We enjoyed a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom suite. It was excellent accommodations for a family and provided a nice sitting area to relax. The rooms were clean with comfortable beds and very nice bathrooms. Overall great experience.

This is an older hotel in the Mission district but well maintained and a good value considering the high prices elsewhere in San Francisco. Owners are a husband/wife couple who were very responsive to needs and inquiries. Coffee and pastry are served in the morning. Ample free parking and within walking distance of several restaurants along Mission Street.

We booked a last minute night here recently, we were having a lot of trouble finding a decent room for a good price that was available. When we called the Mission Inn they were so helpful! The lady running the front desk was helpful and professional. We had a clean and comfortable room and slept very well. The shower was a little sparse for water but that was such a small detail. They also include a light continental breakfast which is helpful and perfect for travelers. I would highly recommen... Read more

Hotel was ok, but quite far from the downtown. Minus: cold bathroom with no heating, but plus: quite big room with hairdryer and that staff and cleanliness. We didnt't eat breakfast, so I can't say anything about.

Terrible WiFi. Reception lady said that "Just be patient ". How could I? My work is all about Internet, so I lost more money being off-line than I saved with the booking. Need Internet? It's not the right place to stay! No hair drier in the room! The only nice thing were breakfast. It's light but OK. Fix the Internet!!!!

The worse experience in all my travels. My two sons decided to surprise me with a visit to San Francisco apparently he booked this place on 7/15 for arrival 7/19 to 7/20 . We arrived from New York on 7/19 to check in. The outside did not appeal to me but I was still happy for what my sons were doing for me. However on arrival, we went into the main lobby to check in and the employee Katherine was very rude handling our computer glitch which booked the room for 7/15-7/16. She then called her mana... Stayed here for three nights when visiting San Francisco. Motel / hotel is old, but so is most of San Francisco. Room was clean, comfortable bed. Attendants were very nice, however, our rental car was hit by someone in the parking lot, they told us they couldn't identify it through security footage, even though we knew it was a white car parked next to ours. I don't think they took the time to look. Cheap place to stay, area isn't the greatest, but it was ok, you get what you pay for and in this... Read more

I had lived in Sanfrancisco not to far from the Mission Inn. It was always a inexpensive place to stay. It used to be nice and clean and well kept place. But now it is run down has an awful oder the the neighborhood has gone down very disappointed on how they just let it go to a shambles.

Reading the reviews I almost cancelled staying at the mission Inn, not sure what the other reviewers were expecting but the reality was a reasonably priced hotel, clean rooms and bedding, fridge, microwave, good size shower room and a maid who made the beds and tidied every day. Located 20 mins walk to BART which took us to the city centre in around 20 mins, bus stop just outside Hotel. As for the sketchy neighbourhood my daughter and I walked to the BART station every day and didn't feel in the... Read more

Apparently SF is a place where so many do not drive & having a parking lot at a hotel is a rarity. Located about 10 blocks from a friends house on mission street this place suited me perfectly except I booked for 2 nights & tried to extend for 3 more nights but there were no rooms available. My room had a mini fridge in it which I did not fully appreciate until I booked another slightly nicer hotel which did not provide a fridge. During the day I enjoyed driving up & down the colorful & diverse... Read more

There's no denying this motel is located in a rather downtrodden area to the south of San Francisco. Fine to walk around during the day but wouldn't recommend at night unless you had to though I don't consider it to be any more risky than rougher areas in most big cities. This motel does have its positive points. Number one being the free car parking which is not easy to find in the city at a reasonable price. The motel consists of a few 2 and 3 storey older style buildings surrounding a centra... Read more

This is avery basic motel in a quiet area of San Francisco, a few miles from downtown. It was clean, quiet, and the beds were good. Breakfast was oatmeal, toast, and packaged rolls, but you are not paying for the food. Parking on site is a real plus for San Francisco. We would stay here again.

Stayed here one night in april 2016 on a road trip booked by a low budget travel company. Negative: Our room was smelly, unrenovated, bathroom looked rundown. Ac/heating unit couldn't be shut down and looked as if it hadnt been cleaned in years. At the time of our visit the elevator was due for inspection half a year ago. Shady neighbourhood at night. Positive: free parking!
