Beds comfortable. Fair in room, probably not clean enough to walk around in white socks; halls, stairs NEED cleaning. A/C too loud to leave on. Breakfast...not so good. Thin walls.

This is a great place to stay with a great staff. This isn't one of those old, sprawling Ramada Inns that you still come across that are seemingly being perpetually renovated, but a new, smaller style. It is sparkling clean. There's a great selection of TV channels to choose from on the widescreen TV. Wifi IS EXCELLENT (they had one glitch that they fixed quickly). And YES there is a REAL hot breakfast which offers many items, including little omlettes (and they put out Tapatio sauce which won... Read more

Excellent staff, the room is dated and a bit shabby but super clean. My only complaint is the paper thin walls. We had kids on one side and they finally settled down around 11pm so we were able to get to sleep then.

There are those (you'll read their reviews here, I'm sure) who will complain about this or that. No disrespect to them and plenty of sympathy for whatever went wrong, but they've got to be in the minority. This roadside motel has little else going for it besides convenience and hot breakfast. Just what we needed. There's no pool, I didn't see a spa or gym, nothing for the kids to do, so not a great place for a family layover. That makes it great for travelers just looking for some shuteye and an... Read more

Been staying here for years. Rooms are always clean. The service is always great even the sweet lady in the kitchen she serves you always with a smile and is very helpful. Although they have no pool for kids. At my check out found that I was over charged and because I booked online the owner/manager could do nothing for me. All she offered was a discount on my next visit and a free night.. witch does not help me if I don't return. At check in make sure you get the right price as if you don't yo... Read more

We just wanted to stop for the night in Williams as it is a convenient place for us when we are returning from the redwoods. We have stayed at other places and they were fine, but we wanted to try something different. The desk clerk was very accommodating and helpful and made sure that we had what we needed. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The wifi worked quite well and was pretty quick. Williams is a small town and there is not a whole lot there but this place was good. ... Read more

If you need a good hotel anywhere near Williams, CA (a good place to stop if traveling from Oregon to Southern CA), this is a very nice option. I recommend it. Good shower, clean, excellent wifi, and a good breakfast as well. My only issue was that the bed was much too soft for me. I still got a decent night's sleep but I prefer a much firmer bed. The staff at the front desk was very pleasant. I may stay here again when I travel this route.

This is a great place to stay for visiting the Grand Canyon. The hotel is just off the freeway but you can walk to the town easy from the hotel. Williams itself is a lovely town and you could spend days exploring the place so its proximity is ideal. The rooms in the hotel were of a decent size and fairly clean, but that said I did find the beds uncomfortable compeered to what I'm used to. The indoor pools looks nice enough but is possibly ageing a bit and is in need of maintenance. However overa... Read more

We had booked reservation with another motel in Williams. When we arrived, we were told the motel was booked and the motel did not have hot water. We went to the Ramada and they had a nice clean room waiting for us. Mark was especially helpful and we are grateful to him for his assistance. We would stay there again and recommend the property to others. The property inside and out was well maintained and clean. The second date we stayed there were some minor issues; housekeeping had not left shampoo and soap in the room and the TV was not responding to the controller. These were quickly rectified by the Front Counter staff. The only negative was the breakfast. The eggs were overly salty and had the texture and taste of the powered eggs I had in the military. We usually stay at another location when in the area but this time decided to stay at the Ramada Inn. I was glad that we did. The staff was very friendly both at check-in and check-out. Our room was clean and in good working order. Comfortable bed and large room. Even though the hotel is located right along I-5 the room was quiet. The breakfast was good and well stocked the only drawback was that the eating area is small for the sized of the hotel.

Our room was a very spacious king size room. The bed and the pillows were comfortable. It was quiet which is a big deal for us. The continental breakfast in the morning was included and gave a large enough window so that these weary travelers could get there after awakening. Staff were attentive.

It was a decent hotel. There aren't any elevators to the upper floors, so it's a hassle if you have any luggage. The young lady at the front desk was far from friendly. Everything is very nice except there was no fan in the bathroom. Looked like there was in the ceiling but no switch anywhere to turn on or off. Asked the front desk person and she didn't know, and didn't offer to find out. The other thing that could be improved is the bottom fitted sheet did not fit correctly, it was too short for the mattress and would not stay in place during the night. Nice hotel, especially compared to others in the area.

We stayed one night when returning to the Bay Area. In a location where weather temps can reach 100+, this hotel has no pool or jacuzzi and the worse breakfast ever. two challenges in my room: no lite nite; it was pitch black in the room and I fell into the coffee table on my way to the bathroom hurting my right knee and calf muscle. I was told that the public takes the nite lights which I believe, but better to have them than a lawsuit. Second the bathroom door would not stay open causing me to put the rubber mat for the tab to brace the door. All in all not a great space.

This is a modern Ramada, better than most I have stayed in. It is close to I-5, but the rooms are very quiet. Breakfast was light, but plenty enough to get me on the road. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, and our room was large and clean. Plenty of parking, there were several U-Hauls in the lot but it was no problem. I was disappointed to find out this hotel did not have an elevator. The room was comfortable but my two complaints were that the sink smelled horribly of rotten eggs whenever the water was turned on. Don't believe it was a cleaning problem but should have been reported to maintenance the last time the room was cleaned. It's a problem in the pipes possibly needing a plumber. I could save a few dollars and stop at one of the other places in town that are quite sufficient. These are good places that offer the basics, a shower, a bed, and a T.V..
