After reading the reviews I decided to book a room for me and my son for one night. I called and requested a room on the third floor in the back away from the street as many reviews said was the best. PROS; Clean modern room. We had a two bedroom suite (319) in the corner near the elevator. It faced the Goodwill warehouse in the back, but was pretty quiet. It was a very nice room and the beds were comfortable. I felt like the bathroom was small, but I loved the cute kitchen and living room. The ... Read more

While in CO Springs, we stayed 2 nights in a 2 bedroom suite. The room was perfect for a family of 4. Bedrooms were large and private. We had a full kitchen, filled with pots, pan, dishes and utensils, even had a garbage disposal and a dishwasher. The bathroom and dining table were a bit small for 4. The pool wasn't open yet and there was no hot tub. But the staff was super friendly and welcomed us with apples, cookies and coffee. The hotel was in the perfect location, close to the Falls, Red Ro... Read more

I stayed at TownePlace for 9 weeks (Mar-May 2016) and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Kelley, Taylor and Ellie took great care of us during our long stay and attended to all of our needs. They are a pet friendly hotel too! Even walked the dogs during the day while we were at work.

While vacationing in Colorado Springs, we stayed here a week. We chose this hotel because of the two bedroom suite, which I find way better than two separate hotel rooms when traveling with friends. Having a living room and kitchen is very handy. This hotel is pretty centrally located, so it's easy to get to all the tourist areas. The hotel staff is very friendly, and the free breakfast was actually quite good, plenty of choices, not just the basic pastry and toast that a lot of hotels call brea... Read more

My girlfriend, dog, and I drove from Michigan to Colorado. We stopped in Denver, and decided to experience the hikes in Colorado Springs. We went onto to find a good place to crash after a long day of hiking and taking in the beautiful environment. Marriott's Towneplace Suites come up with a very reasonable price, and we booked it. The room was very clean, and the staff was very friendly and helpful to our needs. It being a pet friendly hotel, was obviously one of the reasons wh... Read more

The rooms were great. The staff was very helpful and the location is ideal for going to Garden of the Gods and was only a short drive from the Colorado Springs Sky Sox Security Field, with easy access to the interstate.

This hotel is located in a quiet area of town but not too far from the action. Lots of restaurants nearby if you don't want to go far (I recommend Dickey's BBQ). Very nice staff, great breakfast and free cookies (my favorite part). Outdoor pool, laundry and lots of parking. Our TV wasn't getting a channel I needed & we needed a light bulb replaced in a fixture. Their Engineer was quick at showing up and fixing these items.

The hotel and room were clean, staff friendly. The pool was inadequate (very small) as well as the "included" breakfast. For the amount of guests there were daily the breakfast supply was continually out and very little seating. Some people were eating in the main lobby.

We booked with this hotel months in advance. When we arrived for our vacation (after a 10.5 hour drive), we are told they overbooked and sent us to another hotel clear across town that was not near any of the activities we had planned. Once we got to the new hotel it was under construction. The next day (Sunday) we find out that it does not offer the same amenities that the original hotel offered. We had to go out for breakfast, which we didn't budget for, and if we wanted to workout we had ... Read more

We stayed at TownePlace Suites for one night on our way home from Estes Park. This is a very nice hotel in a beautiful, clean and safe area. Our suite had two bedrooms, each with a flat screen TV and a queen bed. There was a sofa sleeper and another flat screen TV in the living room and a full kitchen and dining area with a table and chairs . The beds were very comfortable and everything in this suite was immaculate. We used the Marriott app to check in so it was fast and easy when we arriv... Read more

What started as a short stay ended to be my home for 2.5 months. Everyone is very welcoming and accommodating. A special thank you to Taylor, for having warm cookies ready for my wife every time he is there. The rooms are spacious, well appointed and clean. Good breakfast too.

We stayed here on our way to Estes Park. The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly. The room was clean and it the beds were comfortable. It was not as close to the activities that I thought but it was an easy drive to get to anything.

I would highly recommend this hotel because of its location. It was close to everything we wanted to do in Colorado Springs. The actual accommodations were nice too but nothing special. I would recommend that they have more outdoor areas to sit and relax maybe with a firepit. The only place is by the pool which was disappointing. But overall a nice place

We recently had a two-night stay, with our dog. I had not stayed at a Towne Place Suites previously and did not know what to expect, since "dog-friendly" hotels seem to vary widely in quality. I was very impressed, and would be much more likely to stay at this chain in the future based on the Garden of the Gods location. The two-room suite was large and comfortable. All rooms were clean. The location was perfect for our itinerary. They were very welcoming to our pet, even providing informa... Read more

Our family of 4 stayed in the queen studio with fold out couch. It was spacious, very clean (down to the baseboards!), and comfortable. Kitchen had full stove/oven, dishwasher, sink, and refrigerator w freezer. Either new or recently remodeled -- it was spotless. We will definitely stay again on our next trip to Colorado Springs.

Everything was great. The room (queen studio) was perfect for our family. The kitchenette was a bonus. Free wifi was a help for us and the kids. The morning breakfast, while not spectacular was enough to get us going. The price great and it was a value. Will stay again.

We came here for a summer camp. The hotel staff are beyond accomadating and kind. Absolutely excellent service. The rooms are fantastic and even can get a two bedroom. Very, very clean and great location. Kitchenette is invaluable and the free breakfast has almost anything you could want. I hope we can stay here again! Prices were amazing too!!!

This hotel would be fine if they had enough staff and a big enough breakfast area. The breakfast is nice but there are 3 tables and the food is frequently needing to be refilled. The pool is small and chilly. Housekeeping cannot keep up. The facility is fine, it's a shame they are so understaffed.

Clean, comfortable, quiet room. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean and the kitchen was very functional and spacious for such a small area - very well-designed. The entrance to the hotel was somewhat disguised and hard-to-find. I missed it the first time I went by it, but I was able to circle back around. The sign is very low profile. Another review mentioned that it would be nice to have more outdoor seating, and I concur. The weather was beautiful and welcoming after arriving from hot, h... Read more

Our family of 4 stayed here for 2 days while visiting Colorado Springs and it was a great solution. Having a kitchen made the whole trip more affordable. The free breakfast was really nice, but the seating options were non-existent, we just took it back to our room. The kids enjoyed the pool as well.

Overall a very nice stay. The room was very clean. It was nice to have a kitchen. The breakfast was ok. The staff was very friendly. The one thing I do wish the hotel would have had was a hot tub to relax in after a long day of activities.

Stayed here for 2 nights while I took a class in Colorado Springs. We had a 1 bedroom suite which is spacious and clean. Rooms are equipped with kitchenette which is a plus and a comfortable bed. We had a problem with the clock as it was an hour late and we tried to fix it ourselves but we can't so we had to call maintenance to do it for us. The breakfast though was a disappointment. The breakfast area is small, eggs appeared to be pre-made,bread,oatmeal and not a lot to choose from. It was far ... Read more

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!! It was the most terrible place I've ever stayed at. They advertise complimentary breakfast but when we went down everything was gone and they never refilled any of it! Also they had dogs running around the food area without a leash. When I talked to the manager on duty, Jonathan, he was SO rude about it. He never apologized for the incident and said that since the breakfast was complimentary they don't actually have to provide it or refill it when it's empty. Also, ... Read more

The Suites are townhouses. We had a two bedroom(one with a large TV) with living room/dining room area, full kitchen (including cooking utensils and dishes), dish washer, microwave ,fridge, stove and daily maid service. All the staff members were wonderful. A full breakfast was served. Nice views too. All on one floor ours was accessible by elevator. Free parking.
