Hotel service was exceptional, every one was very friendly and attentive. Room was clean and organized. Restaurant was little small for the size of this hotel yet staff was friendly and personal. Food was very good and fresh, staff and chef replenish food very often. I like the made your own waffle station. The buffet ambiance however need little more lighting as well as modern decoration. The buffet area was too dark.

This hotel was nice, it was a great location, the lobby was decorated nicely, the staff was prompt and very courteous, but it wasn't really up to the typical Hilton standard I'm used to. The room was fine, nothing special, but I noticed that there was a lot of scuff marks on the doors and the general decor was just not as nice as I'm used to when I stay at a Hilton. There was also a lot of noise outside of our room, both in the hall and outside our window near what I believe was a pool. I had no... Read more

I recently visited the Hilton San Jose while attending an event at the San Jose Convention Center. The Hilton is attached to the convention center making it incredibly convenient. There are dozens of delicious restaurants within a few minute's walk from the hotel. The rooms appear to be new or recently renovated and the design is stylish contemporary with a well organized layout. My room was very clean. I also really enjoyed being able to access my room using my mobile phone with the Hilton Dig... Read more

Solo traveler! Came here for the San Jose Fitness expo and was so happy with the choice I made! I was relieved to have been checked in at 9am the morning of my arrival! I thought i'd have to wait it out til 3pm. Luckily I got in early and had time to freshen up before heading to the expo. The hotel is actually connected to the convention center! Extremely convenient, especially since the weather didn't look too promising for any exploring that day. So as far as location goes, this place was per... Read more

But nope! Got in early, put my bags in the room and heading to the Fitness Expo. Such a great location for the convention center! Recently had the opportunity to dine at the Affinity Restaurant at the Hilton San Jose and had a truly memorable experience. The service and food were exceptional. They recently introduced a new happy hour and drink menu- the selection was much better than I've seen at even 5 star hotels. Everyone I encountered was extremely friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work Hilton San Jose!

Our room was spotless, and the bed so comfortable. Very convenient to many downtown SJ locations. We will be back again for sure!

I had no idea the Anime event was going to be the week I book my trip. The party i had problems came back to their rooms at 130am ( i know they woke me up) and stayed up until 330am ( I know I had to call security). Since i could hear their voices so clearly late at night , i know there must be an issue with noise in this hotel. So I think drastic improvements should be made to make voice a tolerable level. I love the parking and location of the hotel, but If my next experience is this bad, then... Read more

We chose the Hilton San Jose because of its high rating and proximity to the SAP Center, where we were to attend a concert. We were entirely pleased with all aspects: check-in was most welcoming, our room was beautiful and spotless. And, ah ... the bed and pillows were divine. Prior to the concert, we had dinner in the on-site restaurant. The restaurant area is small and austere, but the menu was most adequate, and our meals were excellent. The interactions we had with actual human beings (check personnel & café workers) was great....our experience with "non-human beings" was terrible. Valet parking was not available (no spaces left?) so my husband left me at the door with our luggage and went to park in the underground lot. He was gone a LONG time searching for what may have been the last space in the lot (for which we paid $26). I've stayed in the San Jose/Sunnyvale/Santa Clara area multiple times for work over the past few years - and the Hilton San Jose is by far one of my favorite hotels in the area. The beds (one of, if not the, most important thing to me about a hotel) are by FAR the softest and most comfy beds of any Hilton around. The hotel is chic and modern without being uncomfortable - and the staff is as awesomely helpful as any Hilton staff around (i.e. - they ROCK). The only slight negatives I have to me... Read more

We stayed here over Father's Day weekend, the rooms are lovely staff is super friendly and polite. We had brunch at their restaurant and the food was delicious, waitress seemed to be in a rush though, but service was good overall. The only thing I didn't like is that they charge $24 for parking (this is for a 24 hr period). But they worked to accommodate my brother's need for accessible room.

This hotel is so convenient to everything and within walking distance to so much! Great gathering place for any occasion including business. We had a great stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it. The same is true for the Embassy Suites in downtown Denver. The banquet management and services are exemplary for any business function.

Despite booking through the hotel's direct website where I specified that this room was for our wedding night and requested an arrival delivery of strawberries and champagne (a $38 charge), we were disappointed to find a bed one size smaller than listed and that the dessert never arrived.

Initially, I was concerned about all the extra that comes with being at a full scale hotel. I prefer the smaller hotels for convenience and flexibility. However, I got all of that and more at this property as a business traveler. This hotel was more than comfortable and my room was quiet - no outside noise. I will definitely stay here again when doing business in SVL.

Right in the heart of the city, bars and restaurants a short walk away. Upscale hotel as is typical of Hiltons in larger cities, with associated big city prices. Breakfast buffet was very good and includes omlettes to order. Not cheap at $19, but if you are staying at the Hilton, you probably can swing that. The hotel is right under the final approach corridor for San Jose airport, but I never heard any planes flying overhead.

The Hilton reputation is not what it used to be. Staff were lovely and helpful, but the condition and furnishings of this Hilton need an upgrade. The breakfast options were equivalent to a Best Western. Powdered egg mix, package waffles and pancakes... trout on over to the Marriott and have real human chefs make a cooked breakfast for you with real eggs and real orange juice, good coffee and a warm inviting atmosphere.

I was able to have a very good two-night stay at the San Jose Hilton. While I was primarily here for events at the attached convention center (which was very convenient, being attached to the hotel), the location in relation to San Jose points is excellent. C Dela Cruz did a great job taking care of our needs. Room was very comfortable and breakfast was delicious. It was a covenant location to the SAP Center, easy walking distance. The next time in San Jose we will stay here.

I recently stayed at the Hilton San Jose because I was attending an event at the adjoining convention center. I have never seen such a disgusting bathroom. When I arrived, there were long hairs draped over the edge of the bathtub. It was only later that I noticed the yellow stains on the wall near the baseboard, as if someone had decided to urinate on the wall instead of in the toilet. Accommodating and hospitable. Stay was good with above par beds. Room service was on time and thorough. Wifi was a bit laggy at times which is common for mist resort type hotels. But the overall experience was good. Will stay again.

The Hotel is nice and a typical Hilton. What I liked was there was a light rail station adjacent to the hotel that took me straight to Levi Stadium in Santa Clara. The light rail can also be used for a trip near the airport with a free shuttle if you are not into other more convienient manners of getting to and from the airport.

Hilton San Jose is a beautiful hotel, well maintained and the staff is very friendly and welcoming! My husband and I were celebrating the final day of our honeymoon and the front desk sent up a congratulations card and gift to our room. The Hilton staff never disappoint and always deliver on their promise!

The manager C is one of the most accommodating hotel staff I have interacted with. Every need that my wife and I had was taken care of graciously. From my wife forgetting her earplugs and shower shoes to providing extra discount parking for a friend of ours and extending our stay for an extra day at the same discounted package rate. The rest of the staff (Jeffery Latiph and Alon Ellaine) were equally pleasant and accommodating. Any question or need was meet with prompt response. An extra compl... Read more

The bed is clean, soft and comfortable, room is large & everything works as expected. Got a $5 voucher for declining room service per night, which is good for us and for the environment. Hotel staff was helpful.

The rooms were neatly serviced, the breakfast was very good. Enjoyed the Fruity Welcome water at reception. Reception was super helpful even though hotel was very busy last weekend from 24 November to 27 November, highly recommended
