On par with other Hampton Inn/Hilton properties. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms had very modern and nice furniture and decorations with a very comfortable lounge chair and work table that I enjoyed. But be aware that the rooms are very small. Since I was alone, it was not a big issue, but if I would have been traveling with my wife or family, it would have been tight quarters. I would stay here again if I were in the area for business.

I would have check out some of the rates at the other hotel but I had forgotten that there were other in the area and could only remember the Hampton Inn from when I lived in the area. Over all it was an enjoyable stay. The breakfast are the best when you have to eat gluten free - it was nice that you had the cheerios but we did go out for breakfast on a couple of the mornings.

I usually stay exclusively at Hilton properties because the hotels are always clean and offer breakfast. This hotel was just as good as the rest but...Every day I had to call the front desk to ask for more towels and rags. On two occasions I had to ask for TP because they never put a spare in the room. I left notes with tip money for the maid but this didn't help. On my last night I finally had to call the desk and complain. We had 4 people in the room and they would leave towels and rags ... We like Hampton Inn because they are pretty consistent with their amenities and quality. This one does not disappoint. We've stayed here and also have had friends/family stay here when in town and it has always been a positive experience. Rooms are clean and updated, staff was nice, and it is centrally located near many restaurants (Hooters, Marie Calendars, El Torito, Islands, In N Out, Chipotle, Korean BBQ, Chilis, BJ's etc). I stay at Hampton Inns regularly as they are comfortable and predictable usually on their quality and features. While my stay wasn't bad at this Hampton, it was disappointing in relation to other Hamptons I have stayed at. Check in: we were about 10 minutes early for the 3pm check in time, so they said the room wasn't quite ready. fair enough, since we were slightly early. however we waited over 45 minutes for a room to be ready. Staying in West Covina was really convenient for my family and me. It is centrally located next to everything. The hotel property is newly renovated and is beautiful. The beds are comfortable and the guestrooms are beautiful. The only downfall would be no fans in the restrooms so you can hear someone using the restroom. I would stay here again, the hotel has some really great places to dine and shop at, it is very close to Los Angeles too.

Booked a double bed room. While the room does give a sense of modern feel; however, they went too far in optimizing space. The distance between the foot of the bed and tv, desk is literally 24 inches. You feel the squeeze. The bathroom door is a sliding door with no locking mechanism. The computer area is right next to the air conditioning. Whoever designed the rooms in their remodel never lived a day in it. When I called to complain, I was informed the housekeeping staff had gone home (4:15PM) and they could do nothing about cleaning my room that day. This is one hotel in a long line of hotels. While the service was OK (a little issue checking in when we had to change from a handicapped room), the newly remodeled rooms are much too small for two people to stay comfortably. Clean property overall, OK for business solo but will go elsewhere for trips with my wife in So Cal.

The beds were extremely comfortable and the staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The rooms were very clean. The hotel is recently renovated and I loved the bathroom. The bathroom was clean and a great size.

We have stayed in this hotel on multiple trips during the Breeder's Cup at Santa Anita and for the cost it is the best I have found. Clean, helpful staff and complimentary breakfast help make the stay enjoyable.

We stayed at the Hampton Inn for a softball tournament at Big League Dreams West Covina. The hotel was a short drive from the fields and in a good location in regards to food and shopping. We stayed in a double/double room. The rooms are on the smaller side and a little tight for 4 people, but we managed. The closet/storage space is a bit awkward as it is separated from room by a curtain on far wall. Totally fine for a short stay, but would have drove me crazy for a longer stay. The room ... Read more

Very helpful and friendly staff, and they come coupled with the reliability one expects from the brand. The room looked newly renovated, and the bed (and bedding) scored high marks. I wasn't a fan of the open-able windows (even if they only opened a sliver), but that may simply be the novelty aspect feeling out of place.

Was greeted with smiles as soon as we walked in the door. Check in was easy and quick. Our room was clean, comfortable, and we slept just fine. Breakfast was fresh and good. It was nice that they had hot coffee and tea all day long.

I stay in hotels all over the country, and this past week stayed in this hotel. I found the accommodations amazingly contemporary, practical, and surprising. Walk-in shower, plenty of countertop room in the bath. Everything was laid out in the room extremely well. By far, this hotel surpassed any others I have stayed in regarding the room arrangements.

The rooms were up-to-date, clean, close to restaurants, and comfortable. The staff was awesome! We even received a hot breakfast for everyone in our room. I will definitely stay at the hotel again. We also felt the need to tip everyone because the over and beyond service.

The room was clean and comfy but little small n congested. Also the bathroom didn't had exahust which was a bit problem. Otherwise our stay was good. The staff also handed as discount list for nearby restaurants. The location of the hotel was good.

The staff was great and rooms were clean and modern. The only downfall is that there is always highway noise. There was a good selection of breakfast items and the coffee was delicious. I would certainly stay at this hotel again on my next trip to LA.
