I just stayed 1 night for business reason. The staffs were super nice and friendly. I didn't use anything in the kitchen but they had all things you may need. Location is perfect to go near restaurant, shops or mountains! Not could be quite depends on who has your next room guest - but you don't need to stay there all day - it's Denver!

Located behind the Flatirons Mall with close access to major highways, this was the perfect place to stay for a 15 minute drive into Boulder. You are in walking distance of many eateries and shopping and have a nice view of the Flatirons. The staff was very friendly every time we went into the office. Our rooms were nice and clean and very quiet. There was also ample parking. The bedrooms were small but nice and we enjoyed having a television in both bedrooms and the den area. The kitchen was an... Read more

I was here for work for a week. It was not my first choice, but the next door Renaissance and the Omni were sold out. While I don't think the building is old, it has a very worn appearance inside. The entry door is grimy with hand smears. The carpets are old and poorly vacuumed in the hallways. Interior doors were also smeared and grimy. A TV was blasting in the reception when I arrived, but the desk staff was friendly and efficient. The room i had was adequate in size and had a couch, de... Read more

Superb two night stay. Staff extremely professional and helpful. Quite and clean. We left a child blanket in the room and the staff retrieved it and washed it for us. Even willing to ship it to us. Thank you!

From making an appointment, to checking in, flawless. Friendly staff, great atmosphere. Our suite was top notch, nice and quiet. Breakfast was not only delicious it was complimentary. I was able to use the lobby computer to print out my boarding pass and be on my way. Steve Ryan, thank you for everything. I hope I can come back soon. Sincerely, RayGina Machuca

The hotel has been redone so it is fresh and clean. Located within walking distance of Flat Iron Crossing mall, the hotel is convenient with easy access to downtown Denver and Boulder. Great customer service. The people at this hotel really care about their guests. There are a million places to stay in the Denver area; this hotel provides real customer service.

Nice hotel, very helpful and friendly staff. Close to several restaurants and the mall. Easy access to the highway to Boulder and other surrounding areas. Didn't have a chance to try the breakfast, but others in our party said it was good.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. The TownePlace Suites Boulder Broomfield is a dirty, unfriendly, crime ridden hotel that no one should have to experience! Personal property was stolen from our room and the General Manager was uncooperative. Housekeeping often didn't vacuum the room or restock needed supplies like toilet paper. It seemed as though the overall maintenance and upkeep of the room had been severely lacking for a long time. Flooring was peeling up, window locks didn't work,... Read more

Stay was good and ok, moreover it was good and breakfast was very good. Once incident I bring to notice is: I had one of my new cosmetic item lost from Hotel Room during daily room service, and after reporting the same to Hotel management, they have reimbursed the amount, so that was nice experience of loyalty. Overall was very good, cheap and convenient to Restaurants and Mall.

Suites are small and poorly maintained. That is also evident in the hallways, elevator, and outside premises Can use some updating especially in lobby where it is a snack area, one computer business office, and front desk. Very small area. Laundry area also poorly cleaned. Pool area small and in need of updating. Saw a cleaning person finally cleaning the exit door Windows and I had been there 2 weeks.

I hesitated in writing this review, but decided that constructive criticism is sometimes welcome. The good included a great welcome by Chelsea which was quick since I had checked in online. The location is very convenient and the one bedroom unit was nicely laid out. The bad included a very cramped and overcrowded breakfast room despite the staff's best efforts it is just too small. We also found dirty towels behind the bathroom door. The ugly was the lobby area which was a big disappointm... Read more

I traveled to Colorado for a wedding and this was one of the two places that the couple secured for their guests. There was a good amount of the party in this hotel, and some across the street (totally convenient!). My review is very mixed. On the good side, the people were so incredibly kind and professional. Every single person who worked in the hotel went above and beyond basic duties. They were absolutely darling. I'm not sure that I have ever stayed in a hotel in the states where ever... Read more

I was in town for work and stayed here because of the price versus the Renaissance next door. For the price it was nice, small pool, clean room, good air conditioning. They do serve a complementary breakfast and do have a small gym if you want to get a quick workout in. All room do come with a little kitchenette, so the large frig is nice when staying more than 1-2 days.

The last time I stayed here a year ago I was very unimpressed. Things have improved somewhat (my room was clean and everything worked properly). However, the stay was not without issue. My first impression upon entering the hallway and heading to the elevator was ‚??dirty‚??. The carpet is very badly stained in the common areas and really needs replaced if this hotel wants to represent the Marriott brand. The elevator itself had carpet that was stained and filthy. The cleaning team was sti... Read more

Some of the reviews here are a bit harsh, so I want to chime in and say that this hotel met or exceeded our expectations in every way. First of all, it is a great value. We decided to stay here with points, and I was able to stretch my points balance to nearly a week. That brings me to my next point, which is that this is a Category 3 hotel. If other travelers expect Category 10 amenities at a Category 3 hotel, they will always be disappointed. Yes, the breakfast area is small, but it was n... Read more

We stayed two nights at Towneplace Suites while visiting old friends where we used to live in Superior, CO. The hotel is convienent to restuarants, Flatiron Mall and Boulder, CO. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite, room 417. It was a top floor room with a view of the beautiful Flatiron Mountains. Two rooms had a queen bed and the living room had a pull out sofa. We recently stayed at the TownePlace Suites in Broomfield when taking our daughter back to school at CU. it is much less expensive than Boulder hotels, very clean and easy to get to. Free breakfast and coffee included in the stay. Best of all, the staff is very friendly and helpful. A great family value.

Only stayed one night at end of long trip but wished I could have stayed longer. Place is quiet, convenient, and in a good area for taking a walk before/after work. Staff directed me to a nearby bike trail that was perfect for a solo run in the evening. Only drawback was slowish wifi. I didn't use the gym or pool. Good workspace for business traveller.

The room was comfortable, enjoyed the bed (most important part for me). Desk area was useful as well when working on reports. Sometimes there was a slight stuffy smell in the room but I was able to open the windows to air it out. Subtle and not overwhelming. Good location as well, shopping and food very accessible and short drive to get to downtown Boulder. Overall good site, will stay again next time I'm in the area.

This is the second time our group stayed here and it's for a reason. The place has an excellent location, clean rooms , pet friendly and the staff makes you feel valued. The manager Steve actually gave me my AAA credit even though the app on my phone didn't ask for the number. He saved me some money however it was more the thought that counted.

Everything was wonderful. The staff was extremely helpful in recommending places to see in the area. Conveniently located near many restaurants and mall, also between Boulder and Golden and the sightseeing in those areas. There is also a great golf course nearby that we did not have time to use but friends enjoyed. Easy travel from the Denver Airport.

Hotel is in a great location. Near shopping, restaurants, and nearby businesses. Easy drive to Boulder or to Denver. Easy to get to/from airport on toll road. Great views from hotel property. Nice sidewalks and walking trails make way for great running in the area. Breakfast area was clean and well stocked. Staff was SUPER helpful and friendly. Danielle in particular was friendly and courteous. Next time I'm in the area, will definitely stay here.

The staff at the front desk were excellent. I travel a consider amount each year for business and would rate them well above average. The room is average and the flat screen TV and desk space give it a somewhat modern feel. However the hotel overall is showing it's age or one probably older than it really is. That along with the excessive noise and outside light entering the room put this visits among my worse hotel visits. Breakfast was a joke, basically it included three elements: hard boiled... We stayed one night at this hotel which is conveniently located just off highway 36. It is positioned near a major shopping center where guests can walk to stores, restaurants, etc. There are 4 floors and because we checked in early were unable to get on the top floor. We could hear someone above us periodically walking about and that is always irritating. Town Place Suites has all the normal features of a mini Residence Inn. I am a committed Marriott person but have not really used Towne Place suites before but will do so in the future. This is a fabulous location for exploring the west side of Denver so this hotel makes a great base. The rooms are excellent, the hotel has everything you need from friendly helpful staff, a free shuttle bus (completely unexpected), great restaurants and shopping nearby, sensible breakfast and excellent rooms. What more can I say - wish we had hotels as good as this in the UK!

Stayed here for one night on business. Service was friendly and the rooms were a nice size, but they are in serious need of updating.
