We are here for our daughters graduation. First day room service did not come for over one hour so we went to a graduation pre-service with no coffee or breakfast. Today at noon the cleaning staff on our floor said they didn't speak English when I asked them to clean our room. At 1 pm the front desk assured us the room would be cleaned asap as we waited in the lobby. Never happened. At 4 pm we insisted they clean our room when we left for dinner at 6 pm. The front desk guaranteed a 6:15 clean ... Read more

If I could give this hotel a ZERO I would. This is the absolute worse hotel I've ever dealt with. First off the photos on their website are completely FALSE! I booked this room in March and the same day called to request an upgrade or if that was not possible to cancel my reservation all together the reception put me on hold for more than 30 minutes 2 days in a row. I have severe allergies and asthma from the customer photos I noticed some of the rooms were dusty and had mold. After putting ... Read more

The hotel is in poor repair hid behind clever marketing. It's more expensive than comparably-sized hotels in the area with far more dirty and run-down hallways, poor lighting, ancient HVAC ductwork and an antique-like presence that could only be interesting if there were ghost stories associated with it, which one can only imagine to be so. And the staff leaves something to be desired in their cleaning and maintenance skills. The elevator is not marked well for guests to find, the entrance and... Read more

Stayed here with my wife while attending a meeting here. Was a little disappointed in the property as most of the times I attend meetings at hotels, the accommodations are very nice. As other reviews have said, this was probably a very nice hotel at one point, but is in need of a renovations. We stayed in the West Wing and it was very dated. The location in town was the one saving grace.

Wish I had read the other reviews before I booked here.Old, dated, and not cared for. Some poor customer service, but some great as well. I stayed in an home of the old wing for 3 nights before I was upgraded to the new wing. My colleague in the room beside me had a mouse in her room - on the 3rd floor. If there is one mouse, there are many! Front desk offered to send up a trap, and only after complaining were both of us moved. When I ordered a muffin from the restaurant, the server manhandled i... An extended family weekend stay to attend a wedding. The Millenium location is the perfect spot for access to all of what Boulder has to offer. Nestled near the grounds of the University, this spacious hotel property offers two pools, tennis on a academy like setting and a great Boulder Creek walking/biking path to Pearl Street, the "gem" of Boulder shopping. Let's throw in a handy "convenience store" next door (a modern Safeway) and other local shops (wine&spirits, fast food etc.) The hote... Read more

This hotel has been here for a very long time. It's large but not easy to get around. Elevators not available or don't work. Rooms are spacious and the beds and bedding are clean but not much else. Adequate. Right near CU campus. For me it was convenient to get to my work sites. The room I had was all the way over near some trees and it was nice view in the morning and at night.

Was in Boulder for a startup event. This hotel was in a good central location. The hotel was your average hotel. The rooms were not bad but they were not fancy. The hotel was overpriced. The room was $200 a night for 2 queens bed, "off season." I found similar hotels for $100-$150 on hotels tonight. I would maybe stay here again, but i'd check all my apps and websites first.

Decided at last minute to spend the night in Boulder after attending an evening performance at the Boulder Dinner Playhouse. I drove directly to this hotel, hoping to get a price break (ARRP, AAA, whatever). Instead I was greeted at the check-in desk with a story about how full they were (even though there were very few cars in the parking lot or people around the hotel. I was assigned a room on the 2nd floor in a wing off the main building. The elevator was hard to find, stuck in a small room ... Read more

This hotel needs a major facelift. Garbage in the hallway, bathtub would not drain, stained sheets, pool not functioning. Stay away! Paint was chippong in the common hallways and in our room. My daughter ordered a sandwich by the pool with no water and the waitstaff would not bring it to her she had to wait and carry it over herself. Terrible.

The grounds are great - and awesome location off the creek and shopping centers nearby. The interesting thing about the hotel is that the grounds don't match the rooms. The rooms in the west tower are outdated and the shower fixtures looked shockingly like something from the 60s or 70s. I'm sure it's been a "if it's not broke, don't fix it" situation, but we're also in 2016. Walls are thin, and fixtures are loud when used. Doors stick and it overall just feels like it needs to be updated. Not ab... Read more

Did a priceline bid and got this place. Hotel definitely needs a facelift, it was okay. Room was fine, bed was comfortable. Had somewhat of a moldy smell in the hallways. It was purely and average place to stay.

I only stayed here for two nights and it was an average hotel nothing special but nothing ordinary. Although the hotel isn't anything special the location was perfect if you walk outside you literally we see tennis courts of wonderful bike path and it's easy access into downtown Boulder it's definitely a good steak but nothing special.

I really wanted to love this hotel. I had heard great things from a Coloradan, who used to visit the hotel "back in the day". She highly recommended the Millennium for it's great property with scenic views of the Flatirons, so I booked it and was excited to visit. What a horrible disappointment. Staff, rooms, food, or lack thereof...it just went from bad to worse. I don't mind a few inconveniences, but the Millennium was outright unclean and frankly, dangerous. Hotel showing its age, but room was clean and bed was comfy. We were there for four nights for a conference. Some issues with housekeeping, which was not consistent, and front desk not helpful. They seemed understaffed. AC at the conference broke down several times, but was fine in the room. Stayed at the Millennium Harvest House in June 2016 and found it to be in a perfect location, at the intersection of 28th Street and Folsom. Many restaurants and shopping centers nearby, including a movie theatre for nights when we felt lazy. We stayed here for a conference. Billed as "renovated" and we had stayed there several years ago. Nothing has changed and it has continued to deteriorate. Only advantage is proximity to the University and access to a lot of restaurants. You need to know where you are going to access the hotel - really awkward at first. While this hotel needs a renovation and pool and grounds could use more cleaning, i still rate it very good. The staff are very friendly and our room was clean. There is Starbucks in the grocery near 28 and Arapahoe, or in front of the hotel. Restaurants, spas, gyms and the bike path behind the hotel are within walking. If you get a room, ask for the foothills or mountain view. Rooms across the front have been renovated.

We stayed at the Millennium Harvest House on a summer weekend during a family trip to Colorado. First, the positives: the location is excellent. It is very close to the CU campus and near most of the action in Boulder. There is an enormous shopping center across the street, so all of your needs are nearby. Otherwise, the Harvest House is an odd hotel. It is enormous, with three separate buildings, two pools, a huge patio, giant gazebo, large bar, etc. Unfortunately, the hotel does not seem to ... Unfortunately the owners have decided to milk this cash cow to the bitter end. It is lacking basic working amenities like ice machines and pool chairs. This hotel was very nice. The rooms were large & the beds were comfortable. After a long international flight it was the perfect room. The Wifi was free & it was very quiet. It was a great location & easy to get around the city. Microwaves were in the room as well as a Keurig coffee pot

Main section updated, and OK. Room is fine, nice balcony. But everything's old, not kept up. Fruniture worn. Desk people TERRIFIC. Don't under any circumstances getl in the "West Wing." A slum. Hallways out of an old asylum movie. Dirty, broken down rooms. Things like broken sink handle, loose toilet seat, door witn 1 inch gap between it an floor, durty and dusty. Elevators sound like from the '30s. Moldy entrances, because of fountain that's not kept clean. Dented walls, scuff marks everywhere... Read more

I book time after time with hopes it'll get better, but the keep disappointing me. I've given up. Unorganized front desk, dirty hallways, ok food. I've met some nice staff, but there is just something off.
