Great value for a clean and comfortable room. Easy access from the freeway. Our room had a microwave and a mini fridge. Very friendly staff and helpful when our smoke alarm started making noise at 1am. Will be staying here again on our next trip to Colorado Springs!

I stayed at this place a week...unfortunately I paid in advance. Where do I start. They didn't shovel the sidewalk or driveway after 10 inch snowfall. I caught the night shift guy sleeping three consecutive nights. The room had bugs and smelled really bad....they moved me to another room but it was almost as bad. The towels smell like somebody's lunch. They use children. For housekeeping...I saw juvenile children cleaning room, vacuuming halls and doing laundry. The WiFi sucks and only works in... Read more

my husband and i checked in early in the day the motel looked outdated and smelled weird. The bathroom shampoo bottle was half empty and only one washcloth we came back after our family gathering and went to sleep woke up itching and flicked on lights and we were chewed up! Front desk guy did not seem surprised at the bugs and did not want to put us up in another motel. We got our money back but are searching for a rm at 3am now. We warned a few guests checking in and they left too. DO NOT STAY... Read more

Where do I start? I booked through hotels.com 4 days in advance of my stay and my confirmation email indicated that check-in time was Noon. We arrived at 5 PM after an incredibly long day of traveling eager to put our feet up and relax. When we went to check in we were told that it would be another 15 minutes until our room was ready. After waiting the 15 minutes we were told we could go into the room but that it would be another 15 minutes for them to bring in a second set of towels as ther... Read more

For the difference in price between other budget chains, and some "unknown" local selections, this is the best choice. Check-in was fast, room was clean, all amenities. My stay was quiet, other guests respectful. Wi-Fi included, with good connection. Continental breakfast, but needed more full strength coffee.

The room had outlets for the fridge and microwave (I guess TV too). Right next to it was a double outlet that controlled a lamp. THAT WAS the extent of the outlets for the room. I had to go to the front desk and get an extension cord and a power strip so I could plug in my CPAP machine, laptop, and phone chargers. Next there was no soap or shampoo in the bathroom. The air conditioning unit was mounted in the wall with worn control buttons. Finally when we opened the bed to go bed there was a sma... Read more

This property needs a major renovation. The bed was comfy, however, the room and bathroom were dirty and in very poor condition. Gross peeling of the walls in the shower also. Our smoke detector went off super early in the morning even though we weren't doing anything that would set it off. The front desk person came and ripped it off the ceiling and placed it on the desk because it wouldn't silence on the ceiling properly. The staff was friendly, just wish the property was in decent shape.

Motel 6 used to be the low end on motels when traveling the country. Motel 8 was always worth the ten dollars extra - on account of the d├ęcor and amenities. If motel 8 has been replaced by Super 8 motels, I say go back to motel 6! they have more to offer, including a pool if one is so inclined along with comparative prices. Motel 8 (super 8) charges more for less. One good thing tho is the rooms are clean.

To plug up their coffee pot you had to set it in the floor. There was no receptacle to plug electronic into. The one on the lamp did not work. The staff was friendly and helpful. Never could get on Internet. Just gave up

I had to put a $100 deposit down which I never had to do before. The guy was rude and some how we were double charged. I'll never stay there again.

Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Nonsmoking room had cigarettes burns in torn and somewhat stitched in placed bedding, something red on covers, room looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in weeks, smelled of smoke, absolutely gross. My kids were afraid to go to sleep. Breakfast had 4 Danishes and cereal with little milk for everyone In lobby with sticky table; staff talking on phones not refilling anything. Regret this stay immensely.

This hotel is showing age. Needs to be cleaned and kept up. Breakfast for a super 8 was ok would not stay again however, the lady at the front desk was nice. This could be an ok property if the owners would clean it up and invest in it. This hotel is close to food and interstate.

Hotel was ok. Had to constantly ask for clean towels, trash to be taken out. Could barely understand front desk clerk. Housekeeping didn't speak English. Served purpose. Just needed a place to sleep.

1st floor was all "nonsmoking" but the ENTIRE hotel smelled like someone was constantly smoking. My children had headaches after checkout.
