"my husband n i went to san Francisco to walk the hotel was at a great place for that. the pic r little different from the real thing.when we arrived we cheeked in the girl that was working said we had to pay a extra 25dollars on our credit card for any damages that might accur or for smoking. she said if we wanted to pay cash it would be 100 dollars then when we ck out if every thing was ok we would get our 25dollars back on the credit card or our 100 dollars back cash i guess if we paid cash we would have to wait. for a hotel that is worries about smoking in prime around the rooms .there was a employee or 2with another girl standing right out side the restaurant smoking about 130in the morning the room next to us came partying yelling for about 2hrs..i think we will not be staying there again April 2012"

"It was nice to have free parking on site. But at $294 plus tax per night we expected something very different than our experience. Old carpet and beat up door. Called the desk at 1am to complain of ongoing noise in stairwell by our room but no one picked up in the office. I peaked out the door to ask the group to quiet down but it took others yelling from a balcony to get them to finally break up later. I was traveling with 2 older ladies who didn't need to hear the conversations going on. Would have called the police but worried about payback after speaking to the noise makers. No offer to reduce cost of room stay. Glad it was only one night and we were moving nearby to much better place. Never had an experience like this one. Too bad it is now a San Francisco memory for my Scottish cousin."

"My young son and I stayed at the Inn on Broadway for two nights. Our room was very clean, the gentleman that checked us in was very nice and helpful and the best part, the beds were VERY comfortable with cozy linens and blankets. It's about a 10 block walk to Fishermans's Wharf (not too bad) and the area seemed safe, even late at night. Always be cautious regardless. There is a little neighborhood diner called Peter D's connected to the Inn which was very convenient for breakfast and the staff was extremely friendly. Parking was free which I wouldn't have booked without it. Overall this was a great place to stay, especially for the price!"
