My Dad and his wife love the embassy suites. they like the suite as well as friendly staff and yummy breckfast included. They sometimes need to sleep in separate rooms to escape the snore factor! so having the living room area is perfect. Very clean and beautiful!

My husband and I decided to break up our drive from Phoenix to the Bay Area and made a reservation at this hotel at the last minute. The staff was wonderful. The location was terrific. The restaurant serving dinner was a very welcome surprise since we arrived at 8:30 pm and were hungary! We would definitely stay here again. Would even consider it for a family gathering with kids and grandkids to go to Six Flags. Very nice property and great staff!

We try to stay here any visit to Six Flags Magic Mountain because the location is very convenient since you head north instead of south where most of the other hotels are you miss the traffic. From this hotel it's a quick off and on I-5. The hotel has nicely appointed rooms, a great evening reception that includes free alcoholic drinks if you're so inclined and great snacks. The breakfast though is the gem - cooked to order omelets and/or breakfast buffet that is kept stocked. We have found s... Read more

With hubby on business travel, check in was great, public areas (ie room hallways) need through cleaning/paint touch up on 4th floor), no issue with room BUT.. I was not feeling well and wanted to sleep in while my husband went to a meeting. Luckily I set the dead bolt (there was no do not disturb sign in the room to place on the door) Housekeeping came FOUR times from 8a knocking and using the master key to get in. Great hotel close to Six Flags! Pretty clean, nothing major to complain about. Bathroom very clean but could use a little shelving for the towels and hair dryer to give room to sink space. Shower is very large with great water pressure. Furniture in pretty good shape. Sheets clean and lots of room. Complimentary breakfast consisted but not limited to: made to order eggs, bacon, sausage, French toast, fruit, pastries, bagels, juice and coffee and tea. A lot of seating also. I have probably stayed about 5-7 times. The rooms are more spacious than most hotels in its league, e.g. Embassy Suites, Bellevue. More upscale than Marriott Residence Inns of Bellevue, Bothell WA for example. Hotel seems new; everything clean, new, and working well. Adequate parking. The staff take a helpful attitude. management is flexible; for example, I had to shorten our stay a couple times due to changes in our travel plans and they were very understanding and did not fine me. We stayed here on our way back from Yosemite National Park, as part of a road trip. Other TA reviewers said the rooms were small, so we were pleasantly surprised when we checked in. We thought the rooms were a nice size. They were nicely decorated as well. They gave us a room facing the inside, with a view of the pool area. I wish we had gone back to the front desk and asked for a room facing out, with a better view. Our pool view room was noisy with teenage guys swimming in the evening. ... Read more

Nothing imparticular wrong with the hotel, I just expected a lot more from a $350/nt hotel, especially when the Marriot across the street was $100 less a night. We travel a lot with our 3 kids and like the Embassy Suites happy hour, this one was sub-par when compared to other hotels.... popcorn and stale chips. The bathroom was very large which is so nice when traveling with others. I slept on the sofa bed which is due for replacement. The mattress springs are shot and the sofa cushions are ripped on the edges. The staff was very pleasant and the breakfast was very good.

The hotel is very conveniently located close to the I5, north of L.A., at the Six flags magic mountain park. It comes with all the high-level standards of an Embassy Suites hotel, such as suite accommodation, a great breakfast buffet, and free evening reception. The specialty here is that the hotel is situated around a nice pool in the inner yard - very appropriate given the hot climate conditions around. Great room, friendly staff.

The rooms are very nice with typical embassy suites amenities, (microwave, mini fridge and eating area.) Shower was oversize too, which was very nice as 2 people could easily fit. Mattress of such poor quality that no sleep was had. Breakfast featured an omelet bar, and the chefs were fast, funny, and the best part of our stay. Located right across the highway from Magic Mountain. The charge for parking was a bit ridiculous

I enjoyed my entire two weeks stay at the Embassy Suites in Santa Clarita. From the time I enter the grounds, the entire staff was great and friendly. Evening gathering was well planned. I plan on returning next year for vacation in the area.

Our stay here was great. Growing up my parents always booked at Embassy Suites and have never had a bad or even mediocre experience. Staff is great, food and service are as well. The rooms are always clean and welcoming. You get what you pay for and in my opinion you get more then a what you pay for at any and all embassy suites. Great place to stay, always have always will.

Everything at the hotel was exceptional. It is close to Magic Mountain. The suites are large, clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was superb. This is a MUST STAY property.

I loved that they let me check in at 9am since we would not be back to the hotel again till after midnight. THEN, if that wasn't great enough, as I was checking out and told the front desk my son got the stomach flu from the theme park, she went and comp'd me a 7-up for the drive home. They even sent up a few plastic bags for the drive. Super fabulous service!

If you are going to Magic Mountain, this is a great location. Room was modern and very clean. The room is smaller than other Embassy Suites I have stayed at with two double beds instead of Queen, which is a bit squishy for two adults. Staff was great all the way around. Great breakfast.

I have never had a bad experience at an Embassy Suites, and this was no exception. The room was spacious and very clean. It was also very quiet, which I was very happy about. The made to order breakfast and the extremely friendly people making the food were outstanding and should be commended. It is apparent that the people here enjoy working for this brand. If you are going to Magic Mountain, this property is only about 2 miles away, so it is very convenient to relax after a day at the park.

Embassy Suites might be a little pricier than some hotels but their level of service and the amenities - HELLO - COOK TO ORDER OMELETS!??! are second to none. The location of this hotel was PERFECT for our trip to Magic Mountain!

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and quite. Complimentary breakfast was great with made to order dishes. Evening reception was nice after a long day on the road. The only thing I didn't like was having to pay $10.00 for parking. Seriously, charging for parking at a hotel!

We stayed here for a 3 day weekend with a family of 5. One of the few hotels in the area that was able to accommodate 5 people without getting two rooms. They have two room suites with two double beds in the bedroom and then a pull out sofa in the living room. The double beds were small but that's about the only negative thing we had. The service was amazing, the staff was helpful and friendly at all turns. The breakfast was a step above most free breakfasts included in hotels. This one h... Read more

We stayed here to avoid LA traffic heading north. Everything was surprisingly lovely especially given the deal we got on the room. We will stay again and recommend to friends. Very modern and sleek and nice beds with good linens.

As we approached our room, I noticed that the halls weren't well vacuumed. Unfortunately, neither was our room. There were crumbs and dust left around the edges (but accessible enough to be in plain sight). The air conditioning produced an unpleasant, musty smell which added to the unclean feeling. The staff was friendly enough, but the cleaning staff manning the breakfast buffet need to give hotel guests more time/space before clearing plates. I felt like there was constantly someone reaching o... Read more

We always stay here on our way home from Mexico, this time from Arizona. The staff is always friendly, the rooms are always clean and spacious and the wifi works well. The evening reception is always a great way to end a long drive and visit with other guests. The cooked to order breakfast is always good and plenty to pick from.

Booked this for proximity to Magic Mtn. And the 1 bdrm suite for 4 people. Was greeted and felt welcome on checking as Diamond Hilton Honors and went right up to a clean room. The sofa bed was a little small for my 2 children and maybe needed updating but we got some more padding for 2nd night and seemed happy. This loc. Is close to magic Mtn and has food and stores close by the hotel. Loved breakfast included and cooked to order omelets and eggs, thou could use a few more hands to cook for a li... Read more

We stayed one night while visiting Six Flags. The hotel we usually stay at had no vacancy, which led my search to Embassy Suites. While a little more than what I wanted to spend on lodging, this was a great value. The room was very spacious and accommodating. A sofa bed in the living was perfect for our extra visitor. A separate room with beds gave us privacy while the kids watched tv in the living area. Nice wet bar with fridge and microwave was ideal for feeding the family at the hotel. ... Read more

The hotel is clean and nice looking but the service is very subpar. The room I checked in for online was not ready, even though it was 5pm so I had to settle for a room I did not want. Mouthy, rude, poorly trained wait staff at the breakfast cafe did not feel like helping mobility-limited wife. Blinking green light on smoke detector that disrupts sleep--and a manager who jokes about it. Found balled up sock by the bed. Had to repeat requests for allergen free pillows. The room was clean and comfortable, and pre check in was a snap. I liked the ability to select my room ahead of time. But beware of the hidden parking fee of $10.00 I was extremely disappointed to discover it later on my emailed bill. I was not made aware of this at anytime when booking the room, checking in or checking out. I feel this was a dishonest fee attached to my stay. There is no reason for this fee as it is an open rural area where parking is not a premium commodity.

When I did check in they told me infront of all the other guest that my card was declined... come to find out they were checking me in as the wrong person so I had to use a totally different way of paying for my room. Overall the stay was very pleasurable. I would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends. From a business aspect it was very accommodating. The complementary breakfast was the highlight of every morning for me. It allowed me to focus on what I needed to get done for the day. The complementary drinks at the end of the day helped me to relax. For the most part, there is nothing I could say negative about the hotel, Staff, and the accommodations.

I had planned our stay a month prior to my trip and was very excited to see that there was an Embassy Suites located right off the 5 in Valencia. I quickly booked my room using my HHonors points and knew I wanted to take advantage of the cook to order breakfast. That was the main reason for choosing this particular hotel over the others nearby. It was Thanksgiving Night and we were driving up from San Diego. We finally checked in at 1130pm.
