I have stayed at this Hilton property on many occasions. There is a solid consistency in the professionalism of the staff and their willingness to accommodate special requests. On a recent trip my wife, daughter and I all flew into Denver at different times. My daughter arrived at the hotel at 9:00 am as she had a job interview that day. Even though the hotel had been full the prior evening, the staff was willing to get a room cleaned up and provide her with a room by 9:20 am. This might no... Read more

I chose this hotel for the ratings on Trip Advisor, as well as the value. The suite was just beautiful, clean, and well laid-out. The breakfast items were perfect; everyone was satisfied. The lobby is beautiful and was a nice place to hang out. We had a girls' (5) weekend in Boulder, and the hotel was an easy drive from each of our little trips around town.

Would recommend to friends and family. Food and service was consistent with the Hilton brand. Close to both the city center, university and the mountains (hiking). A little tricky to get to the 1st time, in a shopping center, but not an issue after that.

I checked in yesterday and was assigned a room that was wayyyy too far from main building. As a single woman traveling alone I had no desire to have to walk with three suitcases to the back of the property to and from my room..I asked for a room closer and by the third request I got a room in building 3....it should not be this hard. Also, there are no handicapped doors...is this legal? With no automatic doors, it is a real struggle to get in and out. Other than that the hotel is nicely equip... Read more

If you've never stayed at a Homewood Suites I would highly recommend that you give it a try. Boulder's Homewood Suites is the best one I've stayed at. We wanted somewhere close enough to all the tourist attractions, but far enough away to enjoy the quietness of Colorado. This location is tucked away in a corner of Boulder. We were there for the Half Ironman triathlon race, and I needed a kitchen, and accommodations for 4 people. The room was situated so that the bedroom, living space, and bathroom were separate. It was fantastic, because we could close off the bedroom from the other rooms, which meant some of us could go to bed early without being disturbed. I was also so impressed that the staff knew there were multiple races the next day, so they prepared breakfast for guests at 4 a.m.! Now THAT is service! ... Read more

I have stayed at this hotel 5 times at least since 2012. There are numerous reasons why this hotel is fabulous. First, is the location. 2nd is the evening hospitality food, 3rd is the morning breakfast, 4th is the very spacious and clean suites. The 5th reason is for $5 you can use the athletic facility immediately adjacent to the property. When we were given our room, we were surprised by just how nice it was. It was large and had a full kitchen. The A/C worked well, and the room was nicely furnished. The room was on the first floor and we could park steps away from our room. The location is also excellent because it's located right behind a shopping center, which features a bagel store(amazing[BIG DADDY BAGELS]) supermarket, and pharmacy, yet it's less than a five minute drive from pearl street. There's lots of space to move around and everything you need to feel like you're living at home. The breakfasts and evening socials are a nice touch. The staff are friendly and helpful. The kitchenette is spacious and has plenty of storage for food if staying for an extended period of time. The common areas are nicely landscaped. We didn't use the kitchenette for cooking, but it looked like it was appropriately appointed and usable for those planning a longer stay. It was a bit out of the way for visiting downtown Boulder, but not too inconvenient.

We had a five day stay with local family assistance activities. Often small children were picked up after school and cared for until their parents could pick them up. The suite was roomy and inviting for activities. For the relatively long stay the breakfast was good especially compared to that offered at other motels. The kitchen was adequate but small for all but small snack size meals. The recent upgrade to the entire facility was very nice. (except the new haul carpeting design was, sh... Read more

We had a lovely suite with a separate sitting room with bedroom privacy provided by double French doors. The location was slightly difficult to find but we received excellent directions via phone from the front desk. Check in was efficient. Breakfast buffet nice with spacious seating. Hilton delivers a consistent experience.

Friendly, clean, meals are a big plus. We have enjoyed every stay at all the Homewood Suites and recommend the hotel to everyone we know. It is nice to know that when you book Homewood Suites you don't have to worry about the facility being out dated, they are always working on making your stay a pleasent one.

I stay at this hotel 2-3 times/year for the past 4 years and have never had a bad experience. The FULL breakfasts are wonderful and the 4 evening snack/mini meals are also delicious. All staff are always very accommodating and, what you don't find everywhere, very friendly and welcoming.

We had an very good experience. It was just like home when you step into your room with all relatively updated amenities, kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom. We Love that it includes a hot buffet breakfast each day. This was our first time staying in Homewood Suites and in Boulder and it won't be our last. Its' location is set behind the beautiful backdrop on the mountains. It was a little hard to find though since the GPS didn't recognize that you have to turn into a shopping center an... Read more

My husband and I stayed here when visiting Boulder for a short getaway. We selected this property based on reviews, location, and prior experience with Homewood Suites. This was an average property. We didn't have the option of selecting our room with Hilton's digital check-in, which was a disappointment. The property was only ok, and even though the rooms seemed somewhat updated, the walls were very thin. We heard normal noise, footsteps, and a very "energetic" couple having fun several times d... Read more

The hotel is in close proximity to shops and resturants making it easy to find whatever you needed. There is a nice Safeway supermarket steps away. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfy and spacious but the bedding is not what I'm used to with Hilton Hotels. The complimentary breakfast is good and available in good time frames. It was good to tank up and head out for our adventure of the day. The Monday thru Thursday Evening Social Complimentary meal offered ample enough off... Read more

This is a very average Hilton property. Sorta clean but not perfect. I feel they need to update the property. All said, good location, and satisfactory. Breakfast was good and staff was very accommodating. I will return but would love to see some modifications.

Had a perfect stay while in Boulder for work. Was at this location for almost 2 weeks. Sandy at the front desk was one of the best I have dealt with in all my travels and Sandra who does the evening reception was great to visit with and be around. She always had a smile on her face and greeted everyone she seen. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The pillows were typical hotel quality pillows, you just cant beat your own pillow. Everything was great with my stay, but if I had to say the... Read more

I can't believe I forgot to do a review of this property. My wife and I spent 6 nights here. Since it's an updated property, you get the best of old (size of room ) and the best of the new (modern appliances and decor). Shopping center is right behind the hotel if you need anything. It's an easy drive to anywhere in Boulder. We're going back next year as well. I don't really like Homewood's breakfast, but that's a brand thing and shouldn't be held against the staff there. I have stayed here about 4 times in the last 5 years. Called ahead to check on possibility of early check-in and was told I would get a call back when room is available, but did not receive a call. Requested information about nearby shuttle service to airport and told cost is $40-50, but was actually $28! Toilet did not flush completely even after they "fixed" it. Bed a little on the soft side. This Homewood is not on par with all of the others in which I stayed. Finding the hotel is tricky because it is located behind a strip mall and is poorly marked. The main building is completely detached and you have to go outside to access the breakfast/reception area and exercise area. There is no indoor pool and hot tub, the mattresses are old and sag and squeak when you sit on them. The room is laid out funny so it feels like a bunch of tiny, confined spaces. Had a pleasant one-night stay at the Homewood Suites. Kitchen is SO well appointed! Everything one could need. Just around the corner from a grocery store and small restaurants, so no complaints there. Only problem I had was that the guest services menu on the television wasn't working when I tried calling the front desk no-one answered - 3x. Made me late to my meeting as i had to go to the lobby to check out.

We were very happy with the customer service and the terrific complimentary breakfast. HOWEVER, I recommend NOT staying on the first floor of this hotel. The sound-proofing was insufficient. I wouldn't give a rating this high for a property that was as noisy as this one was, but I have to take some things into consideration. It was the night of the Buffs/Utes game and we had some happy campers here. We were on a bottom floor, not our fault, but we were, AND the front desk took very good care of us when I made a complaint. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and well kept. We stayed at this hotel over Thanksgiving weekend. This was a "meet in the middle" spot for our family to meet. We stayed for their apartment style lodging and their full kitchen. As it turns out, the kitchen is really a kitchenette. We had items stolen from the room by housekeeping. We initially thought it was an accidental, as the items (early Christmas presents) were in a box that had a lot of extra space, maybe they thought it was empty. The staff claimed there was no box, which dispro... Read more
