Good property, very satisified and close to Magic Mountain. They had a free shuttle as well that runs every 30 minutes or so, and you just have to call them when you want to be picked up. Only ate at the hotel for breakfast, but I have no complaints.

Overall I would say that if you want a great place to stay in Santa Clarita/Valencia, CA this would make a great choice. If you will be visiting Six Flags Magic Mountain this would make a great place to stay due to its proximity to the park. They even have a shuttle to the park. We chose a room in the rear of the hotel but if traffic noise bothers you...you should choose a different room location. Avoid eating at the hotel restaurant, they served raw chicken, made excuses, and never made it right. I ended up driving to Wendy's to get cooked chicken. The appliances were broken, and the air conditioner made it impossible to sleep.

Stayed here for a couple days for a Magic Mountain trip. The hotel itself is a solid # or 3.5* hotel. Clean. Newer amenities. Service was A++. The front desk, restaurant, bar, and shuttle drivers were all really great. Better than I've experienced at many fancier hotels. Breakfast was only ok, but the service (at a serve-yourself buffet) was fantastic. Would highly recommend for a Magic Mountain trip. Hotel offers a free shuttle. There are a lot of places to eat that are a short drive away.

The rooms were clean, the receptionist was so friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place to anybody! I've never been to a hotel before tags had a shuttle to take us were we wanted and to have that to take us to six flags for free was just an added bonus to how great this place really is.

I stayed here for a business trip along with other coworkers, location was great right next to magic mountain so it was basically a five minute commute to work. Rooms are clean, they could use new towels other than that accommodations were nice .

We stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn for a few nights as part of a multi-stop trip. The main reason for our stay here was for Six Flags which is right next door. The hotel also put on a free shuttle to the park which saved on parking costs. Check in was quick and easy. We had a corner room, and it was huge. The room was clean and had good facilities. Our new car broke down and all the staff were very helpful. Made a bad situation much better. Also the room was great and the most comfortable bed we could have asked for. The pool was clean and well stocked with towels.

The staff at this hotel are very welcoming and enthusiastic to make certain your stay is as pleasurable as possible. The hotel is very comfortable and relaxing. The breakfast buffet is top notch. The pool area is well maintained. The beds are comfortable and the rooms are large. Very relaxing after a long hot day at Six Flags. The only hotel to offer free shuttle to Six Flags ($20 per day parking fee at Six Flags). It was so nice to call and be picked up at the front gate.

Easy check in and check out. I loved the coffee in the room with liquid half and half instead of powdered creamer. The room was quiet even though I was close to the pool. There is a Restaurant on site with another restaurant next door.

As a family this was our third visit. It seems to get better every stay. The staff are amazing, they cannot do enough for you and anything you need is not a problem. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the pool is great located in the middle of the hotel in the courtyard. When you book a Hilton you have the expectations of a Hilton, of course. We made the reservation via Booking.com and for some reason they allowed us to book a room with a king size bed for 2 adults and a tween. I really thought that the room had a sofa and I was wrong. it wasn't the worse, but it wasn't the best. Sometimes the maid would remember to put a bag in garbage can. always took the towels even though I would have been happy to reuse them. The internet would not work on all devices and unless you had a USB, you couldn't print to the business printer. Someone was making a lot of noise in the area.

Good location, close to six flags and to Santa Clarita. Friendly staff. Good breakfast buffet or made to order, reasonable prices for food. It has a pool and a small gym, plus laundry facilities - do it yourself.

Hotel staff was very nice. Rooms are spacious and clean. Internet connection is ok and free. Place is pretty noisy due to highway sitting just behind. Hotel price is expensive for location. I would expect to have a lower price based on environment.

staff couldn't help me get anything printed for my six flags or universal tickets. i went down the road to another hotel and asked if i could use there pc to print and had no issues. also we complained that the air didn't work and the tub didn't drain. the man came and said well its hot outside its the best it can do. he also said he would send someone back to fix the drain and that never happened.

Really enjyed my stay staff was excellent as were the accomodations. Even though it was 4th of July weekend and all the other hotels were not giving an early check in the Hilton got the job done as they always do.

Very nice Hotel. Staff was great. Breakfast was fast and delicious.. Very close to Six flags you could even walk if you wanted to. Parking was good even if you had a trailer. There where several restaurant with in walking distance.

Super clean place and couldn't ask for a more helpful and friendly staff. Right off the interstate and down the street from Six Flags Amusement Park. We actually couldn't find a cell phone ( that ended up being in the car ) and they went out of the way to help look for it.

Stayed 1 night in family room with 2 queen beds, great pool, great service from all staff and surprisingly good dinner. Breakfast was very good too. Courtesy mini bus to 6 flags was very useful. Minor grumbles- Rooms need modernising & redecorating and AC was too loud.

Great Location for those going to Magic Mountain. Shuttle service to Magic Mountain very convenient, but make sure to reserve as soon as possible. Drivers were nice. Would have been good if breakfast was included, but convenient to go to Marie Callendars right next door.

I arrived for a family vaction. The hotel was clean, very close to Six Flags, restaurants and shopping areas. I love that they offered a shuttle service to Six Flags saving me $20 in parking. The shuttle arrived promptly when I called for pick up and they shuttled us back and forth several times during the day. I do wish the hotel offered continental breakfast. The restaurant is somewhat costly. Overall the experience was really wonderful.

Close to Six Flags, which makes it busy on summer weekends. Still, it's clean, convenient, and close to the highway. Ask for a room that's not on the freeway, since those are quieter. There are restaurants close by, and there's a restaurant in the hotel as well.

Go with a lower pool view. Check in on line and you can choose your room!!! Great service and amenities! The best location bar none and the pool was refreshing! Food is not bad, buffet is pricey but you can buy some taost and bacon for cheap!

This place was the best. The hotel staff were very friendly and approachable. The location of this hotel is perfect. I recommend this hotel. I personally enjoyed the mattress. I had a very good nights rest. thanks a lot.

The staff here are super friendly and will really try to make your stay a positive one. The free shuttle to Magic Mountain saved us time and about $20 in parking fees. Loved the breakfast that was included in our room rate. We had made to order omelets, breakfast burritos, french toast, waffles, fruit, yogurt, muffins, coffee and juice. It was served by a waiter who made us feel very welcome and catered to everything we could possibly need. We would definitely stay here again.

We love the room, the staff was great. We didn't have any problem. Great location. We had a room with pool view. The breakfest we had to pay it was $15 each but it was an ok buffet. The only thing it's that in my stay we didn't enjoy the pool because of the smell of smoke from santa clara fire. But thats all I would definitley recommend it

You must absolutely stay here if going to Magic Mountain. Everyone is absolutely friendly and helpful. While you can walk to the park in about 15 minutes, the Hilton provides a shuttle to and from the park,all you have to do is call them and they pick you up within 10 minutes of your call, and they are very friendly and want to ensure you have a good time. There's a Marie Calendars next door, Red Lobster, Wendys.

Aside from our room not being ready when told, it was an overall pleasant experience. Location was great and the free shuttle service to Magic Mountain was very convenient! Right next to the hotel was Marie Calendars which made eating dinner very convenient as well since we didn't have to drive.

This was a great place to stay if you are going to Magic Mountain. It was very convenient, about a mile away from the park. The hotel clean and comfortable. We were looking at other hotels due to the price, but it was worth it.

The $13.95 breakfast was thought to be way too expensive but the hotel was nice & perfect for a Six Flags visit! There are also many restaurants nearby making it a great location! The rooms are cool too.

The staff at the Hilton in Valencia are wonderful. Each goes out of their way to make you feel welcomed. Close to many attractions and fun yet a quiet place to rest following an active day. The rooms are spacious, the breakfast made to order and beds so comfy.

Last minute overnight stay booked for buisiness travel. Hotel rooms were very comfortable with good beds, but the air conditioning was loud, and I couldn't switch it off due to high temperatures. Good quality wifi that can be used to do telcos and video conferencing.

Rooms are nice, breakfast is excellent, parking adequate. The only complaint was sketchy Internet connection was slow at best and had to log on at least daily, sometimes more frequently. Location was good for resturants, room service was good.

Literally across the street from Six Flags. There is a free shuttle service to Six Flags but I was so close by we took our own vehicle which ended being a plus not having to wait in a long line to take the returning shuttle to the hotel

We had such a great experience at Six Flags Hilton! We got to the hotel at around 9:30 AM, although we weren't able to check in, we were able to leave our bags with the front desk. Checking in and out was smooth and fast, we didn't really have any problems. The hotel was clean and beautiful. We had a beautiful view of the poil and the accommodation was spotless. We really loved being there. The staff were warm and friendly and the property has been maintained in great condition. I walked around the outside of the property for about 25 minutes and made a complete circle around the inside hallways as well.

Free shuttle to Magic Mountain saves 20 bucks in parking. Room was nice, but only 1 elevator so if you have heavy luggage ask for a lower level room or upper near the elevator. We only stayed 1 night and the bed was comfy enough and after spending a long exhausting day at Magic Mountain. Front desk staff made checkin quick and easy. Great location, very clean, decent price except for breakfast which is 13.95 per adult. A/C a bit noisy but otherwise great visit.

We stayed here as It's a convenient location for a day at Magic Mountain. The breakfast was definitely worth adding onto our hotel room when we booked, would have cost much more if we had not. I have stayed at this location twice and have been impressed with the staff and the breakfast was very good the first visit, (didn't eat there second time) I would recommend this property to anyone staying in the area for business or vacation. It is between the I-5 freeway and the Old Highway so it is easy access for all local on and off the highway. Great people and nice clean facility!

This hotel is quite basic but perfect if you are venturing to Six Flags. Check in is 2pm but we parked up at 8am and walked to Six Flags. Beware though, it is all uphill and will take you a minimum of 20 minutes. Later in the day there is a shuttle bus that goes to and from the hotel. I was worried when I saw that the hotel was Right off the highway but was very happy to say it was a very quiet place. I booked on line and check in was easy. We were just passing through so having arrived late and leave early I can't say to much. We flew into LAX late at night and as we were heading north decided to find something a little ways out of the airport area. It was good off the highway, the room was large and comfortable bed and that is what mattered.

As a female traveling for business, I appreciate the security, and full service aspects of this brand and this hotel. The location is central to the area, and the availability of quality restaurant services, and a very adequate bar for quiet conversation is welcome.

The check in was good and was I was satisfied, the check in process went quickly. I was disappointed/scarred of snake in the hotel. I called the front desk and reported the location of the snake, the attendant seemed unconcerned. You need reservations to use their shuttle service to six flags!!!!! I wasn't aware of that and didn't reserve prior to my stay so now We will have to walk to six flags cause the next available time is noon!

Decent hotel but due to filming it was a mess, part of the hotels was cordoned off, the parking lot was filled with semi trucks, the pool was closed one day, and even an area of the breakfast/lobby was cordoned off to regular guests.

Upon arrival, we noticed camera crews all around the hotel and when we checked in we were given a flyer apologizing for the inconvenience. I wasn't allowed down the hallway to my room for 30 minutes because they were shooting. I get it, it's LA and these things happen. This was my first stay at this hotel. I was very happy with the staff; they were friendly, welcoming and professional. The service was fast and accommodating and the room was roomy, clean and comfortable. I felt at home and safe (I was solo). I would definitely return.

Hilton Garden Inn provides a dorm-like setting with enough distinction to make you feel like you??re isolated from the busy-ness of Magic Mountain. And yet it is so close to the amusement park. Location was perfect and they do offer shuttles to the park! Room was fairly nice and couldn't beat the price. Only down side would be no free breakfast. Everything else was awesome. Staff was really helpful and rooms were decently clean!

This is pretty hotel that is located directly off of I-5 (a large reason why I chose it). We were visiting Universal Studios Hollywood and the prices were much cheaper in this area. We stayed here to visit Magic Mountain and it was a great location only a few minutes via complementary hotel shuttle that ran frequently and picked us up from the park when we called. Our package did not include a breakfast, which would have been nice. But there are also breakfast places near by. Room was spacious and clean with in room pod coffee.

Had a great experience!! Even though you had to reserve your time for a shuttle our son forgot his six flags bottle and they were more than accommodating to take us back to the hotel and quickly return us to Six Flags!! Thank you!!

Another wonderful experience provided by HGI Valencia and their excellent staff. We went to Magic Mountain for the day and did not expect to stay overnight. I stayed here because of the location, it's actually my 2nd time. It's right off of the 5 so if you don't like to hear the highway you should request an interior courtyard facing room or back facing room. I paid $159+ tax and later saw i could have gotten a rate for $139. It's annoying that the hotel won't give you the lower rate if you're a so called Hilton Honors member. Very nice mid range accommodation the closest to Six Flags. The rooms are nice and well maintained. A bit of noise from the freeway if you are on that side of the building. The hotel also offers complimentary shuttle transport to Six Flags and will also pick you up and return you to the hotel.

Was very clean when we arrived. Roxanna was a pleasure at the front desk. Used points from Hilton to stay for free, only hate that I still had to pay $100.00 which I paid cash so I didn't have to wait for it to be returned to my card for incidentals. My nightly rate went up by $50 a night because I had to cancel my first night due to a funeral I had to go to. The lady who answered the phone when I called two days in advanced said that because I would be staying for only 2 nights instead of 3, my arte would go up. Stayed here with my husband and our 1.5 year old daughter. I called about an hour before our arrival and asked for a crib. There was a pack and play with sheets already set up when we got in. Great condition. Staff is fantastic, rooms are clean, breakfast was delicious! We'll be back. :)

My stay here was quite. There at a lot of different please to eat that are conveniently close by. There are markets in the area as well as the shopping center. The laundry facility was useful. But would suggest to have more than 2 for the entire hotel.

We recently stayed here while my daughter participated in a swim meet in Santa Clarita. The hotel is between I-5 and a loud, busy road called Old Road. We could not sleep all night due to the loud traffic both on the I-5 freeway and the cars rounding the corner of Old Road. It was the most unrestful night of sleep I have ever had in a hotel. As a diamond member I stay at a lot of Hilton properties across the US and internationally. This is one of my favorites due to the extremely competent and friendly staff. The property is a little older, but very well maintained. The breakfast staff goes an extra mile to make sure you have what you need at all times. I love this place, where I feel more like family than a guest.

I stay at the Hilton Garden Inn whenever I visit my brother. The service is consistently good, and I feel very secure. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The on site breakfast offers a good variety and is very convenient. Overall, the hotel is quiet and it is easy to access your room.

Rooms were very clean. Staff was friendly. Morning breakfast for ~$14 was tasty. Room was quiet and the fitness center offered both weights and some cardio machines. This hotel is RIGHT next to Six Flags, so perfect if you're in town for roller coasters.

I was looking to stay in area of the Six Flags and you can not get any closer then this one. I enjoyed the stay and the room was clean. The package i purchased had breakfast and it was made fresh if you wanted and this was perfect from the normal breakfast other hotels give you.

My family and I stayed here for one night during Thanksgiving weekend. We arrived earlier than expected and staff were very willing to let us store our bags and get us on an immediate shuttle to Magic Mountain. The shuttle is such a great benefit!
