The staff at this hotel is excellent. That being said, our room was dirty. The kitchen appliances were dirty with dirty fingerprints and grease. There were toenail clippings on the carpet and the bathroom rail had mildew. We asked that the room be cleaned but the condition did not change. There is very little to choose from for breakfast.

We have stayed here frequently. This time, we found the chairs at the dining/work table to be so low that it made the table unusable for dining or for computer work. What a shame .... a once fine hotel is destroyed by somebody who has forced guests to have to use a key feature that is no longer useable... we probably won't return!

A maintenance person may want to check the door lock on room 138. It was very loose and the door did not close tightly. While generally Homewood suites is a very good value the increase in the price during the Air Force Graduation week was astounding to me.

The advertised suite is not what is offered. The kitchen is extremely outdated with horribly gross and scratched pots and pans as well as kitchen tools. They were presented in the dishwasher with a "clean" sticker by housekeeping. There is no dishwashing soap, sponges, or scrubbing device of any kind offered. The continental breakfast was gross and of poor quality. Everything in the room is outdated and old, the bed was saggy and not comfortable, the light system was inconvenient, the AC was noi... We really loved having a kitchen with a full fridge, microwave, stove, etc. We also enjoyed having a separate bedroom while our kids slept on the pull out couch. We will gladly stay here again. Our only complaint was breakfast. The food was good enough with many options. The waffle maker was very popular and the kitchen could use another one. We love staying at this particular Homewood Suites, because the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. In the years that we've been staying here, they've been attentive to any issues we've had (which haven't been many). They have our room ready for us when we arrive, the meals are delicious, the pool - relaxing, and all the machines in the fitness room actually work, which can't be said of all hotels! I have found that Homewood Suites are either very good or average for the Hilton family of hotels. The nice thing here is that the owners of this hotel are better than average in keeping up the property and level of service. You are close to shopping, restaurants and bars, golf, and the AF Academy, if that's why you're here. It's perfect for a longer stay with a full kitchen and all the cooking utensils provided. Separate bed/bath and living rooms and like all Hilton/Hampton Inn facilities, the breakfast is included--and apparently some "receptions" periodically in the evenings. Rooms were quiet and the beds comfortable. Only drawback is the price, but in my mind, the amenities made up for it. I'll be back!

Room experienced many issues: no smoke detector, tv didn't work, ice maker didn't work, door lock failed, no sheets for sofa sleeper. Basically the room was not ready for guests. All in all a comfortable, clean stay with friendly staff. Only a couple things detracted. An evening reception weekdays and a full breakfast in the morning add both value and to the comfort of the stay. Stayed only one day but everything is what you expect from a Homewood Suites. Easy to fine. and very close to the Air Force Academy. Location also has plenty of restaurant's in the area. The staff was very professional .

The hotel was clean and the bed was so comfortable! I loved the breakfast. One morning we had a type of egg enchilada that was delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful. It is in a nice area and I would definitely stay here again.

I am working on a project at the Air Force Academy and this hotel location was great. Lots of shopping and good restaurants close by.........even had an Apple Store nearby so that I could get a new charger for my phone. Rooms were good size and the breakfast in the morning has a lot to choose from.

Great staff, could have done without the roofing construction. Complimentary breakfast was good and evening social meals were great. Housekeeping was a little lacking...had to constantly go to front desk to get towels and toilet paper. The only issues we really had was due to housekeeping staff and the roofing construction.
