"I was excited to stay here as a treat to myself to end my trip. I usually stay at a comfort inn, motel 6 or somewhere really budget friendly. But I work really hard and decided to treat myself to a place with more features. I was made to feel extremely unwelcomed by the woman at the front desk. I was early and not expecting to check in but looking for some ideas for somewhere nearby I could go as I had no transportation. I was informed that she didn't know where I wanted to go but I should go somewhere else until after 3. I tried to explain I did not know what wad around and had to walk where ever I went. She once again made me feel like I was not even welcome to hang out in the lobby. Which is what I did since there was no coffee shop and the only place to eat was closing. I asked for them to hold my luggage so I could go for a walk....this also seemed like too much to ask. During my 2 1/2 hour wait, I watched her check in other parties. I don't even care that I could not check in early, that's not the point....It just would have been nice if she simply invited me to take a seat in the lobby or directed me to somewhere I could comfortably wait as I wad pretty much stuck there.
I checked in then at 3. My room was really nice. I was enjoying watching tv and relaxing until the channels I watched went out. They continued to loose signal on and off all night....I should have complained but was nervous to deal with the front desk again.
Then I tried to sleep. Unfortunate for me, I was sharing the floor with a large group of noisy, disrespectful teenagers. They were running through the halls screaming until about midnight...just when it was quiet, the adults went up and down the halls pounding on the doors for room checks. They stopped outside my door and argued about how room checks should be done. I got very little sleep. The next morning I walked to the gas station for coffee and donuts to avoid the group....but just walking through the hall a group of the boys started shouting junk at me. I finally yelled for them to leave me alone and locked myself in my room for the test of my stay. I understsnd the group was not the hotels fault but why place one single little traveler in that mess? I was surrounded by them.
Further more the treatment I experienced at the front desk was the most disturbing and hurtful. I really have never been treated do poorly. I did end up using mire attitude then I would have liked but after being treated so poorly it was hard not too. I really feel I was treated as a lesser guest because I booked my room on book it and not through the hotel. I won't go back, ever. It was the biggest waste of my money.
On a positive note..Sarah in the bar was so nice and treated me very well. Another one of the ladies cleaning up after lunch was also very helpful and friendly."

"Non smoking must also be specified that no illegal drugs. Ist room reeked of marijuana. Girl checking us in was very condescending and we couldn't even get the night guy to come out of the back to check us out after waiting over 15 minutes!"
