Stayed here two times, 1st in 2013 and the second time in April 2016 as a gateway to the Rockies ! The place is nice and inviting, the beds are very comfy and the room was spotless clean. The bar is open late and you can enjoy your drink playing pool on the good table.

I would have given this hotel 3 stars if they would have had a nice bed and nice bedding. Actually the double Queen we had,... one of the beds would have been almost unable to sleep on period. The other one was just bearable (if you turned frequently), and the one we did sleep on. -.5 pts. There were birds chirping in a nest outside of the window the entire night. Coupled with freeway traffic, or traffic from Pena Boulevard, we got absolutely no sleep. So took off another half point. Very ge... Read more

If you want to stay close to the airport, this really isn't the best option. It was over 10 miles away. Their shuttle picks up from like 4 other hotels and takes over 30 mins to get to airport. Hotel itself was fine.

It takes more than one strike for me to post a negative review, and our stay garnered about six strikes. 1. Confusing thermostat/wall unit that was not working. 2. The showers have terrible leaks. I see the same problem from countless other reviews on here. The puddle of water was still there the next morning. 3. Dried splatters on the walls, beat up trim, and super gross bathroom floor grout. 4. Wi-Fi issues and the alarm clock wasn't even set right. 5. Sliding door for the bathroom leaves... Read more

Great hotel located close to Denver airport. The front desk staff was extremely accommodating in our request for a late checkout. The hotel is in gateway park and there are a couple restaurants at a walking distance. Hotel offers complimentary shuttle to the airport but its shared by 4 hotels in the area so sometimes can be full so plan ahead. Typical aloft rooms but with extremely friendly staff!

I was here recently for a quick stay because I had a 6AM flight out of DIA the next morning. Shuttles to the airport are easy enough - just ask the front desk to schedule you one. Maybe a 10 or 15 minute ride to the airport, so it's super quick in the morning. Lobby and rooms are pretty modern looking, nothing to complain about. As others mentioned, the thermostats are odd, but my room was fine temperature wise. Bed was comfy. Pretty good array of breakfast items (including burritos!), which ar... Read more

Went on my business trip to Phoenix but my flights all came late at night so stopped twice here. It was very cold to say the least. However, I managed to still get a great room. There is a nice steakhouse nearby and the van there was amazing taking me to and from airport and to the steakhouse to order. I can't imagine where I would go with this price and the location near the airport and the free shuttles created a great experience for me despite the cold weather.

Innovative room layouts, lobby area, and breakfast make this an innovative interesting place to stay. It feels modern here. Outdoor furniture is dated, already. I do love the Aloft experience, even as an "older" traveler, this is welcoming to me. The rooms and beds are exceptionally convenient for all the digital connections and chargers I travel with for work. Love window desk. Overall, just very thoughtfully designed, and much better than pedestrian "garden" hotels.

Jesse the bartender had the idea to "take over" the taps and serve flights of Avery Brewing beers. It was really fun and a great way to sample new beers without having to drink 5 or 7 pints. Neat idea, and I'll be sure to see what's happening next at this hotel, next time I'm in town.

I have stayed in a number of ALoft hotels in the USA and also in Bogota Colombia. I have liked them all as they are consistently clean and tidy and well presented and the rooms are a decent size and very comfortable. They never have a proper restaurant, rather a few snacks at breakfast time and a few microwave eats at night that are usually not very good. But if you want a nice room in a decent hotel at a decent rate ALoft is usually just fine save the lack of food.
