I stayed at this hotel for one night. It is very close to food places and major freeways. The minute you enter the lobby it is nicely laid out and is very clean. I stayed in one of their renovated rooms on the fourth floor and it was very nice. The room is huge, and has two kind beds that were very comfortable. The bathroom is fabulous with a stand in shower. Looking forward to my next stay there.

This hotel has been recently renovated in a modern contemporary style. Everything was clean and comfortable but there were some areas of the hotel that still need to be updated. The bathroom in my room was very nicley done but as usual very small. Nothing special but still a good option if you are in the area.

Our stay at the Hilton Woodland Hills proved much better than most Hiltons we have patronized in the past few years. The rooms were large, comfortable, clean, modern. The check-in/check-out was very good. Parking was readily available in a covered, secure garage. Access from the street was easy, non-rushed. Common spaces in and about the lobby were airy and comfortable. We did not eat at the restaurant. The hotel has easy access to major highways, but the location is on a wide tree-lined ... Read more

Very convenient to this area of Los Angeles this well run property adds a touch of class with up to date ambience and a bit of charm as well. Very nice lobby, clean and comfortable room but I could hear people in another room (thankfully not super loud). The front desk staff was informative and warm. The valets were friendly, greeted me when I arrived, opened the car door of my ride, held open the hotel entrance doors, took my suitcase to the front desk and made me feel welcome. (Old world hotel service which I don't see often in business hotels) The room was not perfect but the service was exceptional.

I was very pleased with this hotel. The lobby is clean and updated, with plenty of room to relax and work. There's a nice bar and restaurant just off the lobby. My double king bed room was recently remodeled and had a great view of the area. The hotel staff members were friendly and professional. The only negative thing I can think of is the high price for the parking garage. Self parking is available, with valet service at a slightly higher price. Terrible experience at this property, having stayed at over 50+ Hilton owned or managed properties a year... this has by far been the MOST disappointing and worst Hilton Honors experience I and my party have ever endured. I was staying here and attending the LA Pride festival in West Hollywood which was a solid 30-45 min commute each day. That being said, we literally only used the hotel to sleep, park, shower, and get ready and leave to go to WeHo. Upon arrival, the staff was rude. Both check i... Read more

We like staying here even though there is no pool. Luckily we have friends who do! The check in and valet were easy. The new room had 2 king beds and was nice since we had our daughter with us(and her dog). The non refundable deposit was reasonable at $50. Wow! What an impressive Lobby...This hotel is in the process of being remodeled and the lobby is now a very inviting spot to meet up with friends. The rooms are being remodeled too and are the usual modern clean look with no microwave and fridge. I slept well and we enjoyed the two night spent at the hotel. I was impressed by the breakfast selections and found several gluten free options that tasted great too.

Hilton is currently renovating their rooms, and I was fortunate to stay in a recently updated room. They did a fantastic job! The bedding is great, very comfortable bed, sheets and pillows. 2 outlets & nightstands by each side of the bed, for phones, Ioads, etc. A large desk includes another power outlet which includes USB slots. A nice -sized fridge is also standard. The bathroom is very modern with a large sink to accommodate your toiletries. The shower (no bathtub) is perfect with a slight st... Read more

You would expect a Hilton hotel to stand above the crowd. This one did for me. Marilyn and Jeffrey at the front desk remember you and ensure your ongoing comfort. Lisa, at the Runway restaurant, made dinner feel special. Maurice, the valet,,,,,,,skillful in applying his trade with a touch of class. Hilton staff made all the difference. My first time here. I'll be back.

The parking attendants were spot on and made sure our requirements were meet. Don't forget the bar, we only went in for quick drinks but the Bloody Mary's were tasty and the beers were cold. Thumbs up.

Remodeling has made a good hotel in an important location even better. All travel should be like this. Minutia such as night lighting in the bathrooms and plugs in the right places make this an excellent hotel for both the overnight or extended stay.

The staff actually lied to me and told me that we were on the same floor. was not super clean. i had to call up for a new box of tissues as well as ask for a new roll of toliet paper. This is the first hotel i have stayed at that does not put a fresh roll of toliet paper. would not recommend in the future.

Bar stayed open late just for us to serve the bride and groom after the wedding. Both nights Adel, Courtney and Lisa were fabulous. Only issue was valet. Never answered their phone. They need to have someone at the desk always available to answer people calling for their car. Would stay there again. Would recommend it for a good basic hotel room and lovely staff.

Hilton has decided that the way to reward members who stay in their hotels every week is to not allow them to choose to eat in the Executive Lounge or the restaurant with a voucher.
