Dirty room the doors had never been wiped down. Toilet ran all night. No phone. Carpets dirty and didn't looked like they had been vacuumed. Leaked water on the stairways to the 2nd floor and was very slippery. Black mold around tubs. Toilet paper was shoved down the sink drain clogging it up. Curtains were falling off the rods. Dirty chairs. Priced way to high for what you got. Smoke detector was covered with a piece of plastic. DO NOT STAY THERE!!!!!

This is a horrible, outdated & rundown property! There were so many broken things in the room. The door to the room looked like it had been broken into before. The refrigerator was full of water. The bathtub had a huge patch on it. There weren't any toilet paper holders for the rolls of toilet paper. Stains on the carpet and the chairs. Broken power outlet on the desk lamp. Loose outlet covers. Loose towel rack. We only stayed here due to rooms close to the airport being sold out. There is also ... Read more

This hotel is no where near the Convention Center, its 4 Miles away. I was charged $130 + tax per night for a room and this is what I got. Room had no light in bathroom so they put a small table lamp on the floor of the bathroom with an extension cord to the bedroom. Door frame on door to entry room had been ripped off like someone busted the door latch and the door with a battering ram. Towel rack had been ripped off wall. Tiles in bathroom floor with were busted. There were quarter-sized ... Read more

The breakfast has very limited options. You can get a Svenhards packaged Danish, an OJ, or a Apple Juice. There were also apples and I think a banana. Raisin Bran or Bran Flakes. The carpet seemed like it hadn't been cleaned in years. The toilet seat and counter were dirty upon arrival. I also had no refrigerator in my room. Complained and one was brought the next day, but by the time I returned to the Hotel from work and put drinks in it 2 days had essentially gone by without a refrigera... Read more

At check-in I was overcharged and could not resolve it for three days. Air conditioning did not work per the instructions and had to wait for a day for new instructions. Woke up to homeless people outside my window. The breakfast was the most miserable unattractive, and unappetizing I have ever seen presented. Staff did not seem to care. Staff were not knowledgeable about the hotel or what they could do for me. Many broken features in the room. No coffee in the room.

From the poor condition of the exterior that said this may not be a good place to stay. (Drank, dirty, run-down would all be fair descriptors) From the uneaten bowl of cereal laying on the desk or maybe it could e been the carpet that was so dirty that the color of it was unrecognizable. It might have also been the unfinnished drywall patches on the wall that said the cost of staying here was three to five times more expensive than what it should of been. I am amazed that Wyndhan would be assoc... Read more

This place was despicable. I checked out after 2 tonight's. TV didn't work. Ice machine was broken. Place was basically filthy everywhere. They promised me a discount which I still haven't seen. Manager was apologetic when I checked out early.

This hotel is old and broken. Walls in my room were splattered. There was no screen on an open window. The AC was broken, and quite frankly, that was a blessing. The unit was filthy, and I'm sure, moldy. The toilet ran all night long despite someone "fixing" it. There were ants in the bathroom. The TV did not work properly, I had to work it by hand. If I was traveling with my wife I would have walked out and found someplace else to stay. I would never stay here again and would not recommend to ... Read more

Room was clean, bed very comfortable. Bathroom light was missing, under repair. So a small lamp was used as the light placed on the floor. Host was friendly and offered any service after check in.

Let me start off by saying I'm a pretty tolerant traveller. I'm used to the a/c units being loud so you can't use them when you're sleeping, and am ok if there's a bit of dirt around as long as a decent attempt has been made to keep it clean. But walking into my room here made my jaw drop. There were holes in the wall, the bathroom light fixture looked like it was falling out, walls had been crudely patched up and not fixed properly, the safety latch on the door was broken so as to be useless ... Terrible hotel. There was a box villiahe across the street. May homeless people on the property. My toilet had a wire comming out of the tank for a month because the handle was broken. Debris in alley behind my room. Sink faucet was disgusting. Holes in walls. If you walked without shoes you get black feet. The building is generally in disrepair. I am still fighting to have my taxes credited. I had to get the tax las from San Jose city hall because mgmt had no clue.

We stayed here once before, but I usually don't bother with reviews unless the service and room were exceptional or abysmal. But our stay this time was a definite change for the better. We chose this location because it's close to the San Jose fairgrounds flea market. My in-laws joined us in the evening and the front desk accommodated our request to switch them to the 1st floor for ease of mobility. The highlight was a recommendation from the front desk, for a late night eatery (DiMaggio's) wher... Read more

It is a older hotel, They try to keep it clean, parking is limited. I had Zero issues with the room, it was a smoking room, it was clean, AC worked well. plenty of hot water and pressure for the shower and the TV was good. The bed was just OK, little soft for me. The pool looked good. the hot tub, needed cleaning. was going to get in it, but changed my mind as I got closer. Across the road by the RR Tracks were several homeless camps. The poor condition of the hotel has me thinking that this property owner has no clue on how to run a hotel. The desk clerk at night is a complete idiot and has an attitude of a spoiled teenager who's daddy is the boss. And to top it off the prices are outrageous and I will never stay here again
