Located in the heart of San Francisco's South of Market Multimedia Gulch, this hotel is located approximately 14 miles from the San Francisco International Airport. Local attractions include the Moscone Convention Center, SBC Park (home of the San Francisco Giants), Union Square, The Metreon Entertainment Complex, Yerba Buena Gardens, and the SF MoMa.

Hotel amenities include a bellman, concierge services, valet parking, meeting rooms, indoor pool, spa, free high-speed Internet access throughout the hotel, and a dining room that serves breakfast. For massages, facials, manicures, pedicures and spa treatments, the hotel partners with the Spa Bar which also features an oxygen bar. There is a full Starbucks retail store located in the lobby along with Jasmine Restaurant, The Cove Lounge, and room service.
