Came to a conference in San Jose and stayed here. It's only 13 minutes from the convention center. The hotel is a bit dated but it is very comfortable. The cook to order breakfast is awesome and the happy hour with free well drinks and snacks are also great.

Had a great experience attending a concert @ Levi Stadium. only 6 miles away & $8-11 taxi ride there. Beware of the ride back. I suggest eating at IHop or other open restaurant for at least an hour after the event then taking an Uber back. Hotel experience great.

This Embassy Suites was very nice. The room was large and very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was very nice with many options. I also had a need to use the business center and was pleased with the service there. I was able to select my own preferred room, and liked the separate living room area and bedroom area. I would like to see more Hilton hotels with the room access via digital key on my phone. This hotel was conveniently located to many places of business and restaurant options.

We had a very fun stay and the kids thoroughly enjoyed the amenities at this location, the pool, evening Manager's reception, "free" vending machines (fun concept w/premium suite deal) breakfast, etc. Seemed to be busy but fun when we stayed (room was quiet enough to sleep) We stayed for my child's birthday celebration, a low-key but relaxing and fun time then on to Great America the next day! Will stay again. Great Hotel. Very clean, super nice staff. The bed's were the best I have ever slept on away from home. The breakfast for the most part was not cook to order the omelets were. but everything else was buffet style but with that said it was good. We needed a spot for our party to have a pizza dinner and had no problem letting us use a banquet room. We wanted to clean up and the front desk said they would get it. this hotel is popular among business travelers as it is located very close to many major tech companies in Santa Clara. the rate is therefore outrageously high during weekdays though you can find good deal on the weekend. perhaps because of the high demand location, the management find no benefits in upgrading the room accommodation. this room is dark, stuffy, dusty with a tiny bathroom stuck in the middle. also there is a parking fee. Why? When the hotel next door is offering free parking. ... Read more

Filthy room.... very dissapointed. I have always enjoyed other Embassy Suites properties. Hope they get it together. With the new stadium in Santa Clara I would think this is a top property in the chain. I love the complimentary breakfast, but cleanliness is my main concern for me and my family when staying at a hotel.

Embassy Suites are always a good deal with the separate bedroom from the living room area, prepared complimentary breakfast, but I don't believe the premiere cost is worth the extra money. They did not provide 24 hour snacks as guaranteed and the food and coffee at this location was not up to par to other locations we have stayed at over the years.

Stayed here a couple nights during the week for business and have no complaints. My check-in was quick and easily handled by a very nice guest receptionist. I had a two room suite which was clean and comfortable. Nice pillow selection and the king size bed was nice and comfortable. The free breakfast in the morning was delicious with continental selections, and a chef also was there to whip up a quick hot omelet for you if desired. There is plenty of parking and it's right off the highway.

The Embassy Suites brand has really deteriorated in the last 5 years. It is obvious that Hilton has allowed the brand to slowly die and they seem not to support its franchise owners. So when you stay at an Embassy Suites you see little things that show this . Dirty bathrooms, old worn carpeting and furniture. However, this property seemed refreshed and updated. Staff was nice, plenty of parking and easy to get to. The room was clean, updated, and refreshed. Everything was in working order, ... Read more

We enjoyed this hotel on previous visits. However, not this time. They state that they offer you free snacks from their machine with a code. Embassy Suites properties offer nice perks, but this location is rather stale. Decor is bland, property feels outdated. It was a crowded time, with one elevator out of service making travel up the hotel a challenge. Pool is tiny and likely not something to bank on when considering this property. The bathrooms were tiny, smaller than a regular room bathroom. Friendly staff. Breakfast amenities were nice, reception a big positive. The dining experience was clean.

I stayed here for business trip and checked out this morning. Good thing about this hotel is the location as it is close to San Jose and highway 101. Bad thing is that it is next to highway 101 and you hear cars driving by all night long. I stayed on the 9th floor but still heard cars driving by. I have stayed at different hotels that were close to the highway (Hilton garden inn in Milpitas) but this one was pretty bad as you heard cars all night. Oh the made to order breakfast is pretty good.

The room was nice. There was a cheerleading competition going on and the room next door was noisy and the lobby too for a while but it quieted down at some point. The breakfast was great. The Embassy Suites Santa Clara is a terrific hotel in many ways. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. The cook to order breakfast is delicious and the manager's reception is a great way to interact with other guests. The staff is very professional. Only drawback is that the Wi-Fi is not up to par for Silicon valley. Patchy/slow depending on where you are. First time I have stayed here - usually the rate is too high for my company's travel department. But if you can get a good rate then it's a good value. The location is good - there are some new upscale restaurants under construction that are web out 10 minutes walk, it's easy to get to and from the 101, and there's an easy back way to Central Expy going North. Room was typical for Embassy Suites, pretty comfortable. Parking isn't gated but there is a daily charge.

Rooms were very spacious and clean. We were extremely disappointed to find the spa was not functioning. This is one of the things we always look for when booking a room. There was no mention of the spa being unoperational when we booked this room. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was so-so.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Hot breakfast omelets is why I continue to stay with this brand. They are always so nice and friendly and helpful with spacious rooms! Pick a room away from the roads as there is heavy traffic in this area.
