We spent three nights there in July 2016, together with our 12 years old daughter. The hotel is nice, although somehow overrated, given that rooms and some of the public areas look quite dated. The view from our room was very nice, overlooking a forested hill and vineyards. However, most Napa region is covered with vineyards so this is more or less commodity there. The reception ladies there were helpful providing us with guidance regarding the interesting vineyards to be visited as well as res... Read more

We had a brief but really pleasant stay at the Wine Country Inn in Napa Valley recently. In short, the hotel offers quiet, understated and unpretentious luxury resulting in a really comfortable getaway in lush natural surroundings. When checking in, we got a nice, warm welcome from the desk attendant who walked us to our room, gave us a friendly introduction to the space and made sure we had the wifi password ?? something frequently not advised at other hotels if you forget to ask. The room was... Read more

We stayed at the Wine Country Inn for one night during our week long 5th anniversary trip. They upgraded us to a junior suite (presumably for our anniversary), which was awesome because we got more space and a private porch. Staff was amazing, kind and super helpful. The hotel has a very bed and breakfast, quaint feel - which we enjoyed. We loved the full breakfast the morning we checked out too!

The Wine Country Inn was a welcome surprise on our latest Napa Valley trip. Great for groups of friends and has an amazing breakfast as well as happy hour offering daily. The inn is charming and the public spaces are quite nice. The rooms are spacious but are in serious need of remodeling. The shag carpeting has got to go and the bathrooms while clean need updating. This property has the best towels I have ever had at any hotel anywhere I have been, kudos on that!! The staff was friendly and hel... Read more

We really enjoyed our stay at the Wine Country Inn. It was so quiet and relaxing after full days at tastings and dining. We fell asleep to a fire and woke up to amazing views of the vineyards. The pool and hot tub were clean and well-maintained with epic views surrounding them. The continental breakfast was a great and easy start to the day (including Greek yogurt and granola, fresh made scrambled eggs, and made to order waffles). While there were renovations happening on neighboring suites, th... Read more

Now that we are in a big city and in a very nice hotel, I really think the best vacations are those in the country and in an inn. The room was cozy with a deck looking over the vineyards and included a fireplace and comfortable sofa and chair. The breakfast was good to get you going and something warm in your stomach before the wine tasting begun. The room was clean and well appointed with toiletries and a small fridge. You could go to the main house and get what you needed for snacks like bread... Read more

I stayed Wine Country Inn unexpectedly, in stressful circumstances. I was so glad I did. The staff at this beautifully maintained property were amazing. Their easy warmth and kindness, combined with a lovely room, gorgeous grounds, a fantastic pool and delicious breakfast, eased my way. I hope to return soon.

Stayed 4 nights for birthday celebration, paid for romance package. This property is beautiful and well maintained. Did not use pool. The beds/bedding were higher end and comfortable. The cottage we stayed in (vintners) was large and had a small fridge. No television in any of the units. The stairs are a workout as we stayed at the very bottom. The "breakfast" is actually served like a buffet and is mostly cold. No one cooks a special homemade breakfast for you here. This place is more like a ho... Read more

We treated our son and his wife to a visit to Napa over the Labor Day weekend, and enjoyed a marvelous 3 night stay at the Wine Country Inn. I communicated by phone and email with the concierge, Janelle prior to our visit. She made dinner reservation at 3 great restaurants, and also set us up with David, with Consort Tours for a private wine tasting tour that included 4 great winery's based on our preferences. The Inn itself continued the great personal service. The location is fantastic. ... Read more

Came here with my family for 4 nights. We had three rooms. Not cheap but normal for the thanksgiving holiday. The rooms were great. 26 has its own hot tub. Spacious with a large bathroom. And I had a deck as well. The location is great. Tons of wineries around. And not far from Calistoga and Napa. Great restaurants in proximity. The staff was very friendly and Janelle was great in helping plan wine tours and reservations. There is a fridge in the main building lobby with sodas and water yo... Read more
