shops, Crested Butte attracts a devoted legion of repeat yearly visitors. Chateaux is a condominium resort that can easily accommodate couples, families, or groups up to 200.

The Chateaux in Crested Butte is a condominium resort with a centrally located clubhouse for hosting parties or meetings. It features an outdoor pool and hot tub and saunas with change rooms. Gas grills are also available on-site for guest use. Chateaux features one, two, three, and four-bedroom condominium units. All feature woodburning fireplaces, TV with HBO and VCR, as well as a private deck off the living room and a fully equipped kitchen. Shared laundry facilities are located on the second floor within each building.

    • With Victorian storefronts, colorful locals, and quaint restaurants, Crested Butte is one of the most enchanting Colorado destinations. With no traffic lights or chain stores, the genuine nature of the community and the pristine surroundings immediately capture guests. Skiers of all levels will love the vast terrain, which boasts a DC Superpipe and DC Terrain Park, a Kids Terrain Park, a tubing hill, a rail park, and the famous expert-only "Extreme Limits" terrain. With 16 ski lifts accessing 121 trails, guests willl spend more time carving their way down the mountain and less time waiting in lift lines.

    Locals Tip: Take a dogsled ride through the glistening forest surrounding Crested Butte.
