My friend and I got a room here for a vacation in San Fransisco. When we first got there, the hotel staff rudely greeted us behind bullet proof glass. Charged my card and gave us a room key. On our way to the second floor (I had to take the stairs as the elevator wasn't working, even if it did, it's only big enough for one person) I was asked for pills, cigarettes and there were several "hookers" hanging around. We got into our room only to find gang graffiti carved into the walls, black hair... Read more

If you have a few extra dollars to spend and want a great location, go here. Parking kind of sucks. They don't have much offered on their private property and parking on the streets of San Fran makes me nervous. Parking aside, the service was reasonable, they had a functional elevator (if needed) and function ice machine. The room was clean, faux wood floors, clean bathroom, functioning satellite tv, well-working wifi. Better than multiple places I've had in SF.

Upon check in, I noticed the staff was short and not friendly. IF YOU ARE DISABLED OR HAVE TROUBLE WITH STAIRS- STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! They have an elevator that is out of order and FROM what I heard, has been so quite some time. This place is owned and operated by middle-easterners- and they have a horrible track record of taking care of their properties. They simply milk all of the profit they can out of a property- then leave it to the bank When they're done. When we opened the door to... Read more

Checked in. While I was checking in, the front desk clerk has zero customer service. Behind the front desk, there was strong smell of Indian food. It looked like the manger's family was cooking. When I checked into my room, the smell penetrated up and my room smelled like Indian food. The bathroom was disgusting. Hair all over the tub. Was never cleaned throughout my stay. Avoid this place at all costs. The San Francisco Health Department needs to shut this pace down.

this place was a dive. The beds were clean but uncomfortable. They were remodeling the room next door so it was banging and pounding when we got there. The tiny filthy elevator hadn't passed inspection since 2014. The room stunk, the toilet paper was sitting on the back of the toilet because the holder was missing and the worst thing was the shower. It fluctuated from scolding hot to freezing cold with no way to adjust it. I had this place reserved for my return trip but I canceled it. I have ne... Read more

Honestly, this place is a dive. The only reason we ended up staying here is because a friend works for the Choice Hotels and she was able to get us a killer deal. She's booked rooms for us before and they all worked out well so we didn't really do much research into this exact hotel once it was booked because of our positive past experiences doing it this way. Let me just say that in the end, we got what we paid for. The carpet was ripped. There was a huge stain just inside the door with a ... Read more

I had a hard time reserving a room at their hotel online, and once I got there I explained my problem to the front desk. He seemed to be preoccupied with the other customer in the room, giving him a major attitude when the customer came in to complain about the television in his room. He told the customer that he had already switched rooms once for them and was rather rude to the customer. I was concerned about the quality of my room, he told me that we could take a look before he ran our cre... Read more

The condition of the of the hotel really needs some updating and staff needs to do a little more thorough cleaning. The room was very dark and we lightened it by removing the lamp cone. There were stains on the shower curtain, the toilet cover fixture was had a large chip on the side, and hinges on the door and facet area were starting rust. The carpet didn't look as clean so I kept my shoes when walking around. The temperature of the shower water was inconsistent because it would be very hot on... Read more
