Good for a cheap hotel in the area. Room was average but overall clean. Pool was under construction but they offered a pool to us at neighboring hotel. Restaurants are close and staff is very friendly.

Tracy is between Yosemite and San Francisco- and both were in our travel plans, although Yosemite wound up being postponed due to rain and snow. Hotel is in a nice area, World Market within walking distance, as are several chain restaurants and a mall. Staff was uneven: check in was delayed by a delinquent front desk clerk, but the AM shift was very good, including the breakfast crew.

We stayed here en route to San Francisco, to be able to drop a rental car off at the airport (it was an easy drive). The hotel was comfortable and clean. A bit difficult to find even with GPS. There were restaurants within walking distance. Friendly receptionist gave us bottles of water when we arrived on a hot day which was a nice touch.

I had a great, short stay at the Hampton located in Tracy, CA. It is a wonderful place to stay for shopping and if you are going to Yosemite. I really liked the location as it is very convenient - off the Hwy. Also, there are many shops and restaurants nearby. Room was super clean and the bathroom toiletries are Neutrogena, which are super nice on your skin and hair. The bed linens and pillows were extremely comfortable. No noise coming from the HWY or other rooms. Breakftast is OK - not many o... Read more

The staff was very helpful. Everyone helped out for me to get my business scanning done. There were many documents! The AGM trained the staff on the spot so that all the shifts knew how to attend to my needs. Hotel staff have a big workload these days and attending to me for such needs makes their regular work pile up. Great job by all and a fantastic AGM! Andrew M

Our family needed good rest on the way to Yosemite following long day touring San Francisco area. Hotel was above average Hampton standard, or at least it appeared so. Rooms/bathrooms were clean. Took showers. Beds were cozy so slept well. Breakfast is typical for Hampton, nothing special to mention, not much to expect either. Once done we hit the road again...

Room keys kept supposely getting erased from my cell phone. This is an urban legend that I couldn't believe they were giving me. I haven't had this experience since my early days of traveling. When I first started traveling a lot of hotels in bigger citys would only put a day or two on the room card. This is because they don't trust your capable of paying the full stay. So yes, I believe I was being discriminated against. The Coffee in the lobby was horrible, the breakfast was standard. If it... Read more

This Hilton property in the middle of no-where on HWY205/580 is a pleasant surprise. The hotel feels like a 4 star business travel hotel about 20 minutes from all major corporations in the Liverrmore, Pleasanton and San Ramon areas. Corporations like EPICOR, Workday, SAP, IBM, Oracle and Chevron reside out here with lots of hotels and traffic. The complimentary wifi connects fast. The parking lot is very clean and up to par with Hilton Honors standards for sure. Free coffee in the lobby is the b... Read more

Nice place, friendly staff. I noticed on my second night that the bathroom had ants. I was too tired from a long day to care, so when I checked out the next day I mentioned it to the front desk. The immediately called Maintenance to address the problem. Over all it didn't affect me much and hey addressed it for the next guest.

Stopped here for a night on the way back to Oakland International Airport. It was a very good stay. It was too bad that the only pool was indoors, because it was quite warm in the area, and the idea of hanging out in a tiny pool right beyond (and within smelling distance of) the reception desk was terrifically unappealing. The other two Hamptons we visited on the trip both had outdoor pools ‚?? small ones, but certainly large enough to refresh from the 100-degree heat. On the plus side, Ha... Read more

Horrible. The worst location of a Hampton Inn I have ever been to. Completely outdated. Noisy! Staff rude and unaccommodating. Rooms are small, bathroom was dirty, furniture outdated, bed was small and uncomfortable, heat/air was terrible, staff inept, vending machines steal your money, breakfast was lousy, and thy allow for no late check outs. Was kicked out barely ready at 12noon with my disabled child in tow. Staff not present to check you out but they insist on you leaving at noon. The manag... Read more

This hotel was great!! Friendly staff, great pool with toys for the kids and an amazing breakfast. The hotel was surrounded by lots of great restaurants and a mall in walking distance. The beds were super comfortable. This made our trip home from an amazing vacation super relaxing. If you have time, try The Squeeze Inn next store for the best hamburgers and they will give you a 10% discount for being a guest at the Hampton!!

This hotel was decent, and front desk staff was curteous. However, the bathroom did have a some stands of hair on the floor when I checked in and the wall of the shower had a huge crack in it. The bed was very comfortable but the fitted sheet kept slipping off!

An excellent hotel, kind of hidden behind the restaurants, and close to the Tracy mall. Rooms were clean, with nice bedding, and the bathroom was big. Breakfast was fine. I highly recommend this hotel. Plenty of gas stations, and easy access to the freeway.

I stayed at this location in July 2016. Everything was ok, except the bathroom had ants. I hope they would take care of this issue. I've stayed at Hampton Inns all over US, and am usually happy with their services.

It's everything you should expect with a Hilton brand name on it! The ladies at the front desk are super nice! They matched the rate of the Fairfield next door so I could stay with them instead! They want my business, and will continue to get it.

We originally booked this hotel several years ago based on great reviews on TripAdvisor. They are still worthy of their great reviews. The staff is friendly, the hotel is clean, reasonably priced and there are restaurants within walking distance. They go out of their way to offer friendly service. We truly feel like guests.

Our room wasn't serviced on the last day so we had no clean towels and we had to make our own bed. We had ants on the bathroom counter... yuck! I don't think I'd choose a Hilton property again. When we complained the response was "oh sorry" ... not a great response. The survey I took mentioned a 100% satisfaction guarantee. No one ever told us about it. Not a great place.

Overpriced, dirty and dated. Even the sign look sad. Burnt out letters on signage looked sad and ominous. Stiff towels, smelly carpet. At $200.00+ a night a really poor value. The outlets were plentiful but used frequently and not replaced. Cell phone chargers were loose in outlets.

Hard to find sine there are no signs off of Naglee but location is great and clean rooms, excellent staff. Breakfast was just rotated when I was there so it would have been nice to have every 3rd breakfast be the same. But I'll stay here again! Much better than the Fairfield across the way!!!

Hampton hotel in Tracy is a very good hotel, it has a very good location, nice and helpful staff, very good breakfast, and very good free Internet. The room was very clean with a good size. For the pool; I don't know as I didn't used it. When you reached to the area there you need to search the area to find the hotel so I advise the hotel management to add more signs to hotel location.

This Hotel is getting old, it's amazing how fast a hotel becomes out dated, old furniture, no outlets next to the bed for phones, and so on. They do weird things like trying to charge your credit card days before you check in, why? The staff is friendly but the owner has them doing mildly weird things. Great location if you are doing business in the area but it's the only Hilton property in Tracy and they take advantage of that and over charge for the quality of the hotel and the Hampton Inn bra... This Hampton is right off the freeway and a major on-off ramp making it quite noisy even in the most quietest of rooms. The hotel is outdated and showing its age. The only places to walk to eat are low end chains such as Red Robin, and Buffalo Wings along with fast food places. We chose this particular Hampton because of the high ratings on Trip Advisor. This is one of the most outdated Hamptons we have stayed in. I would rank it a 2.5 star hotel.
