"This particular Days Inn does NOT look like the pictures/advertisement. It maybe did at one time, but that was MANY years ago. It was dirty, cold and had NO security at all. Doors sitting wide open all night both nights (during the blizzard)and when we talked to the desk person about it, he didn't care and gave us a shoulder shrug. Would not stay at this particular hotel again."

"Days inn made a mistake putting their name on this hotel. Although inexpensive, it is dirty and in dis-repair. We originally booked for 5 nights for a chance to explore Colorado Springs. We couldn't stay for second night. We arrived at 5pm and had to wait for the room to be cleaned. The room was odoriferous, their were huge stains on carpet, ashes in the corners and something strange stuck to the phone. The locks were broken on the sliding door for the balcony and the exterior entry door was not secure and appeared to be temporaryily replaced. I had to stand in 4 inches of water to take a shower and although the linens appeared to be clean my wife complained of itching the next day. Okay you get what you pay for, after buying some cleaning products we arrived around 6pm for our second night and the room wasn't cleaned. The last straw. We promptly checked out, and they still insisted on charging for the second night. Definitely not safe for the family or if you expect to enjoy the stay."
