We spent a couple of nights visiting wine country and stayed at the Embassy Suites. As noted elsewhere, the hotel is undergoing renovations and we were not lucky enough to have received a redone room. Our room was nice but a little dated. We liked having the second room as occasionally one of us would be up early working and could do so without disturbing the other. Parking was easy as was access from the interstate. We especially like the free, cooked to order breakfast and the "Manager'... Read more

the rooms were small and dated. although they were doing some renovations it seemed. the room did not feel like a suite due to the bathroom and bedroom pocket doors that didn't close very well and had no locks. the size of the room was tight and felt like there was no privacy especially in the bathroom had no fan along with a thin pocket door directly in front of the seating area. the front desk was not welcoming or friendly at all. I would only stay here if I had a free stay.

Great location. The wall paper was coming off in several places in our room. The tile and grout were loose and broken in the bathroom. The fan ducts in the bathroom were covered in dirt and cobwebs and looked as if they had never been cleaned. On the other hand the breakfast and staff were great. Would not say it is worth the $ to stay there.

Nice stay recently. Received one of the recently renovated rooms. The updates were tasteful and a good change from past stays. It appears that they used old chairs and other items that were still in decent condition which made the furniture a bit eclectic. The laminate on the front of one of the new dressers was already peeling off so not sure how long this renovation will last. Overall a solid stay and the hotel will be nice when the rehab is fully completed at the end of the year.

The toilet and sink were but a mere water closet. This facility is definitely NOT what my family is traditionally accustomed to and based upon our visit the value at nearly $200 night (taxes included) was ho... Read more

This Embassy Suite was overall a nice stay, but it isn't up to the same standards as other Embassy Suites I have stayed at. The suites are smaller and we had a couple smaller issues. We had to call for a shower curtain that was missing as an example. It appears that this hotel was not built as an Embassy Suite, but maybe was a conversion. But overall the food is basically the same and the staff were helpful and friendly. The big plus, no parking fees and the overall hotel cost was substanti... Read more

Unchanged Sheets in bed that were visibly soiled and smelled of perfume. The night clerk did apologize and move me to a different room. He verified that the sheets were soiled and smelled like a woman's perfume. He said he would let the day I manger know but the next day the morning manager was unaware. Unprofessional and disgusting.

We had two days left on vacation and decided to head to Temecula Embassy Suites. Our room was perfect and with the balcony over looking the pool made it a special treat. However what pleased us the most was the evening wine and appetizers the Embassy offered plus a wonderful breakfast the next morning. The beds were great as well as second room with the couch and second TV. We thought our money was well spent and we were pleased with our choice.

Don't pay attention to "upgrade email" apparently it doesn't matter. Hotel rooms are adequate. Parking adequate. Best thing about this hotel is location. Close to stores - if you forgot something. And close to highway

Room was plenty big. The bed was comfortable. Bathroom is split, so sinks are available during some else's shower. Good TV, wireless service, and coffee. Breakfast is fantastic. The omelette chef is amazing!! There is also a complimentary reception in the bar each evening. 2 drink tickets and all the munchies you want are included.

This hotel has a great location, hearty breakfast and service lovely. The property is dated, but well maintained. Perfect for families. I slept very good. My only complaint was that my toilet jiggled when I sat on it, sink faucets were loose, and my tub drain was a little slow. Nothing a little draino and a wrench couldn't repair. It was a solid and positive stay!

Rooms were part of a wedding block. First, way overpriced for hotel conditions even with so called block discount. Staff was anything but accommodating. Down right rude upon check in. Card was double charged. Last minute wedding guests were not given the block discount, told there were no rooms within the block, even though there had been two cancellations within block. Now they are trying to charge the bride regular, going rate for those two cancellations. Management at this hotel needs... Read more

What a lovely stay here in Temecula at this particular Embassy Suites! Very impressed with my King room/suite. Very comfortable bedding, quiet, yet engaging at the complimentary evening reception. Cubs game was on! I would definitely stay here for the quality of the room and great location. Kudos!

I always stay at Hiltons and really like most Embassy Suites. This time I found the hotel to have dirty elevators, outside area near entrance dirty and ice machine area was awful. I don't like to give bad reviews but this time I felt it necessary. House keeping doesn't do much to your room. Everyday we had to call for something they didn't leave and we were there for 6 nights. Over all a very disappointing stay and would not choose this hotel again.

Wedding guests so room was booked in June for stay in Nov. Room not ready for an hour past check in. Given wrong room, wrong rate. Not enough towels so had to wait. We were an hour late to party. Dirty carpet, bathroom.

Staff was very pleasant but overwhelmed at check in with rooms not ready. Bar staff relations need adjustment, complimentary breakfast and staff was awesome. Ongoing construction made for inconvenience in getting to and from room. Generally a nice location, hotel and comfortable room.

Made reservation a month before stay. Was told check-in time was at 4pm. When I arrived, room was unavailable I left ( without a room) at 5pm and didn't receive a text that room was available until after 6pm.

I made reservations for two rooms in March for a November stay. My daughter and her husband checked in early but our room was not ready (right next door) . The front desk assigned us the room next door. When we returned later that day, they had given our room to someone else. We wanted connecting rooms. They put us down the hall far away, so we asked for something closer. Now that was VERY interesting! It was a surprise handicapped room ( they do not know where their handicapped rooms are). O... Location of the hotel was very good. Easy to get to,and, to get to other places. We had a good check in experience. We checked in early, quickly, and with a nice helpful person. The room was nice, smaller than we've had at other Embassy Suites, but, totally sufficient. Breakfast was fabulous, except to get the omelettes or pancakes, you waited on a very long line. They do have a notice that let's you know that the earlier you go, the less time you wait. There was one cook, who was amazing, but,h... Read more

Spacious and comfortable rooms. Near the freeway with some road noise but not especially distracting . . . not an issue for sleeping. The HVAC noise was more of an issue. It comes on & off cycling frequently. Not sure why so many hotel rooms have this problem that we would not tolerate in our homes. We had small flying bugs that seemed like fruit flies though no fruit was here to be seen.

Five or us, college friends, all stayed at the hotel and we were all very pleased with the congeniality of the staff and the services provided....I would stay here again. I would suggest offering one of the local craft beers as a complementary addition to the managers reception.

Went to Temecula for my nieces wedding and had multiple rooms reserved. I called in the morning to try to get an early check in which they could not guarantee but would try to accommodate. Upon arrival, Denise was very helpful in trying to get our room moved around to be on the same floor and near the bride and bridal party. Although we were not able to check in early we moved our things into a friends room and after return from the rehearsal dinner our room was finally ready and we got adjoi... Read more

Embassy Suites in Temecula was a great hotel, especially if you want to share a suitewith another person, kids or couple. They really have everything you need if want to share a suite. Or if you want extra room then Embassy Suites is a great option. They provide made to order breakfast and offer free alcohol beverages every day which is GENIUS.

Horrible experience. Poor management of this Hilton property. Property was being renovated. We stayed in a room which was renovated and looked like it was trashed/very heavily used. Room was never vacuumed, plumbing problem, HVAC was so loud we could not hear television.

Staff was very pleasant, friendly and helpful as 3 couples spent only one night. Would definitely return. Rooms were recently renovated but should have spent a few more $$ on the project, Hopfully they will on the common areas. Rooms and common areas felt cramped for Embassy.

If you are wanting an early check in before 4 PM, do not count on this hotel. Housekeeping staff is overworked and do not report until 10:30 AM. If there are hundreds of hotel rooms, it would be an extreme crunch to get them all ready.

Very nice hotel. Large rooms and free open bar for 2 hours every evening. Great free breakfast. We stay here most times we visit our winery (Monte De Oro). One down side is many times our room is not available on time (4pm) and we have to wait. But over all this is a very comfortable stay. Just miles from the wineries and 1 mile from old town. I highly recommend the olive oil tasting at the Temecula Olive Oil company in Old Town.

The area is great and the wine tour was awesome. The hotel was close to everything we wanted to do. It was not as clean as it should be in the stair area and our room was forgotten on one day for cleaning.
