First, Integrity was obvious from the telephone call to the welcoming. When the domestic engineer comes up to you (Kym) and welcomes you by asking how can I help you, would you like a glass of water sir? Then the check in was priceless with professionalism. H12 was here!

After a visit to the Great Sand Dunes and getting blasted by sand, we opted out of camping and headed in search of a hotel in the closest town and showers! After shopping rates and amenities at 5 other hotels, we decided on the Comfort Inn for the quality of the hotel and their willingness to work with us for good rate. From our warm reception by staff at the front desk, yummy cookies, and their expediency to replace a hair dryer that stopped working before checkout, to the absolute detailed c... Read more

During breakfast a woman spilled her hot tea and the maintenance man, who had stopped to get some coffee, jumped in to help clean up and offered to make her a new cup of tea.

Beautiful views and room. Only huge issue is the jacuzzi tub is filthy. I cleaned it myself the first time I used it. But when I turned on the jets dirt shot out everywhere. I left a note to please clean the jets they are seriously gross. When I returned for the 2nd night my room was clean but jets were still brown and nasty. First two pictures are before I requested a cleaning. 3rd is after. Not much difference. Very grossed out! Being a choice member I've never seen this before.

We stayed here for one night and really enjoyed our stay. From the minute we checked in, the staff couldn't have been nicer. The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is within a short driving distance of Sand Dunes National Park. We highly recommend a visit there. Breakfast was included with our stay, and it was delicious. We would definitely stay here again when in the area!

We had a great stay here, they had everything we needed & more, ice machine, mini fridge with a freezer and a microwave. Big comfortable bed and a nice hot shower. Our room was quite close to people traffic, near one of the side entrances and on the ground floor, it got a little noisy when some kids were coming past but nothing kept us from sleeping well. The breakfast was good. The usual standard hotel breakfast but they seemed to have more options than usual, two kinds of eggs, potato hash, ... Read more

We stayed at the Comfort Inn for one night while passing through and paid $170. The motel was clean and comfortable. Staff was efficient and helpful. Not a bad experience by any means (except that the fire alarm went off at 3 am but this probably won't happen to you). However, there are several alternatives closer to downtown which may be comparable and may be cheaper.

There were very nice people working at the Comfort Inn. Breakfast was pretty good as well. The rooms were very nice, spacious and clean, although there was no soap in the common bathroom off of the breakfast area for two days in a row...
