No complaints. Rooms are huge. Breakfast was good. Walking distance to restaurants. Served Laughing Lab during happy hour. That's a win in my book. Fitness center is weak, but who works out inside when you have the front range out your doorstep?

Check in was quick around 6pm. The breakfast was good with plenty of options. The suite was nice and big with plenty of room. The bedroom was separate from the living room. Check out was just as fast. Everyone we ran into was very pleasant.

It was a nice place to stay with a good breakfast. Parking is a little tight as it seems to be at most resident inns I have stayed. It was walking distance to good restaurants and that made it easy for lunch and dinner.

At first it seemed your typical Residence Inn, but the bathroom vanity was not up to par. Instead of having storage for essential items and looking nice, there was nothing under the sink besides pipes and the wall. The breakfast eggs were cold, the bread was cheap and the "orange juice" came out of a pop dispenser and tasted nothing like orange juice or even a orange drink.

We put our parents up here when they visited recently and it was really great! The pond outside makes for a less urban feel (even though it is right next to the interstate) and the up close views of the foothills are really impressive to out-of-towners! The rooms were clean (as always) and the breakfast was great! We were really pleased with the offerings! It is also really nice to have such clean laundry facilities! Our parents love that! This is a good place to stay if you're wanting to vi... Read more

Have stayed here many times over past 5 years. This visit noticed it is starting to need redecorating. Furniture in rooms getting slightly frayed and out of date and kitchen cabinets need refinishing. Still a really great mattress -very cozy sleeping. Very clean. Good flatscreen TV cable reception. Very nice free breakfast and during the week free evening snacks and sandwiches. Staff quite friendly and helpful. Would like to see some directions to some restaurants in the rooms. Handy to I-25. We've stayed here for years on trips to C. Springs and when we checked in this time, I told my husband it was time to find a new hotel. So I'm glad to hear of the renovation for later this year. The rooms are as basic as possible. The toilet seats bang closed, the coffee pot has seen better days, and the sofa bed is terrible. The staff, however, is great -- friendly and intelligent, and has always been the best feature of this hotel. A planned renovation, though, does not justify the tattered ... Read more

We had to block a group of rooms and worked with Sara. She was great! Even though two people in our party had issues with their rooms prior to check-in, Sara took care of it as soon as she became aware. Once we got to the hotel, the front desk took very good care of us. About half of our group was delayed back home due to bad weather. The front desk assured me that their rooms were not going to be given up even though they were completely full. Some even arrived the next morning at 4am, bu... Read more

This hotel is in a great location near the highway, but you don't hear it. Hotel was clean, staff was very accommodating and pleasant. Great housekeeping staff and a decent breakfast. Very small pool area but nice outdoor space with a grill and basketball court.

I'm a Marriott platinum member who has stayed at many Residence Inns. This one is not up to the usual RI standard. Although the front desk staff is very friendly and helpful, my 2-bedroom suite had problems. Cleanliness: When I checked in, the trashcan under the sink had not been emptied. In addition, there was an empty bottle of dishwashing liquid under the sink as well (it had not been replaced) as crumbs and a dead insect body. Maintenance: The kitchen sink is very difficult to turn of... Read more

We stayed here for the second time around. We are members of the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo and the zoo is 2 hours away from us. We like to spend the night here instead of rushing here in the morning. This hotel is perfect for this scenario. It's not fancy but it's well kept. It may be due for bedroom remodels but it's kept well.

Great location for seeing all the stuff around Colorado Springs, except the Air Force Academy. It is quite a ways north. But Pike's Peak, Garden of the Gods, and the Broadmoor are not far. The personnel were some of the friendliest we have every experienced, all the way from the desk to the janitor. All was very clean, and the breakfast was excellent. Tueday's burger night was perfect, especially with the free beverages. Would stay there again.

This residence inn had awesome front desk staff- very friendly and helpful. The hotel is undergoing renovations but it was still quiet. I did not take their offer of 10k points to move to Fairfield Inn because of construction. The residence inn amenities are preferred over Fairfield for longer stays.

My girlfriend and I decided to move to Colorado and the process was so quick that we did not have a house when we moved. While waiting for the closing date on our new home we decided to do extended stay in a hotel as it was more flexible than getting a rental. I worked with Bailey to make our reservations and she was very accommodating despite the fact that we did not know exactly how long our stay would be. We ended up staying about 50 nights altogether and never had any issues. We brought a ca... Read more

Fantastic room, staff, and overall experience ... genuinely perfect stay! Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Absolutely everything needed was at my fingertips - simple and free internet connection, swimming pool, gym, light dinner, breakfast, gift for my grandson - what else could I possibly want :-)
