So the first thing I noticed when I walked into the office was the multiple customer service awards that I have no idea where they got from. The guy made no eye contact with us and proceeded to give us the wrong room number and key. We were confused when we entered our room and saw the tv on and another person's belongings scattered everywhere. We quickly closed the door when we realized the guy had given us a KEY TO AN ALREADY OCCUPIED ROOM! When we went back to the office to get a new room the... Read more

This place had prostitutes and gang members, coming in, all times of the day and night. People were running up and down the walkway, late at night, talking/laughing/partying. There were bed bugs and the bed was not comfortable, at all. There was gang writing on the elevator wall, and sidewalks. They did wash it off of the wall. The laundry costs $2.00 to wash and $2.00 to dry. There is one good thing, that I can say, is the staff, was very friendly. The low end wifi internet was free, but if you... Read more

I booked online and was told queen non smoking suite. Arrive at this place and was immediately apprehensive. Just by the people in the parking lot and a drug deal going on in plain site. Checked in because it was non cancelable went to the room.... Def smoking room I went into a severe asthma attack, it was two doubles not a queen and suite was not the right word for this room. Apparently this is a drug mecca people pulling up in the parking lot and others coming out to get their fix it was craz... Read more

Great price, but as the saying goes you get what you pay for! These studios are in need of renovation. The room had an unpleasant odor, the stove in the room did not work, the beds are really uncomfortable. I suggest that you pay a few more dollars somewhere else for a more comfortable stay!

As in prior review - told no smoking - oh its smoking room. Extended stay hotels - usually hotels of this nature have pots, pans, utensils - nope not this location. NONE and they do not provide them to you. Why is there is kitchen in here and why am I paying for this amenity. I guess Ill go buy new pots and pans so I can update my stuff at home after I leave here... Entry door: has a nice lovely gap so who knows what can get in. That's the smallest queen bed I have ever seen - looks like a fu... Read more

We stayed at this hotel after checking out their lovely website. But it was not nice at all! It looks like a flop house, with people hanging out in the back. Furniture was old and out dated, holes and scratches on walls, fridge made horrible noises, doors to elevator needed key card but batteries were low so rarely worked. VERY dirty elevator and halls. NO kitchen supplies in the kitchen or at the front desk, food was lost because we had no way of cooking it. We were told it was because they ha... Read more

Need I say more? Scary experience. $80 with a $50 deposit (that wasn't returned for a week) I walk in the door and the stench of mold filled my nostrils. I thought: "Well, it's the early AM. No choices. Suck it up." Towels were stained (with dark red?) Black silt in the tub. Mold under the mattress (and a bottle of alcohol) Lie in the bed, and after a few minutes start getting tingling feelings throughout my body. Thought: "It's the a/c on my skin." They I began feeling little pricks here and th... Read more

Check the room out if they will let you before you stay. We stayed in this motel 2 different nights during a 2 week trip. One room had a very hard double bed, had been smoked in (even thought it was non-smoking), dirty carpet, not very clean. Another room was fairly nice and clean. Both rooms had fridge, micro, table, flat screen TV, good A/C. The motel provides no ice, no ice trays, no coffee, no dishes. The elevator and hall is filthy.

So far this trip has been really good we're staying at the cross lands there was a lot of bad reviews actually our room has a new bed. Where househunting in Colorado Springs we've been exploring the area and people seem friendly.
