"I had an AMAZING stay at the Sheraton in Universal City. The room was great except the AC/HEAT didnt work very well. You can only go as low as 65 and as high at 80, though it really made no difference either way. The shuttle to Universal Studios was ALWAYS on time and got us there quickly. The hotel is pretty close to everywhere you could possibly want to go which was a plus. The views from the room were amazing. I would recommend self parking to anyone staying here. Its free and its a short 30 second walk from your car to the hotel. This hotel as well as bookit made my first trip to the west coast worthwhile. I will definately book again."

"Loved it. Brought the family down for a weekend at Universal Studios and a day in Hollywood. The hotel was super convenient and clean. My wife was happy so I was happy. It's a lot closer to everything than i imagined. No traffic on the weekend. Staff was helpful. We are going back."

"Hello. My stay at the Sheraton Hotel was unfortunately bad. The room was dirty upon arrival in the room had to ask because there was no toilet paper in the bathroom. we arrived on Monday and left on Sunday, which only made the room service only 2 days. had to ask for soap and shampoo to the housekeeping and we had it finished within 2 days. I found a collection of parking abuse 19.80 per day. We did not want to use the internet service for the cost of 9.95 per day as well. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

There are others better and cheaper than this."
