Overall, a usual HGI, great staff, good food, good rooms, fairly good access to DIA. Some of the facility looks tired and worn, and the motel is always full Monday through Friday, so book as early as possible before your stay there. It would be good to have an HGI nearer DIA, but is fairly easy to get to unless it is DIA rush hour. I would recommend HGI Denver International to anyone.

In process of renovation. Staff was just there, not rude or unprofessional but not very enthusiastic either. Not very friendly. Food was good at Resteraunt, but it is typical of this hotel chain. Nothing stood out. Plain Jane Hilton Garden Inn. I will probably choose a different Hotel for the price. Wasn't a bad stay and no major issues it was just blah.....

How do you give a room that is already occupied in this day and age. The second room I was given had a key that didn't work. Had to go to the front desk for the 2nd time. Didn't feel like staff cared. Room smelled once I finally got to the room. Next day ... Read more

I travel to Denver often for work and have stayed in many of the hotels near the Airport. By far I have found that the Hilton Garden Inn has, in my book, been my best stays. Comfortable beds, very polite staff, fabulous breakfast and easy in and out for the quick stays. After trying many other hotels in the area, I will always go back to the Hilton Garden Inn, for there is no reason to try any more.

Denver get away started and ended at this hotel. Friendliest staff each night. Appreciated the pre check in making simple and fast. Very well appointed rooms and very comfortable beds. I can always count on Hilton Garden hotels.

We had a group of 30 people in the meeting room for two days and the out of town attendees were guests in the hotel. It was a very good experience in every way. The meeting room was just what we needed. The meals were served on time and the food was enjoyed. We had a couple of special requests that came up. These were handled with efficiency and friendliness. Toni Johnson and her team took great care of us!

We were in the Denver area the week of one of those birthdays ~ the kind ending in 0. When I told the A-Team at the front desk (David & Henry D) what was going on, they took over! We came back from a long day to find wine on ice and delicious chocolate cake! The A-Team really helped make the day special!!! I was delighted with the number of restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. The rooms were spacious and the bed was very comfortable! Definitely staying here the next time we co... Read more

I stayed at The Hilton Garden Inn near Denver Airport twice this August. Once at the beginning of two week trip around Colorado and then again the end for my flight home. I really enjoyed both my stays and the superfriendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast served . Nice lobby ares with a bar as well as a outdoor seating area.

Located with the cluster of mid-priced road warrior business hotels, this property does not distinguish itself from the other properties in the complex. Friendly staff but dinner menu comes straight from corporate and have ordered off of across the USA. Bar staff friendly and makes an extra effort (Alice) Diamond status losing its luster here and other Hilton Properties

I called the Hilton Garden Inn A few days before my arrival and talked to Jacob and asked for a room on the top floor at the end of the hall with a king bed and a bathtub. The reason for this was my wife had recently had major back surgery and had to soak in a bath tub for about 30 minutes and is a light sleeper and likes a quiet room at the end of the hall. Jacob came back and said he found a room exactly what we're looking for and it faces the mountains with a nice view. doesn't sound like ... Read more

I love that this hotel is so close to the airport but far enough away to not hear the noise. The staff was amazing. The room was nice with a great view. I will stay at this location again. It is the little things which make a difference. Front desk staff remembered my name and something about me. They gave me bottle water which may not seem like a big deal but I travel so much and have learned to not drink local water not to upset my system.... Price was nice and close to so many amazing things ... Read more

Overall it was fine. The eating and bar area in the evening was totally undermanned. One lady was doing all the work. The rest of the visit was fine and no problems. It is a very nice hotel- older. Thanks

Good location, helpful staff, reasonable value, would recommend for business travellers because of proximity to the airport and to the RTD for access to downtown. Overall a good place to stay, although rates vary.

This is what I expect from a Hilton Garden Inn - comfortable beds and efficient room set up. But the very friendly staff made my short ( 6 hour overnight) particularly enjoyable. A very warm welcome late at night from Ryan at the front desk. And Angels and Judy took great care of me at breakfast - my coffee cup never got below half full. Definitely would choose to return on a next viait through Denver

This hotel is located in a nice area near many other hotels and restaurants. It is easy to walk to several places if you don't want to eat dinner at the hotel, including Applebee's, Uno's, Outback, and Ted's Montana. If the hotel could influence a pedestrian walkway across 40th it would be alot safer. The breakfast crew is very sweet and hard working, especially Angeles and Judy. This is definitely my go to place when staying in the area.

After a long business trip, we selected this hotel to stay closer to the airport to avoid the traffic through Denver. It was a good choice. There are several hotels in the area and one shuttle to pick everyone up from about 3-4 hotels to take you to the airport. The good things about the hotel is the lobby area is modern, clean, and lively. There must have been some sort of convention or something, but the staff did an excellent job of keeping things smooth. The staff was friendly and helpf... Read more

I reserved a room for my sister at the Hilton Garden Inn Denver International Airport for the night of 9/25/16. I had requested a ground floor room due to her limited mobility. After a back surgery and two hip replacements done this past year, the ground floor room she was given close to the lobby was very appreciated, convenient and comfortable. This Hilton Garden Inn has a great front desk agent, Julie, who was very helpful with making sure that my sister's stay was wonderful with her sensit... Read more

Everything was so nice and clean. I asked for a handicapped room that had grab bars in shower and that was close to the elevator. They had arranged exactly what I had asked for. Everyone went out of their way to help us and we're sooo friendly.

As of our arrival 4hrs ago, we are thourouly impressed. Our greeting was on point, and hospitality was great. We recieved a free drink card for the bar. Alice was a wonderful and very nice, Gus provided us with the remote for the bar TV. Great service. We talked about having breakfast, Alice said Eli was great in prepping the food, but we didn't eat. We're here for 4 days, will provide update if our experience is any less.

Room was updated, clean and nice. Everything seemed like this in the hotel. Outside lounge area and lots of lobby space. Beds comfy and lots of pillow choices! Free Internet! Front desk person was very helpful and told us a lot about the area, was able to answer many of our questions. Many restaurant options within walking across a small parking lot.

We usually stay in Hilton Garden Inn's most of the time. This one was well located and offered to park our car for the 2 weeks that we were gone. Shuttle runs every 30 min. to and from DIA. Personable staff at counter, shuttle and bar/restaurant area. They charge extra for the room when you park and ride, but much less than airport parking. We stayed at beginning and end of trip, due to international flight and coming in "dead tired".

Contact map and directions company. Their directions to "Turn left on Airport Rd. or Blvd." should be corrected to indicate "Proceed on (name of street), AFTER passing UNDER Airport Rd. (It actually looks like a freeway.) turn left at on-ramp to Airport Rd. Caution: Do not turn left on Airport Rd. freeway exit ramp. I don't think there were any "Do Not Enter" or "WRONG WAY" signs until we were already on the exit ramp, going the wrong way, with cars coming at us. It was very frightening. I... Read more

Picked this hotel near the airport from the reviews and was not disappointed! The front desk staff was so helpful and friendly. The location is not as easy to get to without a car but can be done with the rail and a bus. Nice quiet room on top floor with a pleasant view of the Rockies and sunset. Bed was perfect and a great night's sleep. Did have drinks at the small bar/dining area, which was nice even if a little cozy. About the only complaint is that the shuttle to the airport in th... If you want privacy don't stay here! Put a do not disturb sign on my door told house keeping that I didn't need my room serviced and left for a business meeting. When I got back there was a note on my dresser that said while you were out we came in and upgraded your TV. Nice! I'm a diamond member, they have my profile which includes my cell phone number. Maybe they should have called me and asked if it was ok to go in my room to upgrade my TV. Not going to stay here anymore. Maybe not going to ... Read more
