"Nice property, clean and well appointed rooms. Handy shuttle service to/from SFO 4A-12:30A. Have to leave property to have a smoke. Great value for a launching spot to/from airport. No breakfast, however a citrus beverage and apples provided in the lobby at all hours and coffee in room along with a fridge, but no micro. Restaurant by lobby, but not always open. McD's accross the street...plan accordingly if you need something to eat, but don't have time."

"The lounge carried the local NFL game on their huge screen - great! Advertised breakfast not provided for all guests. Room was small and a bit pricey. Very clean but no fridge or micro-wave. Coffee pot wedged behind the dresser mirror."

"The hotel was good. The rooms were small but with enough space.
The hotel in general is very good, has all the services, it is clean and it is pretty. I was told thet it was too far from the city but it is not (20 min to the embarcadero) if you have a car, if not and you plan to go to the city find a closer hotel.

The only thing I would improve is the staff friendliness and they actitude was not about helping. I arrived at 2:00 PM and the check in was until 3:00 pm, they offered us a place to keep our suitcases but not in a friendly way. The receptionist said that if a room got cleaned it will be for us but she didn't even want to find out if any room will be ready soon.The check out process was not frindly either."
