wow this was a very inappropriately stressful experience. price paid not actual price. deposit kept due to a fridge shelf missing from a fridge that had not been used. I will not recap but I will never recommend this very poorly run place either.

It was decent for the price and had fridge and microwave it had a minor stench of ciggerrette smoke.. My only serious issue I'd warn any future guests would be to make sure after you check out that your deposit goes back to your credit card because I'm not gunna say this place tried to rip me off but if I hadn't been on top of it and showing up to the office daily after I checked out I'd say 9/10 chance they would of tried to charge my card the 100 dollar deposit. I'd stay again if the price was... Read more

Made reservations online. Get there an nothing like the pics..nasty smelly an just discuting. Tryed to Get $ back an told us nonrefundable. Pics to prove how the rooms look. We had to go spend $ that we didnt really have on a differant place. Wich was so much better an closer to the boardwalk. An they discounted our room cause we got there at 2am

The afternoon evening people were very helpful. Room was good for the price. Breakfast a disappointment - only cereal bread, packages sweet rolls. No fruit, nothing hot. Out of milk long before breakfast time over.

We arrived later then we planned but they were very nice and professional. Very close to the board walk. Alot of places to eat near by. Place was quiet and clean. It suited for our needs. Enjoyed our stay. We will come back.

We went to Santa Cruz to see concert on the beach!! Had a great time with family !! The rooms here have been redone!! A lot better than before!! If the only issue is that they need dark curtains!! The light are bright and it goes thru blinds!!! But other than that!! Room not bad!! People at desk were very nice!! Coffee was great!!! We will be back again!!!

Not a very nice place. We paid almost $300 a night for 2 nights. Our room was on bottom floor. Walls are very thin, so the upstairs family sounded like a herd of elephants half the night, you can hear every's tvs, and conversations. You can also hear everything from outside (and during our stay, some jerks were letting off fireworks till around 2-3 in the morning and management did nothing). Parking is horrendous. The spots are way too close and there are more rooms than parking spaces, so peopl... Read more

We needed a last-minute one night stay, this place was available. It did the job. Pros: ask for a suite upstairs. It's worth it for the privacy factor. The beds are comfortable. Otherwise the place is really basic. For a 2-star hotel, just expect clean and basic. Like the breakfast: just make some waffles and carry the stuff back to your room to eat. Expect styrofoam cup and plates, few choices. The hotel staff is very nice and friendly. The $40 "stay and play" extra is worth it if you want to ... Read more

BAIT and SWITCH!!! TRIVAGO NEVER AGAIN will I use that! They use the same software as cheap hotels. Should have seen that as a red flag. After their hype about "this room has been booked twice today" or "only one room left" or "this is the cheapest price" I ended up getting a room for November 16 instead of October 16. When we arrived at the motel and that was discovered, the fella at the desk who was nice, told us he had a room but the price of the room was now $150 instead of the Trivago r... Read more

Want to say that my hubby and I not picky all but even for us this was too much to handled. Let me start with ONE AND ONLY good thing in this place. Indoor Heated poor and hot tub are so good but remember opens 10:00AM in the morning. Never seen pool open so late! Room - it was big but it SMELLS HORRIBLE. I couldn't sleep at night. Bathroom doesn't have a hair dryer. TV - it's old with no remote control and volume was broken so can't watch it at all. BREAKFAST - was very poor. People in this pl... Read more
