Stayed one nights on our way to and then from the Redwoods. Great visits. Clean, pleasant people. the continental breakfast is what I would expect. If you want a true sit down breakfast, there are several nice cafe's within 5 minutes of the hotel. The view and atmosphere are outstanding and the price was very reasonable.

This hotel is very clean! VERY!! Centrally located! Crush Restaraunt next door is perfect, with a gate from the lobby to get there. Nice breakfast! But a few things ....... 1) don't leave anything in your room, they will throw it away!! ???? Called, spoke to 2 different people, one man with a very heavy accent, couldn't understand him, said he'd call me back - no call! 2) customer service isn't the greatest. The Hampton Inn in Ukiah delivers understated, excellent service. The staff is helpful and my room was clean, quiet and comfortable. As I was there on business, I didn't have time to use the other amenities, but I was very satisfied with my experience. A couple of good restaurants and Starbucks are a stone's throw away. Nothing fancy or fussy, but a restful three days and (by my standards) a solid value.

Made reservations online at Hampton website, very easy. It let me pick my room in advance from a large selection on any floor, facing pool or not, near elevator or not, etc. Advantage is when you check in it is simply a matter of handing me a room key. Professional staff at check in, although one clerk working created a line, but it moved fast. There is one elevator so it is a bit slow at times. Hotel is extremely clean and modern. The large room ready upon arrival, very clean, with all ameniti... Read more

Checked in late with no problem. Needed extra pillows for sleeper sofa and got them right way. The room decor is very traditional and ok however the floral vinyl wall border is dated and should be removed. Pros: - Convenient location right off of highway. - VERY comfortable king size bed. - Standard Hampton breakfast. - Friendly staff. - Directv was nice. - The balcony overlooking the pool was nice. The Hotel is felt Luxurios the moment you walked thru the door. The staff was so nice. We had car problems and needed to stay an extra day. We couldn't stay in the same room because of the short notice but they immediately found us another room to go into at 11am instead of 3pm(normal check in time). So thankful!

Great hotel with decent sized rooms, high ceiling which keep rooms cool and add to spaciousness vibe. Beds comfortable, linen and bath towels clean. A little bit of TV noise could be heard from adjoining room, but nothing from hallways. The laundry room was very very useful surprise (day 23 on a 30 day roadtrip!!!). Easy and quick check-in (and out) with friendly staff member. Room was clean, spacious, had plenty of towels and good A/C. Others slept well, but beds were way too soft for me.
