The service is amazing here and so is the location! They truly have customer service top priority. We have stayed here a few times before and LOVE...will continue staying here in the future. They are located a short walk to the wonderful Ferry Building...a must go to for so many wonderful shops and markets inside. There are lots of wonderful street vendors between the hotel and The Ferry Building. If you are here in the winter there is ice skating outside with music..and they have skate rental.

Their is only one and a half thing great with this Hotel: great location and spacy lobby. Unfortunately, rooms are shabby and old, even on Club level. And they better realize both immediately, interior and mechanical refurbishment. In some rooms, the ducts running vertically next to the beds and are so loud, that we had to move into another room which is quite uncomfortable after a longhaul flight. The other room was located next to street construction works for BART. It was pretty noisy even on... Read more

It was a wonderful getaway and we slept so well. The room even had a white noise machine and it was very quiet. We had a view of the Bay Bridge and loved seeing it at sunset and with the lights at night.

I thought it was strange that there was no mini bar in the room which was slightly inconvenient. There is a mini fridge, however. There are also a few convenience stores across the street which was handy. Strangely, the room was not very soundproof - I could here a lot of street noise at night. ... Read more

The location is a+, right by the waterfront if you hop on the one bus/trolley that stops in front it will take you all the way to fishermans wharf for 2.50$. Really cool modern looking lobby, rooms were kind of plain, but clean and spacious. Ours was the most basic room they have so maybe that has something to do with the lack of opulence in our room. Next time we will upgrade maybe to a more deluxe room. Most of all I have to say the service is A+ top notch, didn't have one complaint. My young ... Read more
