Great modern, well-kept hotel with friendly staff and very decent complimentary breakfast. Nice that they accommodate pets: I saw several but none offered any manner of disturbance at all. Breakfast was ample and the dining room very spacious. Only difficulty was from noisy neighbors overhead. They were jumping on their beds and dropping heavy objects ( skateboards?) on the floor. The bed-jumping ceased after I informed the front desk but the constant stomping back and forth across the room co... Read more

We were in the area to see family that had been in a car accident and The Hampton Inn was close to the hospital, had a good price point and provided good accommodations for our quick trip to the Vacaville area.

Hampton Inn has been consistently a place to relax and enjoy the facilities, food and services. The surrounding area including nearby golf courses, the quaint downtown area with many good restaurants, and the friendly people make for an ideal vacation.

If you are going as an individual, then this hotel is accommodating, comfortable and the staff is very polite and friendly. However, if you are going as a group and want rooms close to each other, Well.....It ain't going to happen.

The personal at this Hampton take pride in their jobs. They go out of their way to make sure you have a pleasant experience. The breakfast is good if you like waffles, fruit and coffee. Not a big fan of their prepackaged hot food.

It's nice how Hampton Inn and Suites takes care of the military during reserve weekends. Starting from welcoming you to the hotel to the HHonors goodie bag to the cleanliness of the room, Hampton Inn did a great job!

The only supplied drinking cups/glasses were paper! When I Requested normal glasses I was told they were not available. At breakfast the plates and bowls were also paper products and the utensils cheap plastic!

The rooms are very clean. The breakfast had several items to chose from which I felt would accommodate many different types of diets. The linens very clean with very fluffy pillows. This location within 5 minutes from the Nut Tree Plaza with lots of choices of restaurants, outlets and shops.

I can't recall when a hotel went so far out of the way to welcome a guest. Internet check-in was innovative and at key pick-up, the front desk lady greeted me by name. Besides the usual room amenities, there was popcorn and the Hampton signature, fresh-baked cookie. The breakfast buffet was generous, the staff very cordial and the atrium eating area was very large. Hotel location was good. A very pleasant stay.

I loved staying here. Although we are from Vacaville we came back for a holiday visit. It was wonderful. I could not believe the staff - helpful, friendly and genuinely appeared to enjoy what they were doing. The breakfast was AMAZING. So much to chose from. One of the main reasons we stayed here was because they were pet friendly. I would've never know except for the random dog I saw go by. No smell, no issues. Can't wait to return.

I was on a business trip and I stayed at Hampton Inn in Vacaville On Tuesday 9/1/2015 and I awoke around 3:45AM extremely uncomfortable and itching. I turned the lights on to find multiple bed bugs on the bed engorged in my blood. I took pictures of the bed bugs and trapped couple of them in my empty water bottle. I took the bottle with the bloody bed bugs to the front desk and they wanted to keep the bottle to show the manager. The person at the front desk did not seem alarmed or surprised that... Read more

Stayed here while we went to the 4th of July hoorah in Calistoga. Good value for the money - breakfast was a bit above average and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Saved an hour and a half of extra travel and let us explore Vacaville the next day.

This was a very nice stay for our family of five. The hotel room was comfortable and spacious. Staff was very friendly. We enjoyed the variety of food at the breakfast buffet. We checked in late at night but they let fresh cookies in our room for us.

After driving 550 miles yesterday, all we wanted to do was rest. This hotel is good for resting. Even with 2 parties going on on the main floor, our room was nice and quite. Everyone was helpful and kind. The only issue I can site is when we went into the dining room for breakfast, it was very obvious the table cloths were the same from the night before... they still had cake frosting smeared on them.

An open atrium like area with hallways overlooking from each floor is where the breakfast was served in the morning. I'm sure at one time this was the height (no pun intended) of fashionable hotel design. That, along with the glass elevators, seemed a little ostentatious for a 3 story hotel. That area was very large, as was the breakfast spread. It was a good solid Hampton breakfast buffet, and because there was so much room, we found it relaxing and quiet. I'm sure some would be put off by th... Read more

This hotel provided excellent service & a very comfortable room that was reasonable in price and yet was close to the Napa area wineries that we visited. Our entire set of family members stayed here and our only disappointment was that the pool was closed the whole four days.

The Hampton Inn in Vacaville was excellent value for the price we paid. Our room was large and the beds very comfortable. Everything was clean and the breakfast had great variety. The only drawback was that the pool was not working, although we understood that the part needed was on order.

Before you book this hotel, check to find out if there are any events or parties scheduled in the atrium of the hotel during your stay. The atrium is open to all the three floors of the hotel, and the noise from parties/events is excessive and unbearable.

I've stayed at this location more than once and am VERY satisfied every time. The staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms are clean and comfortable. I particularly enjoy having a bathtub instead of just a shower and it's nice and quiet - in comparison to other hotels, I can't hear the guests in surrounding rooms. I highly recommend this hotel location.

I booked this room for my fianc├ę's birthday. We went up to Napa for the day and drove down to the Hampton hotel afterward. We got the room with the whirlpool tub (definitely worth the splurge) and loved it! We forgot glasses (champagne and bourbon) but the hotel staff went out of her way to find one for us. The staff was very friendly, I had no complaints definitely recommend it! :)

We had to go to Vacaville on business over memorial weekend and this hotel was close to everything we needed, we were able to walk to dinner and to get our special coffee in the morning. We were greeted like old friends and treated wonderfully through the whole stay. The little extras at breakfast such as goodies to dress up the waffles were fun. I've stayed at a lot of Hamptons but this one goes above and beyond to make your stay great.

The location is great. It is about 5 min from the outlet mall and lots of good places to eat. Close to the on ramp for 80 east and 80 west. The morning breakfast is always great. The hotel is pleasant with a large bright and well furnished lobby breakfast area. The rooms had good beds, furniture needs updating in the sleeping rooms. Bathrooms needs a refurbishment. Overall this was a very nice Hampton Inn. The bathrooms were the only downside as the faux 'marble' sink piece was pulled away from the wood it was supposed to be glued to. Also, some paint was chipped in the bathrooms - but overall, it was a fine place to stay. It's those little things that housekeeping or maintenance should notice that would make me give a 5 instead of a 4. Breakfast was excellent.

The toilet did not have a lid and the towel bar was behind the toilet. Looks like a disaster waiting to happen. Very thin walls-could hear people in other rooms. The sink/vanity was way too small, not enough space to put anything on it. The night stand was dirty (had something sticky on it) and the cabinet for the fridge/micro had something dried on it also, maybe coffee spills? The shower handle fell off. The carpets were stained as were the chairs in the breakfast area.

When the elevator goes down, the stairwell should get some attention. Smelled like smoke. Rooms are ok, shower attachment in 306 needs some cleaning. TV is good size and a/c unit is pretty quiet for the unit style. Breakfast was above average for Hampton Inn. The staff here is above par for sure. The beverages - ice tea or lemonade or fruit water - at the front desk was a nice touch. Ample parking. Workout room small.
