The rooms are spacious with an armoire, fan, and humidifier. They are very clean and the beds are comfortable. The best part about the lodge was the heated, slightly salted pool and hot tub. The staff were very friendly and helped us find fun places to go in town. I would definitely go back!

Lodge by the Blue is a nice place to stay away from the busyness of downtown Breckenridge. The accommodations are very nice and clean though there was much maintenance and construction going on that left the outside appearance not very nice. Pool is very nice. Our only complaint is that the Wifi was very spotty and poor the entire week.

The location of the lodge is perfect! Just a few miles outside of Breckenridge. Our room was clean, spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff (Jennifer, Nicholas, and Drew) was exceptional in every way, giving us helpful hints and directions to activities in the area. My wife had altitude sickness and Drew referred us to the "Vita-Flo" for treatment. (Great recommendation!) The 2 lounge areas each had a fireplace and were cozy and welcoming! The salt water pool and the hot tub were s... Read more

Just got back from spending a week at the Lodge by the Blue and everything was wonderful, no issues at all. Nicely updated rooms, incredibly friendly and helpful staff, convenient location just outside of town, absolutely a gem of a location and I absolutely will visit again. Zero complaints whatsoever

We stayed at the Lodge by the Blue towards the end of April, and had such a peaceful stay. If there were others staying the Lodge we barely saw them. Construction was happening as well, we were never disturbed by that. Check in was breeze along with a few suggestions of places to see, and where towels were located for the pool. Our condo had one room with two beds, and a pull out sofa for extra sleeping. We were here all week, so we tried them all! I do prefer a softer mattress then what we had ... Read more

The location has a beautiful view and is central to a lot of things the city has to offer. The front desk girl, Megan, was awesome beyond compare. She was very helpful and friendly and did all she could to help us during our stay. Another staff member, Nick, was also very friendly and helped out a lot. There was another guy who worked the front desk, didn't catch his name, who was kinda distant and not very helpful, but I didn't see him much. The main deck of the lodge went under construction ... We had an incredible experience at the Lodge by the Blue. The accommodations are amazing and the views are breathing taking. Our room was fantastic! It was clean even though there was construction going on. I would return there without hesitation!!! The help was very friendly and helpful. The only issue is if you don't want to "fall off the grid" the cellular service isn't the best but the Lodge provides land lines for incoming and outbound free calls. Loved it here!!

This was an incredible place for a vacation. The room was great, comfortable, and the service at the lodge was top notch. Megan was incredibly helpful and full of good information. This will be even better after the restaurant and bar are completed. The one issue was people smoking right outside the door and the smoke driving into the rooms when the doors are open.

I'm not sure if we just happened to stay here on the worst week possible, or what. I don't understand all of the other great reviews because our experience was very different. During check in, there were 2 staff members at the counter. There was 1 customer in front of my husband and this person had a million questions, thus taking forever to check in. Instead of stepping up and helping my husband, the other staff member just sat there doing nothing. Then we finally got to our room and it wa... Read more

We stayed here earlier this month (August). We knew this lodge was under construction but didn't anticipate that their would be caution tape stretched across our scenic view through our patio window, where we weren't able to exit, had we wished to do so. They are currently building porches/balconies on all the rooms that are on the left portion of the building that you see in their photo. See my photo with the porch construction also. The lodge has basically turned what used to be 3 hotel room... Read more

This lodge is a little rustic. On third floor with no elevators. Only 1st and 2nd floors have balconies. Balconies are very nice especially with the beautiful view we have. Also no ice machines in the rooms or anywhere in the lodge. So need to bring your own. There were two ice trays in our freezer. Says sleeps 6 but would be a little tight. Kitchen is okay but a little small. They are in the middle of remodeling restaurant so couldn't eat there. But Breckenridge just about 5 minutes away. Came ... Read more
