Not normally a Hyatt person but enjoyed my stay. Great location for business, courteous and efficient staff, and nice updated rooms. Lobby is soaring 70's architectural space that really works - to talk casually or enjoy meals/drinks. Things will be even better when construction in and around hotel are complete. Worth the stay.

This nicely modernized facility has everything you need or close enough to walk and get it. Safe area for pedestrian outtings. Spotlessly clean from entryway throughout. Great staff-clearly well trained in customer service. Plenty of healthy dining options in the hotel or more close by. Enjoyed view of the bay and bridges.

Oh, I've been here before. On Thanksgivings with my dad a while back. Twice. Because he couldn't pass up the huge, all-you-can-eat buffet at the Swiftwater Cafe, the previous identity for the restaurant that's set up in the atrium lobby. I remember wondering while I stuffed my face with all sorts of desserts what kind of boring people stay near the airport. Preoccupied business people on layovers, I imagined, or dutiful company lemmings at an offsite. Speaking of which, I recently found out as I... Read more

I stay here for years and I have almost always considered it as a comfortable and safe stay. A specially a balcony room at a higher level is a good choice. The staff that I have experienced always knows how things work in a typical business hotel.

Had to stay at this Hotel for a leukemia convention with a friend that is fighting cancer. The parking is 62.00 + 18% tax a night, this was not disclosed when I booked, and they tried to charge me twice for it and the employees at check out and car check out were rude. The employee's at the Bar/Food area could not understand English and thus got our orders screwed up twice. The Room was very noisy even on the 10th floor. I stay at the Hyatt often an am a Gold Member, but will never stay at t... Read more

Greedy management poor customer service with Mafia like tactics to sell something as simple as water and baring conference attendees from getting free water No need to stay at this greedy facility again

Great place! Expensive food, drinks and room but first class all the way. Great location within walking distance to many places. About a 30 minute $50 cab ride to the airport. Would stay there again on business,

Our room exceeded expectations. We chose a balcony room with a view of San Francisco Bay and were happy we decided to upgrade. At night we could see the lights of San Francisco as well as on the bay. In the morning it was beautiful as well. As a special bonus, you can hear the famous wild parrots of San Francisco! The room itself was well-designed and decorated for comfort and luxury. And, you can walk so many places in San Francisco right from the hotel!

Very close to the Ferry Building. Nice view of the Bay Bridge even from a non-upgraded room. Ask for a room on a higher floor; I was on the 4th floor and many elevators were already full when they got down to my floor. Very conveniently located next to the Embarcadero BART station - easy trip to/from both SFO and OAK. Many dining options in the area. Even though the rooms all face the lobby, the rooms are relatively quiet (some street noise, but hey, you're in a city).

Beautiful hotel and conference center across the street from the bay and the Embarcadero. Great views from my veranda. Facilities were perfect for hosting small break-out sessions as well as large gatherings. Amenities in the hotel and immediately adjacent such as food options were excellent and very diverse. Best thing - lots of opportunities to get outside and walk to see the city. Wonderful stay!
