We booked a king bed room and the guy wanted to give us a 2 queen one. We tried to call the number on internet, but we didn't received that much help. Hopefully, at the end, the guy gave us our king room. The neighborhood was not that nice, yet it wasn't that expensive neither.

One thing about this super 8 is kept very clean. I like the supermarket across the street. The rooms are kept clean and the staff is okay and friendly. I see a lot of workers that stay there from truck companies but is a rather decent hotel.

stayed here for the second time. Convenient location to Sonoma, Benicia, etc. The elevator is slow and clunky but the room was spotless and the bed was great. Easy checkin and good parking. The breakfast was nothing to get excited about but for the price, convenience and cleanliness- we will stay here again.

Not too bad for a fairly cheap hotel. Clean. Easily accessible off the the freeway. The beds are a little hard and one of the two rooms smelled like they were trying to cover up cigarette smoke. Not a ton of parking so if you get there late it may be hard to find a parking spot.

Safe, clean area. The nicest Super 8 I've reserved yet. I recommend the Vallejo, CA location highly. I've traveled twice across the country in the last year and stay at Super 8 exclusively. This location is exceptional. I hope my trail winds that way again. I would certainly be a return guest. Sincerely, R.Phillips

Couldn't get a room at the last minute in Napa California. Member of our group called Expedia or something like that and was able to secure rooms at around $130. Very hesitant because this chain sometimes can be located in scary places! Pleasantly surprised. Clean rooms, lobby was simple but clean and as others have reviewed the elevator should be retired. A bit scruffy! Beds were comfortable, pillows decent. Went across the road and had a wonderful Chinese dinner and then walked to a grocer... Read more

Wasn't the best hotel, the beds were very hard, we had two towels for 3 of us the ice bucket was dirty. The internet was terrible. The parking lot was extremely small and tight fitting for a large vehicle and had signs posted that basically said the hotel was not responsible for anything that happens to your vehicle. The staff had the personality of a door knob, I did not see anyone smile once! My husband asked for extra towels and a clean ice bucket and you would of thought he just asked for a ... Read more

The WiFi access at this motel is a huge problem - even when I was able to connect, it would disconnect periodically. I think I spent more time at the front desk trying to fix the problem than in my room. The room itself was large, clean and well appointed though it may not be representative of other rooms as it was a handicap room. Though the front desk people are pleasant enough, the hotel is understaffed. As an example, the person at the front desk was responsible for covering the breakfas... Read more

We arrived early and our room was ready (wow!) so we left our luggage inside. The room was spacious and big, totally renewed with a nice balcony, the bathroom is basic, but ok! A little noise from highway just across the hotel, but, for 1 night, it can be right. Breakfast has waffles, jam, corn flakes, .... . Sam, at reception, helped us in any way, and I want to thank him.

I'd say it's mid-range/budget place. There was a nice balcony and the shower was wonderful. The breakfast isn't worth walking down to see. My room was clean and the guy at the check in/out counter was pleasant. I'd stay here again.

For a "non smoking hotel", my room certainly smelled like cigarettes. I don't know if it was from the drapes, carpet, mattress or linens, but it was bad. Front desk clerk at check in was not helpful & unconcerned that I had been trying to reach hotel day prior for over 3 hours with no success.

Given a second opportunity to stay at this hotel, we would not. Communications on many levels were sub-standard. Phones were the worst, not availability of phones for calls other than local. The room was nice with a few exceptions (broken TP holder, no fan in the bathroom, chattering pipes, smelled like weed). There was lots of traffic noise but luckily we were on the street side and not the highway side. They had just varnished the elevator so it wreaked the whole time. The breakfast was ok, waffles, cereal, toast, yogurt and some old looking fruit (typical hotel breakfast). Beds were comfy and clean. Close to 6-flags and around $100, so can't complain.
