An outstanding place to stay for a night or two or three. The breakfast area and quality and large selection of food types were the best we have ever seen at a Hampton Inn. All the staff folks were helpful, knowledgeable, and well trained in customer service. A excellent experience and great value!!!

Came here on a family trip. About four hours outside of San Fran, this hotel is clean, relaxing, and has excellent personnel who were willing to help us out with any questions we had. Very nice receptionist recommended several delicious places to eat dinner that the family and I really enjoyed! Breakfast was typical Hampton Inn style- not a five star meal but still delicious considering!

I travel quite a bit and have recently been selecting my own room through the Hilton App. It was a surprise to find a "personal" note from the manager of the hotel welcoming me and thanking me for staying. I was only at the hotel about 15 hours, but I will return based on that one small detail.

This Hampton Inn is very nice. The staff are friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast is very good with make your own waffles, eggs, meat, potatoes, fruit, cereal, oatmeal, toast, muffins and yogurt. We arrive early and the desk clerk was able to get the housekeeping staff to clean a room relatively quickly so that we could change clothes before leaving for an event. This hotel is right next to HWY 198, there is a bit of traffic noise in the room, but it is not bad or disruptive.

One of the best rooms I have stayed in at a Hampton. The room was large, bed was comfy, and there was a refrigerator and microwave. The bathroom in my room had a shower only, but was quite large with storage space for my belongings. There are vending and ice machines on each floor. The breakfast was good, and there was fresh cookies every afternoon and evening.

When I got to the hotel, I wanted to go watch the Golden State/Cavs game. The staff was great to provide options to numerous restaurants/bars in the area that would be showing the game. They also offered to call a cab on my behalf. When I returned they asked how it was and if GS won. It felt great that they were so attentive.

Problem #1: I agree with another reviewer. SARDONIC employees AKA whispery, judgy eyes. Problem #2: Tried to charge us $100 over our Booking sight rate. She asked for my license and credit card and had already swiped it and was looking for "an extra $10" to charge me when I realized what was happening. Problem #3: When I told her the rate she was trying to charge me was incorrect she asked for my Booking site confirmation, I showed them on my phone and read the confirmation number to her.... Stayed here while traveling to Sequoia. It is only a little over an hour away. This is a nice Hampton with some rooms that are really quite large. It is convenient to town and many local restaurants and offers the regular Hampton breakfast complimentary. It has a nice pool out the back. The wireless here is good and complimentary to Hilton executive members. The staff are helpful, but need to make better recommendations on local dining and bars. Applebee's does not qualify as a good bar scene.

We stayed here on our way to Sequoia National Park. The hotel was easy to access, the staff was friendly, the accommodations were extremely comfortable, especially the beds, and it was clean. I started staying at the Hilton Hotels four years ago when I moved from Boston to Los Angeles. I discovered that no matter which Hilton I stayed in, the quality and comfort of the stay was superb. Now I pretty much stay exclusively at Himton Hotels.

Compared to other chain hotels with the same amenities and comfort the Hampton Inn is overpriced by about 25%. The room we received was large and clean and ample sized shower, no complaints there but the hallways smelled pretty bad.
