Stayed on our trip to Ft Collins. I really enjoyed the full kitchen, was a great touch! Great front desk. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds. I have been traveling cross country and this Hotel stood out of many. Highly recommend.

When I checked into my room, I noticed that the bed was at a slight angle (the foot of the bed was higher than the head of the bed). When I laid down on it to see if it was my imagination, I could feel the tilt and realized that the bed was actually tilted. I went up to the front desk and asked for a different room because I knew sleeping like that would be difficult. They only had one other room which was also on the first floor and when I opened the door I immediately was overpowered with a t... Read more

We arrived in Colorado springs late in the evening after a long drive. We booked a Queen suite with an online service at a very good price about fifteen minutes before we arrived. The desk person found our reservation but it was in error. The unit was already sold but not removed from the website. He said that there were no more queen suites available but he would upgrade us to a king suite for the same price. I tell you when we opened the door to room 243 our mouth dropped. Spotlessly clean, ve... Read more

Stayed for three days in June, 2016. Entered one bedroom suite and very pleased with the room and Mountain View, until settling in. First light fixture not working (no bulb). Air Conditioner didn't work. Front desk called, Maintenance came quickly and fixed both. Informed when signing that rooms were not cleaned on a daily basis, but on a 3 or 5 or 7 day schedule. Checked with one of the maids, who assured me, no, I would have the room cleaned daily. Returned next afternoon - No room cle... Read more

Other than the breakfast everything was amazing. The staff was amazing we stayed there at one of the busiest times of the year for the Air Force academy graduation and it was like it didn't even matter. The breakfast really wasn't good. They need a bigger space for the breakfast area.

Room nicely appointed, kitchenette appropriate for long term stay. Breakfast monotonous but with protein options (eggs bacon sausages), not just continental b-fast. Endy was helpful at the breakfast buffet. Maret from the front desk was very helpful in assisting with the printer in the business center.

My husband and I stayed at this hotel for 2 days while traveling in and visiting Colorado. There are several positives, it was a clean and quiet hotel which was nice. There were a few things that left us wanting a little more. I had booked online through a 3rd party and somehow my maiden name was attached to the reservation. I called prior to arriving and from what I understood it was not an issue. Upon checking in the employee at the front desk was quite rude and made sure to inform me that t... Read more

Our room was very clean with a kitchenette and a very comfy bed. In the morning we went down for the free breakfast there wasn't much to eat, eggs were empty and there were many people and only two tables. We did not get to eat. We did get coffee. After a day out we came back to our room, that had not been cleaned and no clean towels. My husband went to the front desk to let them know our room had not been cleaned and the owner told my husband they do not clean rooms. She did provide us with cle... Read more

Just stayed the night but the place was set up for a longer stay. Had a full size fridge and burners to cook (with all the dishes). The breakfast had the standard hotel fare (waffles) but they did have bacon and eggs!! Only suggestion is that the get rid of the desk chairs and have a love seat for comfort.

This was a pleasant surprise. Last min. search for hotel and this was what we picked. Very nice hotel off highway a bit so it was very quiet. Rooms very very clean. Beds were OMG comfortable. And the breakfast is great. I mean waffles, eggs, sausage, bacon and bagels what else would you need. Plus if you need to get on the road early breakfast starts at 6am so makes it nice. If I'm ever back here or any other town that has one of their hotels I will be staying there.

There's nothing special about this hotel other then the price. We reserved our rooms through booking.com for two separate occasions and both times the hotel got the rooms wrong. It's run down, it does offer a decent breakfast but the area is small and very inconvenient to maneuver. The front desk staff are friendly and helpful. The beds need to be replaced.

We had a very good experience at MCM Elegante Suites. The reservation process went smoothly. The hotel facility is very clean and secure. The breakfast provided was a little above average. The building is solid(you don't hear your neighbors through the walls) and the doors are pretty quiet (they don't slam shut and wake up everyone on your floor). One other very nice feature is they have laundry facilities that are free to the guests. This was great as we had been camping for four nights prior ... Read more

There is an enormous statue of the 10 commandments out front which is very unwelcoming. I won't stay there again as I do not want someone else's religious beliefs forced down my throat. I prefer to stay in neutral hotels and had I known this I would have booked elsewhere. The parking spots are very small and there is a pawn shop across the street so I wouldn't chance leaving any valuables in the car. The staff is nice. The appliances in the room were clean but old and dented. Breakfast was good ... Read more

We stayed here for two nights during a Colorado family trip. First, there was confusion about exactly where we were staying. The Hotel Elegante is a large resort-style hotel in the south side of Colorado Springs. The MCM Elegante is a small extended stay home on the north side. They have nothing in common, other than the name. I though we were staying at the Elegante, and we showed up there, only to find that we were at the wrong hotel. It took a long time to find the right place, and my son ... Read more

When we checked in, they had me initial in several places that I won't bring a pet or smoke in the room, or they'd charge a $300 fee. Sounds good! Means it will be clean, right? Well, our room was on the third floor and as soon as we stepped off the elevator, we could smell the old, stale smoke in the hallway. You know the smell. It wasn't as if someone just lit up, it was part of the building. Of course, our room absolutely stunk of old smoke. I called down to the front desk and they said the... Read more

We booked our stay through Expedia and received a very decent price. Upon arriving, we were greeted with a very happy staff, which can make or break your first impressions of a place. They then gave us a few suggestions of places to try out for dinner, which is always nice when you're new to an area. The free breakfast was wonderful, as its always nice to know ahead of time you won't have to rush around to find breakfast when it's ready for you in your hotel. We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights mid-week in July 2016. It is a residential hotel, with a frig, microwave and stovetop, plus utensils & dishes. There is no oven. The room (& especially the bed) was very comfortable. It was also quiet. Parking was at a premium & the breakfast area was crowded. But they had decent food (scrambled eggs, bacon, juice, bagels, toast, coffee, etc.) Get a tray & take your breakfast back to the room to eat. (there are small tables in the rooms.) MCM Elegante Suites is an excellent place to stay. The rooms were clean, the breakfast was excellent, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Although the hotel does not have a pool, you can go to the local YMCA free! We took advantage of that as well as the places the staff so kindly suggested. We will be staying here again!

It was my first time traveling to Colorado Springs, and MCM Elegante Suites helped make it enjoyable. The room included a fridge, microwave, sink, stove, and ironing board. I was only in town for a couple of days, but my stay was pleasant. Room service is not an everyday thing, but the front desk is always available to help you with any need you might have. I would stay here in the future.

I booked a room at this hotel from online. I read the info about the hotel AND went to the hotel website and there was no mention of fees for pets. Both places merely said "pet friendly". We arrived at 10PM and found out that it's $35 non-refundable for a pet. We selected this hotel based on reviews and price and would have chosen differently had we known about the pet fee. We stayed for 8 days and will definitely choose the Elegante Suites again when back in Colorado Springs. The room and bathroom were very clean. We had a really nice view of the Pikes Peak range. Staff was friendly, breakfast was also good. Located next to Academy Blvd. means you have good access to shopping and restaurants.
