"My reservation was not on record and I had to wait in the lobby over an hour to check in before everything was settled.
The parking rate was RIDICULOUS. I had been quoted $30.00. I was charged $56!! I was parked from 6pm until 10 am the following day.
The room was on the small side and there was no mini-fridge for personal food items or drinks.
The view was good, the bed very comfortable."

"I really loved the hotel. It was in a good area close to everything, food, shopping, transportation, etc. The room was huge and our location faced the city streets and we watched the sunset and beautiful lights all night. The negative things were, the internet services are horrible in the rooms and in the business office witch is very small for what I would except from a 4 star hotel. Also, I never knew how much or if I would have a sercurity deposit until the minute I checked in after I had already booked and paid in full for the price, so financially that through my Fiance' and I off track money wise for the rest of out trip. So if you book online, keep in mind that you need to set at least $200 to the side for deposits... Other than that, I really would rather stay somewhere else close and clean instead of being broke and hungry because they charge for everything at this hotel, not that many PERKS for your bucks!"

"I am so happy we read other reviews here and decided to stay at Parc 55. From the moment we pulled up in our car, the staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful. We had a great experience checking in - again because of the staff, and we got upgraded! Very nice room with a terrific view of the city. The BEST part though was the very comfortable bed!! Top of the line sheets, linens and pillows. We slept great after walking around Union Square all day! The location of the hotel is also another great reason to stay here. Close to Cable Car transit and within walking distance to some of the best shops and restaurants in the city. We will definitely stay here again (if we can get another great discounted deal!). Thank you!!!"

"We were trying to decide between downtown and the wharf area and are really glad we went with the Parc 55. It was close to everything! The cable car, the bar, the mall, food all within steps of the front door. We were given a room on the 26th floor and had a great view. We were also given the lounge level as a anniversary gift. That saved breakfast money every day for us and then in the evening we would go back for dessert. A nice perk they gave us. The only issue which was minor is they charged us for a water $4.88 but took it off as soon as I pointed it out to them and housekeeping did a great job but even after the room was cleaned two to three more times different staff would knock to see if the room had been cleaned. I thought that was odd but again all minor. Would stay again in a heartbeat! Loved it!"

I didn't like the dinner that I ordered from room service i!t was the worst! But other then that it was an easy check in and out. Friendly staff and a GREAT location.
