Nice Hampton Inn, what you normally expect. They had a manager's reception with some pretty good food. The hotel is back off the main road and hard to find. Every time I had Uber pick me up or drop me off, they had issues.

Arrived late and no attendant was at desk, I had to knock and call hotels for 10 minutes before he came. No explanation or apology for this. Noisy with crew and construction that started EARLY in the morning. Called front desk to ask for consideration and I felt rushed and no changes were made. Subpar experience.

Extremely clean facility and courteous staff. From check in to check out I was treated great. Even with cable tv issues the front desk clerk Kurt jumped right on it and had it fixed right away. Needed to be reset. Great job guys keep it up. Ps: it may not be the cheapest in area but you get what you pay for, I like to be comfortable when on the road.

Rooms are clean and very large. I wish all Hiltons were like that! The TV's were smaller than other Hilton brands and there is no room safe. The breakfast is the standard continental breakfast (No cook making omelets there- Sorry, I'm spoiled).

The young man that checked us in was very friendly and polite. He gave us a coupon to a local restaurant for dinner, and a late check out. The room was spacious and clean. The bed and pillows were awesome. The young man at the front desk in the morning was equally friendly and polite. I would stay here again

I stayed 3 nights here for business. The location I would agree with others is a bit strange, light industrial area but close to my work location for the week. The hotel was new very clean, gym was well equipped and had windows overlooking an outdoor pool and spa. Breakfast was good the usual fare for the Hampton. The beds were amazing!! Every evening was a Managers Mixer offering appetizers, wine and beer. The service was great. Within a block, on Curtner you can find The Plant Center with... Read more

I have previously written about Hilton's budget Brand "Hampton" in the UK, but this is my first stay in a Hampton outside the UK. This hotel is for from a new property, but has undergone a recent refurbishment and it shows in the room we are staying in. The exceptionally spacious one-bedroom suite we have been allocated, especially the bathroom is absolutely spotlessly clean, the bathroom comes with a large shower area with an exceptionally powerful shower. Close to great food and shopping. Original Joes is a great resturant that was on the resturant list the front desk has. if you are looking for a place to eat Just ask them for a copy of the list. We had breakfast included with our room. It was very clean and filling. The wait staff in the breakfast area was very nice and helpful. About two miles from the hotel is an old down town are where original joes is. This area has interesting shops and cafes.

Granted real estate in San Jose is a premium, but this is next to two facilities with razor wire fence. Aside from that, this place is great. Excellent friendly staff, complimentary beer and wine at happy hour, and decent beds.

Nice hotel with large rooms. The bathroom is large also. I thought it was odd to have ear plugs on the nightstand by the bed but around 10 pm it became apparent why. I could hear the tv on one side & other noise from the other side. Needing to hear an alarm in the morning I didn't use the ear plugs so needless to say it was not a good nights rest. I didn't eat the breakfast in the morning so I can't comment on that.

Coming from south California, driving from route 1 we stayed a night in this inn before heading to San Francisco the next day. The place was pretty decent. Family room was big and beds were very comfortable. Cleanliness was exceptional. The best thing about our stay is the breakfast, even if it was just sausage and eggs, still was satisfying.

New amenities with comfortable and spacious rooms. We stayed in a large 2 queen room that was more than enough room for my family of three for a long weekend. One of the best free breakfast bars I've been to that fed a very hungry water polo team we traveled with. Different breakfast choices each day, excellent free coffee. This motel had a great lobby, complimentary breakfast and comfortable suite. Biggest frustration was the too heavy of comforter on the beds, making for either running the a/c to very cold, or not using the comforter and then being a bit chilly. The beds were comfortable. I was disappointed in this Hampton as it's the only one in Silicon Valley yet sleep quality was not good here. Not sure what this hotel was in its previous life (it wasn't a Hampton to begin with) but the big problem is with the air conditioning system, which the hotel staff is well aware of as I found out.
