"An overnight in the Bay Area found the Travelodge S.F. Airport a very good experience. A large, well furnished room, easy access to the north-south 101 freeway. Easy in & out parking. Complete breakfast facility. Friendly and helpful desk clerks (especially one in training only two weeks who was informed, gracious, and friendly--very efficient). And of course the cost was far below ANY accommodations in or out of S.F. area."

"Bathroom wall was cracked, appeared to be some water damage to floor and moldings. Showtime was so blurry you couldn't watch it, Not much of a breakfast, No Protein, like hard boiled eggs, and out of the 11 days we were there had apples only once. Got more blankets when we needed them. Pool was always empty so it was nice and quiet for our child to use. Usually a wait in lobby for anything you needed to ask. Staff couldn't speak English , at least 90 % of them. A lady at the hotel was most helpful, she is the supervisor and manager, and was very articulate..However there is a dispute as to how we left the room, and we were charged quite a heavy fee, she came down on it some but still left us with quite a bill. Apparently pictures were taken by both sides, I have seen neither??? I had left the room hours before my friends checked out, but left it in good shape, and they were mostly packed. I am stuck in the middle on this one as I haven't received pictures from either party at this point. ONly a large bill on top of the large sum we paid for the 11 day stay, ."

"This place was a dump,I realize it was value priced but our first room had missing tiles in the shower, water stains on the celiing, large holes in the beading and a nonworking wall heater that was all beat to $#%. I told the staff that the heater had not worked for some time and her responce was to laugh and state ' you must have stayed here before, Did you use the towels ?' So you can rent this to the next sap ? I asked. A giggle was her response. Don't stay here !"

"You know the saying..'you get what you pay for' definately holds true in staying at Travelodge. The room was old, dirty, and looked like it had not been updated since its opening date a century ago. There was a big long piece of packing tape on the window drape that looked like it was used to tape the drape to the wall. The beds were lopsided and looked so worn. The carpet was dirty. The pillows on the bed were so thin it was like sleeping without at all. I can find no redeeming factor in staying here except the fact that it had a free shuttle to the airport."
