First night I stayed in a one bedroom-didn‚??t like where the room was located (noisy), room was straight up not clean, so glad I was able to relocate. The manager was able to work out a deal with me because my room wasn‚??t fully clean. I relocated to a two-bedroom and was very pleased with the amount of space here. All of us were able to get ready in our two-bedroom before the big day (friend‚??s wedding). The courtyard was nice, boys were able to use it for basketball. The other amenities w... Read more

When I booked this hotel, I was expecting a place for two adults and three teenagers to rest our heads, nothing more. This hotel far exceeded our expectations. We stayed in a suite - two large bedrooms with a bathroom each, a full kitchen and a living room with a comfortable fold-out bed. The bedding was lovely - cotton sheets and comfortors. The hotel has an outdoor pool, jacuzzi spa and a fire pit situated in a spacious garden-like courtyard with tables, chairs and benches. The lobby is stylis... Read more

Hyatt House in Pleasanton is a very warm & inviting place w/friendly & helpful staff. The rooms are fantastic, especially if you plan on a long stay, and lots of amenities. Great if you have a discount option. It is more than just a "hotel"; I highly recommend this place.

After a very long day of traveling with a younger child and an 89 year old I was welcomed by Joe at the front desk who did everything possible to ensure I was able to relax. Our room was not ready when we arrived but he took our luggage and deliverd it to the room when it was ready. The room itself was spacious and comfortable. The only negative comment I have is that the maid staff did not clean out bathroom nor empty our garbage. Hector was also great providing dinner and nice wine recommen... Read more

Our room was actually a studio apartment: separate bedroom, living room, full kitchen. Beautiful and very comfortable, except for the bed. We have back issues, though, so it's not uncommon for us to find standard hotel beds uncomfortable. The room rate comes with breakfast, and it's the best we've experienced in all our years of travel. Genuinely GREAT coffee! We like a nice robust cup, and the Hyatt House serves it up well. The food choices are broad: made-to-order omelets, bacon, sausage... Read more

Check in was a breeze but I wish the receptionist told me about all the extras you can request for free or to borrow. I hadn't noticed it until I checked out to find phone chargers, night lights for kids and etc. are available to borrow free! I rented a 2 bedroom for my family of 5. Upon entering the room my son wanted to get into his bed which ended up being the pull out couch in the living room only to find a pee stain on the cushion. Quite gross and I'm not sure if it's housekeeping or ... Read more

Staff was great, hotel was clean, room was immaculate & the king size bed comfy. Our 2 kids slept on the pull out couch which was fine. The room has a medium sized fridge & a full kitchen. Perfect. This was our first time at a Hyatt house and we were impressed. Our room was clean and came with a fully stocked kitchen and full size fridge. The pool area was clean, we utilized the BBQ area and enjoyed the fire pit in the evening. They provided a full breakfast including an omelette bar - made to order fresh. We plan to stay here again.

We wanted to visit the SF premium outlets (which are a long way from SF central) so decided to book accommodation. Really didn't know where to book so Hyatt House was a bit of guess. Turned out to be a great pick - extremely spacious rooms (esp after the smaller rooms in hotels in SF CBD), full kitchen, fridge and free breakfast. To get to the premium outlets is short 5-7m cab ride (cost approx $12USD). Extremely friendly staff.

From the moment we enter, the staff is always attentive, friendly, and helpful. I have never seen long lines of waiting customers during check in at the reception. The good: 1. The room is actually a small apartment as you may observe. Complete with a full and functional kitchen down to dish washer and cleaning products 2. The furniture is very good quality and American sized so you will feel comfortable 3. Away from main roads and very quiet 4. Cross the street f... Read more

The location was noisy. There were 20 something's there as "interns" and took over the entire place. After putting in 10 hour in my day, I came back every evening to what seemed to be a "reality series" with noise, pool side activity, yelling and so on. This went on pass 10:30pm every night. There was no rest at all to be had. Now, some noise, I can understand but 200+ dollars a night should have gotten me some rest. Not the case.

In the first place, the ambience of the hotel was not very good. The room allotted to me was third floor. When I went to look for that room, found out that it was on 3rd floor with no elevators. It was 4 PM at that time. A room on the first floor was still being cleaned. You would expect the room to be ready for occupancy at check in time.

Very pleasant surprise to walk into a one bedroom apartment with all the furnishings. Anything you could need to make your stay comfortable. I didn't cook, but I did see a nice size fridge, micro, stove, oven. Bed was super comfy. Everything new and updated/cool design. Sitting room w/ couch. Desk. Wifi not great, but did have hard wiring available. Pool looked nice. GREAT breakfast included. Gym. I don't think anything was missing here.

My family enjoyed our stay here and we plan to come back here soon. The suite and all recreation areas were immaculate. My family enjoyed having a full kitchen since we travel very much and get tired of eating out. Making And sharing a meal together in our room was great. The pool was a skip and a hop away and made it easy to enjoy the very clean Pool and Jacuzzi which was stocked with plenty of clean and fresh towels. Also, the warm and cozy fireplace was awesome at the end of the day.

Spacious suites which are clean and comfortable, especially the bed. They have added a limited menu restaurant in the evening. The food was actually quite good. The hotel is located in a business park area which is quiet in the evenings, but still convenient to restaurants and stores. A good place to stay at at a very reasonable price considering the size and comfort of the suites.
