I always wanted to stay at this Marriott and never had the chance until now. Great location with easy on and off freeway access. Located away from traffic with easy walking to shop or eat. My room was very nice and clean and the employees were very friendly

I love Marriott hotels. Location of hotel was steps away from the historic railroad district in downtown Santa Rosa. Lobby was beautiful, very colorful and vibrant. Room we got with a superior King bed was spacious and very clean. I like hotels that give you freebie toiletries. There was a fridge in the room so I could cool my water bottles. I need to quench my thirst with cold bottled water don't really like getting ice from the ice maker. There was a blow dryer, iron and ironing board, ample c... Read more

We booked our two queen room here with our pack n play for a baby and a separate queen for two other toddlers. Lets just say the room was so tiny that our stroller barely fit in it. Our pack n play could not be put up anywhere in the room because of lack of size. We changed to a King suite or a larger King and it was bigger but it was junky as ever. The bed V'd in the middle and I had to constantly push my husby over to his side but it was a lost cause because this bed was so beaten up and old t... Read more

Of the courtyards I've stayed at, this one was fairly typical. Staff was very helpful, rooms were clean and the restaurant/bar had very nice options. I really enjoyed breakfast in the lobby. The bar was a little expensive, but that is to be expected at a hotel.

There's nothing to dislike about this property. We had a clean, comfortable room with standard amenities that we've come to expect from this brand. The parking was plentiful, check-in was fast, and there were no sleep-quality issues. If we again need a room in this area, we'll be back.

I stayed here for two nights and the price/quality ratio is fine. My room was spacious and tidy and the bathroom was clean with sufficient towels and accessoires. The staff was really nice and helpful and for a short business trip this was a nice spot. Don't expect to much from the restaurant, it is more a snack bar with some convenient food you can order. When the hotel is crowded make sure you take more time for breakfast, because there could be people waiting in line.

Short walk to Third Street shops and restaurants. Plenty of parking. Convenient to 101 but far enough away that you do not hear the traffic. Big room with double beds. Above average for a Courtyard by Marriott.

Location is fantastic, right at the heart of Santa Rosa Railroad District. The property itself was remodeled/refurbished. The lobby was contemporary and modern. Room was reasonably roomy and comfortable. However, given the opportunity to remodel, there are places that seems to be lack of or forgotten. The walk-in shower was nice, brand new handle and drain, but why kept the old-fashion shower head? The ones exactly like the motel 10 years ago. The A/C unit was loud, although function prope... We started our wine country vacation and stayed here for the Sonoma Valley portion. We have stayed at many facilities in the Sonoma Vaqlley, but this one exceeded our expectations. We met a great staff, clean rooms and nice location to the Railroad district where food and shops are located. We have stayed across the street at the Hyatt, but found this Courtyard nicer, even though it is a little old. You will hear train horns/bells, but is it not bad and not during the night.
