Just off 15 Freeway. Immediate area around hotel is very congested with lots of traffic and many delays. The hotel itself is back from the main road. OK amount of parking, shared with adjacent hotel and nearby businesses. Front desk staff was friendly enough. Asked for and was assigned upper floor room. Outside hallways and stairwells are a little beat up with cigarette butts all over the place. My King room had an outside entrance, was small but cozy and clean except for some hairs in sink and ... Nice low budget hotel. The minor problems are parking is shared with the Inn next door and the parking is limited. The hotel is in the rear of a mini mall and tough to find. Watch for the sign. The room was nice and clean, but lacking in closet space. If you're over six feet tall you'll have to squat a bit to wash your hair in the shower. The staff are really nice and make every effort to make you feel welcome. The early free breakfast is good with fresh food. Coffee is excellent.

Based on some of the negative reviews I read here, I was concerned about the quality of our accommodations when we arrived for one night stay. After getting checked in by Rachel, I began to realize I had no reason for concern. She was very accommodating and helpful. Rachel gave us a brief overview of the area and passed along some discount coupons for wine tasting at two of the local establishments. She put us in a room with two queen beds, but didn't charge us the extra fee that this accommodat... Read more

If you aren't looking to spend a lot of money but want a clean & current room with amazing beds and linens then this is the place for you. Typically it is half the cost of similar hotels. The rooms are not as spacious as some other places but they are the perfect size for 2 people. I LOVE this place!

This was the least expensive place in Temecula, and I was very pleased overall. It was very clean & comfortable. Not too far from Old Town Temecula, abput 15 minutes from wine country. The breakfast was fine, the room kept very clean and the food never looked pic\cked over. I was pleased, can"t beat the price. Saved on the hotel, splurged on wine!

I realize cigarette smoke is very difficult to get rid of when it permeates the carpet & drapes & furnishings due to some inconsiderate Smoker smoking. in a Non-Smoking room but the whole room should have been aired out, carpets cleaned, etc. I Adam highly sensitive to cigarettes & all the rooms were full so I couldn't be moved. All my personal items now carry that disgusting scent. Otherwise everything else was good

We have to check in online because of the rewards points. Kevin at the desk was very patient, welcoming and helpful, he even gave us a quick call to make sure we were happy with our room. Comfortable room and quiet despite the freeway passing close by. The breakfast had cooked and cakes and plenty of choice. A little way from Temecula the beautiful old cowboy town but the road outside leads straight in.

The Inn is behind a small strip mall and within walking range of some good local restaurants. The room I had was quiet with adequate parking. The breakfast included all the healthy things I enjoy for morning including fruit and yogurt and juice. Adequate space to eat. The staff was friendly and helpful. The price was well within my business budget. Hotel was located near Old Town and wine country.

For a 2 - 3 star hotel this is very nice. Good breakfast selection, pool & pool area nice. Room was clean. Staff at check-in, Rachel, was very professional and Ken, the manager, was extremely helpful. He made a phone call for me when I was trying to locate something.

Pretty good room. 4 people were able to fit comfortably. Free breakfast in the morning, and pretty close to everything you would want to see or do. It's about 13 down the street from downtown, and pretty close to a bunch of wineries.

My family and I stayed here and the staff was so friendly and Knowledgeable about the Hotel and the area. The Free breakfast is top notch with a variety of choices and helpful staff. KEN WESTMEYER the General Manager went above and beyond to suit our needs especially with our pets. I will always look for a Quality Inn to stay with in the future because it was an awesome experience.

Our room on the 3rd floor by the elevator was clean & quiet. The adjacent hotel is the La Quinta and sometimes the parking is a little tight, but it really wasn't an issue. The sign on the driveway is hard to see so be on the look out.

We spent two nights at the Quality Inn in Temecula. Check in was easy. When we got to our room the first thing we noticed was a strong odor of an air freshener or deodorizer. After we ran the A/C for a few minutes the odor cleared up (the same odor was evident the next day after the room was cleaned). Our room was fairly quiet even though our first night there the Inn was sold out. All of the rooms overlook a parking lot. The room was pretty basic and fairly small but very clean. The vanity coun... Read more

A friend and I recently stayed 3 nights here for some Temecula wine tasting. We couldn't have been happier with our room especially considering its reasonable price. The room was clean and inviting with frig, microwave and coffee maker. Bed linens were very nice and each had 4 fluffy pillows. Although the pool at the rear of the building is right next to the freeway, it is still acceptable and it's nice to have towels available poolside. Breakfast buffet was an unexpected bonus, and it was a rea... Read more

This was home for a week while we visited family. Jason, Rachel and Kevin were very attentive. We needed an Urgent Care facility during our stay. Directions were quickly printed for us and we were told to call if we got lost. The AC unit in one of our rooms malfunctioned and it was quickly replaced. Don't let the proximity to I-15 deter you if you are concerned about road noise. Our rooms faced the freeway but traffic sounds in the room were minimal. Easy access to I-15 in either direction, no... Read more

This hotel lived up to all the hype in its reviews. Starting with our arrival. The front desk was very friendly and helpful. I asked for a ground level room however they were taken already. She gave instead a room close to the elevator. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included and my husband loved that they had biscuits and gravy. Would definitely stay again.

I was visiting in the area and needed a place to stay for one night so I picked this one. It worked but that's about it. The room was clean but obviously the desk clerk, Briana doesn't know the lay out of the property as when I asked her where it was she told me "at the rear of the property" so of course I drove to the rear of the building so I wouldn't have to carry my things far. Wrong. Actually the room was the first one on the opposite side of the building so I parked a long ways from it... Read more

We stayed at this property on Thursday, Friday & Saturday nights. Rates were $71 on Thurs.; $143 on Fri. & $152 on Sat. Hard to understand why rates vary so much, as it is an average hotel worth no more than $71! Room was clean; breakfast good; but pool & hot tub had no water in them. We weren't notified of this beforehand or we would've found another hotel, as we wanted access to a pool. Very disappointed that we couldn't use the pool!

As I have written in other reviews, the Quality Inn Temecula is the only hotel my husband and I will stay at. The manager Rachel who is extraordinary, always goes above, and beyond to make sure each, and every guest have the best stay possible. (We are returning guest) The rooms are immaculate when he comes to cleanliness. I am a stickler when it comes to cleanliness, especially in a hotel room. The hotel offers a wonderful full hot breakfast in the morning for all the guess, and it's more ... Read more
