We were in SF for the BIOS and Photonics West Shows and our company booked us here. From the front desk staff to housekeeping to the wait staff, everyone was polite and professional. Our room was beautiful and the ability to use our Netflix and YouTube accounts on the TV in the room was especially welcome.

I just finished my check in at the Hotel, today is February 09, almost February 10 and I am very unhappy, I tried to look for a contact on the hotel webpage to make a private complain as it was not available; therefor, I will make it public. We had a group reservation that it was supposed to be pre paid. Somehow the information never made to the Hotel front desk, I leave here the benefit of doubt if that was on our company side or the hotel. We arrived late at night, we are all tired, I have t... Alan Weiss, concierge, offered me to print my boarding passes without me asking (I only asked him on the shuttle service to the airport). Sabrina, at the counter, was also very helpfull to give me info in the trolleys and restaurants around... all of it with a nice smile! Sabrina

The San Francisco Marriott Marquis hotel is really nice and clean. The bar on top is really neat, but I wish it was open earlier than 4PM. The beds and pillows are very comfortable- I sleep so well there.

Great hotel in a great area. Awesome service. Awesome to have so many stores around this area. Nice hotel in general. Would stay here again. Liked the lounge area on the top floor. Breakfast was good.

Wonderful hotel. Very much enjoyed my stay and would choose this Marriott over other hotels in the area. The staff is unbelievably kind and courteous. I was lucky enough to have Benji as someone who was able to help me resolve any question I had - and resolved beyond my expectations. My room was quiet and faced the financial district. The toiletries are really nice (you can leave all yours at home, wish I had). The beds have a pillow top and are very cozy - sort of like sleeping on a cloud. The ... Read more

Where to begin!! It's almost like the check in staff here haven't dealt with European guests. Our credit cards ended up being blocked until we contacted our banks to explain the hotels mess up. There was ZERO appoogies for their mess up, just a sweeping roll of the eyes stating our cards were declined. I wouldn't recommend the hotel

Everybody I know will agree that's the best hotel near the Moscone center. So if you have an exhibit there this is the best choice. Not only it's closest by, the rooms are sound proof (unlike the W), spacious, they have a rooftop bar that must be seen but foremost they have over the top service. You see I spend around 70 nights / year in hotels and to check if they have a good service sometimes I ask for a live animal in my room. I asked for a live bear ( symbol of Cali) and got a teddy bear ... Read more
