The facility is in need of an update for both; in the rooms and the pool. The location is very good the lobby is welcoming, the rooms are not. The furniture is old and the facilities in the rooms are old and looking just that. We have stayed at this hotel often over the past year and consistently the staff is gracious and helpful and welcoming.

The best part of the hotel stay was the breakfast staff. She was pleasant and truly cared about each person she came into contact with. The rooms where clean and well lite. I appreciated the housekeeping staff. they went out of their way to make sure I had what I need in my room. A down side was that I was placed in a room with a broken bathroom counter and some visible water damage. Also, in the 3rd floor hallway there was visible water damage on the ceiling.

Every morning we were greeted by a very kind lady named Teresa. She always made sure we had everything we needed. The food she prepared for the guest was absolutely wonderful. We look forward to coming back to this hotel!

Clean tiny rooms. Pool was cold, hot tub was broken. We have kids so they were really looking forward to the pool and hot tub. No vending machines for snacks. Had to go to the gas station. No mini fridges or microwaves in your room.

We went to visit our son who lives in Canon City. We live in Az so the snow was challenging to drive in. The storm was not bad for the locals. The hotel was nice and cozy. The driveways were clear and the front was kept dry.

Enjoyable stay for New Year's Eve! This was a clean facility with a pool and workout room. I would definitely stay again when I am in the area next. If you have kids they will enjoy the pool and a Chilli's is close by as well.

We had a great experience at the. Hampton Inn. The night clerk was delightful and even offered milk for my 3yo grandson and me. Breakfast was very busy as it was mostly families but the hostess was up for the challenge. The rooms were clean, neat and modern. I was blessed.

This hotel was very clean. The rooms were updated and the bed was super comfy. The bathroom was clean and well appointed. Staff were friendly and check-in was easy. Would recommend this hotel to any one traveling through the area. Great for business, couples and families.

We were really happy with our hotel select when visiting the town for our Polar Express experience and Royal Gorge. Polar Express is 10 minutes away. The hotel was clean, kid friendly and the breakfast was decent.

I tried to post a review of this hotel earlier, but I guess it was too negative. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. There was rust on the walls from their fire sprinklers that looked like blood dripping down. Why even rent a room that looks this bad? The manager, Jon, was a very unprofessional person. I stayed on points and I asked for the points to be refunded. We stay at Hilton hotels around the country, but I will never stay at this hotel again. I've complained to Hilton Custome... Read more
