This hotel was overall really good! The housekeeping department was very accommodating and helpful with everything we needed. The location is great! It is right next to amazing restaurants and shopping centers. I had and amazing experience here. They made you feel welcomed. I will be returning to this hotel next time I am in Colorado Springs.

I had to stay there a week for business travel. The room was very comfortable and hot breakfast is always appreciated. There was plenty of parking and the room was quiet. There were several restaurants in walking distance. I couldn't ask for more.

My husband and I stayed here on our trip to Colorado Springs and were very pleased with the clean beautiful rooms and the friendly, helpful service at the front desk. We definitely would recommend this hotel!

The Broadmoor World Arena walking distance. Restaurants and Shopping walking distance. Close to I-25. SAFE Location! Attentive Caring Staff! During my 3 day stay they were at 100% occupancy. Furnishing in room could use replacement. Comfortable Bed! Amazingly Quiet for a full hotel. Room was very clean. Very polite Housekeeping staff. Refrigerator and Microwave! Pool and Exercise room well maintained. Screened Window!

This was a good stop for us on the way to Garden of the Gods. Mt Evans and Pikes Peak. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful. Room was nice with comfortable bed. Had a good free breakfast bar. Hotel in centrally located in town and near most restaurants and attractions.

Very pleasant front desk staff upon check in. My room was clean and fresh. The air conditioning worked great during this heat spell. The bed was very comfortable and linens were fresh. I love the waffles at the free breakfast. Very conveniently located off I-25 and plenty of free parking. Pool was too small to enjoy. Exercise room with very limited equipment. Will definitely be back. Great value.

Our lacrosse team chose this hotel and it worked for us as we were traveling with our puppy and it was close to the tournament fields. The price was typical and included breakfast so we booked it. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable (always a plus). The staff was fine (nothing bad to say but nothing exceptional either). We did like the later 12:00 checkout time as it allowed us to come back to our room and have my son shower after his morning games before heading home. Also it w... Read more

Locations next to a freeway can drive me nuts. When we drove up to the Fairfield, I was deeply concerned: I-25 might as well be assigned room number 242! But I was so pleased to get to our room and hear only quiet--a remarkable feat! In addition, the property is well-maintained and in its class, this Fairfield is well worth the stay. Close by, you'll find lots of restaurants (mostly good chains) and a Target.

Family of 4 vacation on 7/20 to 7/23. Staff and room was excellent just like being at home. Great time in Colorado Springs exhausting day but came to room and felt relaxed with all comforts of home. I highly recommend it anyone looking for comfort.

Conveniently located to I-25, restaurants, and Target, this Fairfield was easy to find perched along a scenic pond complete with a small waterfall, fountain, herons, and grouchy geese. The inn was clean, quiet, and everything worked. Breakfast was the typical free stuff and included fresh fruit. The inn felt safe and secure. For a relaxing vacation, stay here and enjoy beautiful Colorado Springs.

I was disappointed with our room. Overall it was very dirty - stains all over the carpet and furniture. The room layout was as expected. It would be fine as a quick one night stay before catching an early morning flight but it's not more than that.

Fairfield in amongst many other hotels near a movie theatre and several restaurants. Upon checking in, front desk agent was concerned our key card may not work as he had some issues earlier so he accompanied us to our room to ensure we could access our room. Most hotels just give you a card and let you try 10 times to get in your room and get frustrated but not the agents here. They were also great to suggest food beyond the chains close to the hotel.
